Now she was getting uncomfortable. Why did this quiz seem so hard? Fidgeting more in her chair, Kyleigh took twice as much time to completely read and answer every single question. And when she was through, she went back over and double checked everything.

Kyleigh allowed herself a frustrated huff as all her best plans flew right out the window. This was her last chance to at least pass the quiz. She could live (she supposed) with less than an A as long as she didn't fail. That just wasn't acceptable in her world. Closing her eyes, she took a deep breath and forced herself to relax. Getting herself anymore worked up was not going to solve anything, least of all these math equations.
Bibiana wiggled in her seat. She just couldn't sit still for some reason. She knew this class was important, especially if she wanted to graduate the academy. And she did! She did want that, very much. She just wasn't very good as staying focused. With a deep breath, she forced herself to still so she could take the quiz, and hopefully pass it.

Well, that wasn't a very good first try! The bright pink geist wrinkled her nