Man Of Steel Superman
Diana stepped through the crowd walking about Metropolis after watching Superman fly off. Her mind lost in the past as she ambled along. Almost bumping into people here and there, not really paying any attention where she was headed. No direct location in mind. Her black brows furrowed as she glanced around trying to make sense of what street she had suddenly turned down. Glancing up she noticed the giant globe meaning she was close down the street form the daily planet. It might have been hours since she watched the caped man save the building. As she glanced up towards the sky goosebumps suddenly covered her arms, sending a hair raising chill down her spine. It almost looked like it was starting to rain. Diana quickly turned on her heel heading inside a small cafe. She was definitely not prepared for a down pour.
She smiled at the girl at the register glancing at the menu. Hearing a loud commotion outside she turned her head only to see the building sliding and crumbling. Silently cursing to herself she turned and ran out of the cafe. The smoke and rubble filled the air people screaming and pointing towards the sky. Diana glanced seeing a blur of blue and red flying before double taking again. Their beloved Superman was flying away from the destruction. A woman began screaming and sobbing, several indistinct shouting, only a few words made out. Superman did this. Letting out a slow breath Diana ran down the street into a back alley.
Flying up into the air in full uniform she flew off after the blue and red blur. It felt good being back in her suit and flying through the air. Watching as Superman slowly destroyed the city that loved him so. Trying to speed up her flying to catch up to him. What had gotten into him? Why was he doing this. Her heart raced as she zoomed after him. Debating whether to stop and help the civilians that he was harming or to try and catch him finally. Gritting her teeth her blue eyes narrowing as she followed behind his path of destruction.
