*purposefully extends level in order to listen to the music*
*trolls Ryoma the entire chapter by keeping him at 10HP and farming exp because he can't hurt me*
*ignores dragon vein because why would I want to use that..?*
Honestly, Saizo was more challenging.
Chapter 26 - *peeks into it* *sees boss skills* oh joy a troll boss........... ... ... . . .
Eeeeeyup.
It's not as bad as you'd think though. Just bring extra bodies.

I got stupid lucky with dodging what should have been lethal hits in chapter 24, and Camilla got hit by the Hex staff, but thankfully I have Bowbreaker on her and that has saved her butt more times than I can count at this point. I only had a touch of trouble with the Kinshi Knights, but was saved by dodging, and the Dragon Veins this chapter were really cool if you were anyone but Camilla (who's the only flyer I'm using XD;; ). Getting to just NYOOM everyone across the map was fun!
Chapter 25 though . . . REALLY GOOD MUSIC, but IT'S SO MEAN, WHY MUST YOU DO THIS, GAME??? :<

Double post. eheheh. but Conquest has been conquered!
I'd spent so much time grinding for supports and getting more of the kids this run than I did in Birthright, so I was actually MUCH higher leveled going into endgame this go 'round. RNG and stupid high hit rates wound up getting both Nyx and Xander killed, but chapter 27 and Endgame weren't too difficult, probably because I was fairly over leveled.
Garon didn't look so good there. Takumi looked even worse though, oy.
Fairly satisfying ending, although where the flux did Azura go, girl, get back here, you got some 'splaining to do. So many plot craters; I'm really hoping Revelations has more answers.
I definitely think the intended play order was Birthright-->Conquest-->Revelations though. Overall, I liked Birthright's story better--it felt more complete and less plot crater filled--but I liked the maps and variety in Conquest better--it wasn't just "route enemy >V" over and over again. They really got creative and really challenged you.
Though I still hate . . . what is it, chapter 10 that's the siege chapter? Too nerve wracking for me. XD;;

I've heard people say that conquest's final chapter is both great and bullshit. I think it's good on the grounds that it's way more than we usually get out of FE final boss chapters. Except FE10.
If you played Birthright first I'd think that you know exactly where Azura went. SHE DEAD. You get tiny pieces of Valla from birthright and conquest-- Birthright lets you know more about how Azura hurts herself (and shows you a smarter use of that crystal ball that reveals Garon for what he is thank you Azura and Leo. In Conquest, you get to actually see Valla for a chapter (and get back Gunter!) and find out about that whole "don't talk about Valla or else" that I'm still deciding on whether it's okay or if it's only contrived bullshit.
Takumi pulled at my heartstrings even in Conquest, and I am not afraid to admit that "There's one more that wishes to speak with you" -camera shows Takumi's dead soul- made me well up a bit.
I agree that it seems like Birthright--> Conquest--> Revelation seems like the intended order. Lots of other people have come to that conclusion as well. I do think, however, that the experience changes depending on if you play birthright or conquest first. I had different insights because I played Nohr first. I got to see how the Nohr siblings react when they lack the validation of Corrin joining them that what they are doing is right. Others too, but to me that's the big one.
