She learned quickly, though, that she's not suited for rogue life and sought out a pride. It was while investigating the Kizingo'zaa (where family of her would-be mate once resided) that she found the Bahari .. and the ocean. She has three cubs and needs a safe place for them all to live, and her wonder at the ocean and the pride that lives by it is helping her optimism return after a tumultuous few months. She's seeking a safe home by the ocean for herself and a few traveling companions (I can't remember who all was in the group off the top of my head, but Das Tor has a few and will probably be posting an app sometime soon, too). As Ilayda was an herbalist in her old pride, she's most comfortable picking up the role of hlare, since there's a lot of overlap in the skillsets. As for why the Bahari specifically? Their respect for and love of the ocean is comforting to her, and she feels she could make a home with them. No RPs with existing members

AS A REMINDER:
Please remember that the Bahari'mtoto do not fling even inside the pride.
If you pair your Bahari off with another lion or lioness they are considered married. Divorce is an exceptional circumstance and we will not permit its abuse.
Rogue breeding will not be tolerated if we see it happening constantly with one particular lion or lioness. Once is an (understandable) mistake for a rebellious young adult, two/three/four times is someone who has no respect for the pride's rules.
If it becomes a habit we will request that you exit the pride and find one more suited to your needs. This has been in the rules for a long time and we would greatly appreciate it if this was respected.
Please note that rogue breedings may occur at very, very rare intervals. If they are opened up we will notify you of this immediately.

The Hlare's Call A Bahari'mtoto Mini Meta
Hello all, as part of the Bahari'mtoto Mini Meta we'll be doing something special for February - We'll be opening rogue breeding. This will be opened slightly early so that you can make preparations and plot whatever you would like to.
For full details on how this will work, please see below!
Event Duration: 26/01/17 12:00 EST - 28/02/17 12:00 EST
What's Open: Rogue Breedings (Including any M&Ms that might pop up) Normal Breedings
Restrictions: You still need to use the normal breeding forms! Rogue breedings will still need permission from Drani/Epee, they won't receive a "no", we just need to record them. One lion can only have one 'breeding' i.e. your lion can't sleep with everything that moves! Once you get permission in this month, you can enter that lion/lioness for as long as it takes to receive your rogue breeding. Once your lion has received their rogue breeding they may not request another one; even when these permissions open again. You may enter for multiple lions/lionesses (though try to be reasonable...) The cubs should ideally remain in the Bahari'mtoto. Another post will be made by the mule when we close the rogue breedings again. After this, do not apply for one unless it's under exceptional circumstances. All Bahari'mtoto breeding rules will return to normal after the closing date!
The IC Details: During this meta we will have quite a few Vikings in our midst, this means that not only they will be there, but so will other unknown faces. During this meta the King will recognise that there will be a lot of exciting and attractive new faces... With that comes a certain level of risk.
Accidents happen.
As a consequence, Ram isn't going to look down upon the mistakes the youthful might make during this meta. He'll bear the brunt of the elders and the traditionalists on this occasion!
Once the Vikings have left the Bahari'mtoto will return to normal and traditions should be followed accordingly.
