She had little respect or fear for anything, his unnatural limbs and tough guy act weren't going to be an exception. 'Ohhh god, give me the strength to not-' her thoughts of murder were interrupted as the orb was tossed back to her. 'Beat a bit- spider thing.' she finished the thought with a roll of her eyes. At least he seemed powerful enough to be a useful addition to the group, as was Krieg. Crazy people usually came with crazy strength. 'Still...' she eyed the crazed man suspiciously as he stared as her black tail, she could only imagine him wanting to skin it. "I am not fluffy..." she muttered, crossing her arms and following the group.
She kept herself behind Asch and Legretta, which meant there were two bodies between her and Naraku, who she was suspicious of. If he went crazy and tried to murder them all, she wouldn't get caught off guard. On the other hand, that left her closest to Krieg, who was also dangerous. Though she could probably see an attack from him coming, being that everything he did seemed to be accompanied by his yelling. 'I can't imagine this going smoothly.' she realized with a sigh as she realized that the group was far from perfect, they lacked the teamwork that the good guys had. She wasn't going to start a trust circle or anything though, since at the sign of failure, she'd be the first to bail.

The Gensō Forest
The forest is known to have people with weak hearts and mind disappear within its grasp. And when they disappear, they will never return. There is a reason it is called the Genso forest, it is known for illusions that will put people in a trance, leading to their death in some way. But those are just rumors....right?

♦▬ Merida & Pucca (And Amaterasu) ▬♦▬Princess of Dunbroch & Warrior of Sooga (Mother to all Gods) ▬  ------------------------------------♦Kissy chase, Kissy face, Wam bam bam!♦------------------------------------- The walk had taken awhile and now it was Nighttime. Pucca had shown signs that she was exhausted and Amma had offered Chibi to lay on her back if he got tired. Merida, despite being tired, was still fighting to keep going. Looking through the orb to see where they needed to go. They just had to get through this stretch of the forest and then they will be ok. "Maybe we should set up camp and continue traveling in the morning..."
"Do we even have time?" Issun was laying on Amma's head as he jumped down. "If Sayuri is saying the truth, then that sister of hers had recruited some enemies to go after us. We'll be vulnerable if we stop." "And more vulnerable if we keep walking, we don't have unlimited energy. We need to rest, we are only human." "Heh....human..." Issun mumbled, knowing well Chibi and Amma were FAR from human. Pucca yawned as she then nodded, agreeing they need rest. "Alright...let's find a good spot." Merida somehow conditioned herself to be the leader, but it probably was because she knew nature very well...and she was forest-smart meaning she knew what to expect from places like this. She then found which was a good cave to fit them all. She beckoned everyone to follow her as the cave will protect them if there was any rain. "Alright, now...let's see how this can be done..." She was thinking that everyone was probably hungry right now. "Alright, Me and the dogs can go and get food." "It's Amma and Chibi, but yeah we can do that." So the food crew was good to go, now they needed to build a fire and see who can guard the camp in case, like Issun said...the enemies are after them. "Looks like we'll need Firewood and someone to guard the camp." Then Pucca raised her hand which got Merida curious. "I guess you can do firewood then." Pucca then said 'uh-huh' before then proceeding to go. "Not by yourself!" Amma took a sigh as she watched the little girl go. "Here, I'll follow her..." Issun stepped off and went on after the little girl. "Alright, Lie Ren, Tsuna, Kirito....what duty do you guys want to do?" She asked politely since she didn't want to force them...much. Amma thought of doing guarding as well, since she had exceptional hearing. Amma then nudged Chibi (Whether he is on her back or just sitting beside her). *I guess we'll be hunting, unless you want to follow Pucca to get firewood?* -------------------------------♦I will fly, chase the wind and touch the sky!♦------------------------- ((OutOfClams: ))

The orb no longer showed the location of the heroes, but Naraku did not mind...he didn't need an item to help him. So inside the forest, he was made aware of the fact this place had magical abilities. And these abilities can kill someone who was foolish to be fooled. So within, he had to examine his 'comrades', which in all honestly he did not need but he had no choice. "Alright, now let's be aware of this." He then stood on the ground and suddenly his tentacles and bones morphed to where they stabbed the ground, he was getting power from the forest to use to his advantage. "By using the forest's power, we can manipulate the fools, and separate them so they can be an easy kill." Naraku's eyes then glowed and the ground around him cracked. "By using this power, we can conjure their nightmares. Of course, we need to wait until they are at a disadvantage...one must be patient." His smile was still menacing and eerie. "So make sure that flesh-craving man does not have us spotted by them." With that he was using his power to go and find each hero and have them cursed to the illusions so when they fall asleep, their bodies are manipulated to their death. They will have dreams; whether it be fearful or a happy dream. Either way, they will die. Naraku purposely avoided the man who hated humanity since he was to be useful. "So...get ready. Once they are manipulated, you can do...whatever you want with them...in the end, they will die." ⚜ ▁ ▂ ▃ ▅ ▆ ▇ █ ▇ ▆ ▅ ▃ ▂ ▁ ⚜ ”It is different…”

Lie Ren  Ren kept his guard up as the group entered this strange new area. It was a forest, and a foreboding one, at that. Something about it was a bit...unsettling, even more so than his encounter with a King Taijutu back in the Emerald Forest. This place had a strange vibe to it, but he figured if he and his allies were careful, they'd be fine. As there was talk of setting up camp, he agreed, as they didn't want to run out of energy so fast.
As Merida listed off jobs for the group to do, Ren watched as Pucca and Issun ran off. The Green gunman was quite concerned with the girl's actions of running off alone into an unknown forest. It was reckless. It was also very familiar. If it weren't for her silence, she'd remind him quite a bit of Nora. Huh. A silent Nora. That was an impossibility, if he'd ever heard one.
"I'll go along with Pucca to get firewood." He said, running off after her. He wasn't going to leave the impulsive little one alone in a forest with people who wanted to kill them, along with who knows what else. He searched around for the girl, calling out to her a few times until she spotted her nearby.
"There you are." He said, catching up with the little girl. He scanned the area with his eyes, not sensing anything yet, but still remaining on guard. He pulled out his Stormflower pistols, using the blades on his weapons to cut down some branches from the nearby trees, and in a display of elegant precision, sliced the bigger branches to bits.
Picking up the heavier pieces, he handed the lighter ones to Pucca, making sure he gave her a good enough load to carry. They still needed a bit more, but they were off to a good start. As he did this chore, he'd be on guard, as he may end up fighting to protect both himself and the little girl he was with.

Kazuto Kirigaya (Abridged)  Kirito was used to wandering through forests in SAO, but something about this one felt kinda weird. As Merida and Issun debated on whether the group should camp out or keep moving, he smirked. "I say we camp out. We can sing songs and roast marshmallows as the bad guys skull-f**k us with broadswords and feed our remains to the wolves." He said sarcastically. Still, Merida did kinda have a point. If the others got too tired, they'd be dead weight, anyway, and at least they would be gathered in one place in order to fight off attackers from all sides.
As they entered the cave, the Black Swordsman remembered his little cave slumber party with Lisbeth when they were off hunting for blacksmithing materials...which turned out to be dragon poop. Still, it made a pretty badass sword. Despite literally being a piece of s**t, that longsword had some wicked stats. If he had a heart, he'd thank Liz for it later. She did give it to him for free, after all...and said she had wanted to sleep with him. That came out of nowhere. He kinda wondered if that offer was still on the table.
While Merida was giving out jobs, Kirito saw the toddler and the helper fairy run off for firewood. At least the green guy ran after them for cover. Merida and the dogs were going to hunt, and Tsuna's job was undecided. "I'll stick around and stand guard." He said, despite not really wanting to be around these people long. Kirito's high Search and detection skills would be invaluable for this job. If anyone started coming too close, he'd know instantly.
He kept his swords at the ready, Search skill active. He didn't have his SAO menu, but he still had access to his skills and abilities from the game. This multiverse was weird. His normally virtual body felt way too real, even for the Nerve Gear. He kinda had a morbid thought about this. Could he actually bleed here? In SAO, when players were cut, the wounds glowed red, and when they died, they exploded like shards of glass. He didn't wanna find out, but at the same time, he was curious.
Kirito kinda wondered how the others were doing back in SAO. Not that he cared. He was probably thinking of how hopeless they were without his badass sword skills to back them up. Honestly, aside from him, Asuna and Klein were some of the only competent players in the entire death game. Korvad's ridiculous tactics proved that point pretty well. What was even scarier was that those idiots followed him willingly. Kirito figured that most of SAO's lemming population had been iced by now, but if not, maybe it was because someone smart somehow kept them in line. Asuna seemed like a good fit for that, as annoying as she could be.

Fidgeting itty bitty master watches “Oh what an ugly taleTsuna stood the other side of the cave entrance looking out over the woods with a small frown on his face as he felt something....off about the woods, he narrowed his eyes as he looked out into the mist that seemed to hang low constantly before he looked over at Kirito before speaking "Do you feel anything wrong about these woods?" he turned back out to keep an eyes out as he reached into his jacket pulling out a simple revolver taking a quick glance to check ammo before holding it with an ease the came with time and practice Sprawling and crawling down the body and throat

Vanessa's crimson gaze narrowed as Naraku explained the plan, she didn't like it. "So...We fight like cowards?" she asked, it wasn't meant to be a question as much as an observation. Vanessa was usually the type to do as told when it came to money but, she thought of the plan as unfair. She was what her world called an 'alley-cat' which was never a compliment. She made a life out of thievery and hired killing but she had always believed in a fair fight. She didn't use guns or poison because they were unfair advantages, no one deserved to go down without a fight. Specially heroes'.
It weighed on her consciousness as much as it would on her guilt afterwards, but Vanessa easily realized she seemed to be outnumbered in opinions. "but whatever, majority wins." she added, rolling her eyes as Naraku pulled power from the forest. "All I want is to get through with this and have my reward, after all." she muttered, inspecting her nails as she leaned against a dark wood tree to wait for Naraku to finish. There was no saying the heroes fought fair anyways, it wasn't as if it weighed on a hero to kill the villain. 'Not a thought to it, just do you job and mind your business.' she told herself, her face showing no expression as she waited for the killing to start.

Chibiterasu
The walk had taken quite a while and by the time they found a spot to camp out for the night, the sun had already been setting. Chibi's mother had offered to let him rest up on her back but he'd denied, wanting to keep moving. The cave was decent, a fine size to fit the traveling group into plus it would provide shelter from any weather changes. His ears twitched a bit as the red haired girl spoke, explaining that her, him, and his mom would go hunting. Giving a small nod he let out a little bark, excited that she didn't think little of him despite his size.
Feeling his mother give him a small nudge, he turned towards her as she asked if he wanted to gather wood with Pucca. Chibi gave his head a light shake *I'll hunt with you two!* he spoke trying to keep his energy up. He wasn't all that sure how big his catches would be but he'd do his best to help out the group. At his mother's side, Chibi waited for the hunting group to move out and fwould follow along with them.

She then saw that Kazuto and Tsuna wanted to stay here. "Ok." She then heard Tsuna ask if they felt anything wrong with these woods. Merida took a good look at the forest and suddenly felt a sense of something watching them. "Yeah...there is something wrong with these woods.....I don't know why but...it gives my skin goosebumps." She then had Amma and Chibi follow her as they went to go hunting for food. "We'll be back soon."
Pucca meanwhile turned her head to hear Lie Ren call for her, so she had to wait until he came to and in a relieved tone said there she was. She then found a tree and decided to go after the tree but instead Lie Ren used his gun (and dagger?) to cut up some branches of different sizes so they could get some. Pucca frowned at him when he gave her a light load. So she dropped them and went to a tree. With her hands she grabbed the tree and slowly she broke the tree from the ground and then flung it up in the air, before jumping and slicing the tree with her hands, it was a very quick motion as there are many pieces of different size down on the ground. She had two hands now up as she ran through the forest in a quick speed. "AH! SLOW DOWN!" Issun was holding onto her sleeve as she came back to Tsuna and Kazuto with a big load over her head of branches, puts it down and then runs back to Lie Ren. She then got another load with leaves and the 'branches' he gave to her, she then had a big grin on her face. She now was going to stay with him, and she seemed to not understand that she should be fearful of this place.
Amma nudged Chibi again. *What a big boy you have become. We better follow the missus.* Amma was behind the archer lady as they wandered through the forest to try to find some animals. It seemed rather empty at this place so Amma was uncertain if they could find food. Suddenly there was rustling and it got Amma to turn her head around. Merida too heard it so she turned around. What luck! They found a buck so Merida knew it was time to shoot. She took a breath as she then aimed her arrow, she needed to be quick and deadly for this shot to work. Amma in the meantime heard something else too, a poor rabbit was wandering through the woods. *We better go and get the rabbit Chibi* As soon as she said that, they heard a 'woosh' which came from Merida who just fired the arrow and aimed it at the buck's head. Amma then prayed to thank the god of nature for its life. Of course, she technically is some sort of goddess of nature in a way but she still gives thanks anyways. Merida did too as she walked over to the buck, proceeding to finish the job. *Alright Chibi, can you catch that rabbit? Krieg  Krieg watched as the scary looking man sank his tentacles into the ground. This guy must have been some form of monster, even worse than the ones that guard the Vaults. As crazy as Krieg was, his inner voice warned him against taking this guy on, under any circumstance. As the scary one mentioned bringing one of the heroes to their side, Krieg snarled. "That means less meat!" He said, annoyed.
As the man explained his plan, Krieg actually kind of agreed with the cat thing. "THE FLUFF SACK IS RIGHT! AND FLUFFY!" He shouted. He wanted more of a challenge when getting his meat, and just picking them off in a nightmare state wouldn't be satisfying enough. Krieg wanted a challenge. He wanted his prey to fight back before they realized it was all in vain. He wanted to BE their nightmare.
Still, he figured Naraku was gonna go with this plan, anyway. Krieg would still get his meat, but it wouldn't be as fun. "It's not sporting, but it'll get me my wish faster. You'll get to kill, and we'll be normal again. Now, don't screw this up, and whatever you do, don't you dare scream about poop at the top of your lungs." His Inner Voice told him.
"I'M THE CONDUCTOR OF THE POOP TRAIN!" Krieg yelled at the top of his lungs. So much for that. Yeah, subtlety was NOT the psycho's best quality. His inner voice sighed. Yeah, this was gonna go horribly. Hopefully, the others could make up for Krieg's yelling and insanity.
His Inner Voice was curious about the one Naraku wanted. The kid looked young, but there was a toughness about the boy with two swords. And an obnoxious, sociopathic demeanor that almost matched that of Handsome Jack. Exactly why did Naraku want to recruit this kid? Aside from numbers, adding an ego like that into the group would make things difficult. Ah, well. As long as Krieg finished this and got back home, he didn't care too much about Naraku's plans.

Lie Ren Ren was a bit puzzled when Pucca dropped the load he gave her, but when she went over to the tree...his jaw almost dropped. He didn't expect a girl of her age and size to be so strong and skilled. That little display confirmed it. This girl was basically a quiet version of Nora. The bizarre strength reminded him of his bubbly bomber friend, and he couldn't help but smile.
As she brought the wood to camp and came back to him, Ren had to admit, she was strong. Perhaps he could ease up a bit, after all. "Impressive." He said to the grinning little girl. She certainly wasn't helpless, and she could even be an asset in a fight. Perhaps she could throw trees at the bad guys.
Ren brought his load to camp, then returned to Pucca while gathering some more. He looked over to the girl curiously. "How did you get so strong?" He asked. He figured she trained extremely hard, or she had some kind of power. Considering everyone back home basically had some kind of Semblance, it wasn't too much of a stretch.
He continued to cut down wood with Stormflower, showing swift and graceful skill with each swing. Thinking back to the others back home, he wondered how they were doing. Perhaps Jaune and Pyrrha won the doubles round at the Tournament. Maybe they were off looking for him. If luck would have it, those two would finally stop being dense and hook up already. Ren could tell those two were meant to be. Hell, everyone at Beacon could.
He needed to get home. His friends were probably freaking out over his disappearance. He could be stuck in this world for months, years, even. He still had to graduate from Beacon. He still had a lot of plans for his life, and now, he was basically in a war for the multiverse. He'd save this world, and his own, and come back to his friends. Nora would probably start sobbing when he came back. She was always the loud, emotional one. he wouldn't have it any other way.

Chibiterasu
Chibi couldn't help the small look of embarrassment as his mother stated that he'd become a big boy. When she stated that they should followed the red headed girl, Chibi gave a nod and followed in suit. *These woods feel... weird..* he spoke mostly to himself as the group walked cautiously listening for any signs of prey. The land over all felt different... it felt... strange, but Chibi pushed those feelings aside figuring they were just due to the new locations.
Hearing a scurry in a nearby bush, Chibi turned to see a rabbit and heard his mother saying they should get it, followed by a light whooshing noise. Turning, Chibi spotted Merida with a bow, a buck collapsing to the ground a little while off. A feeling of awe hit Chibi, he hadn't seen maybe archers before and the kill had seemed pretty clean. Part of him wished that he could congratulate her on the kill but knew that she wouldn't understand, and so he just looked at her and wagged his tail a bit. Looking back at his mom, Chibi nodded *Yeah! I'm a mighty warrior like you!* he said happily before turning and quietly walking over to where the rabbit had gone.
Moving silently in the underbrush, Chibi kept himself low to the ground as he approached his target. Once he was close enough, he pounce, landing on the rabbit and finishing it off. He sat down for a moment and closed his eyes giving a silent prayer of thanks, something his mother had taught him.

 Asch and Legretta ~ Here, dancing with the enemy, I fight for one person. Asch couldn't care too much for Naraku's plan either but neither he nor Legretta cared enough to stop him. Asch would prefer looking his enemy down while he cuts them down but his enemy wasn't here, these people were simply nameless bodies that needed to stop breathing. Their end would signify his return, and hopefully make him a better warrior. If he's capable of being flexible and taking down warriors of this caliber, maybe he can truly defeat Luke and become the Luke he was meant to be. He stood in silence, watching Naraku.
Legretta was in silence as well, even as Vanessa voiced her concerns. It was surprising to see the feline have pride, even if it was in something so dirty as fighting heroes. Legretta had killed innocent people before and fought for the general genocide of a world. it was, nice, to see someone have a sort of pride left in their situation. "We shouldn't underestimate our enemies...even if this spell separates them, I doubt this will end here. I say we all prepare for battle." Once she was finished speaking, Krieg made his outburst.
She quickly turned to him. She tried to hide it, but even Legretta was taken by surprise and...scared. Asch turned, his gaze locked on Legretta. The blonde gunwoman quickly leaned back again, composing herself. "Krieg, calm yourself..." His comment was crass and his volume was obviously not helping. Legretta unhooked her guns, concentrating. "He could have given away our position so I repeat, we should prepare ourselves for battle while Naraku prepares his magic."  Here, fighting with a legion behind me, no one will know what I've accomplished. ~

One of them being it was cowardly. "I didn't know we decide to play fair." Naraku jabbed but then of course, Kreig had some sort of point...SORT OF.
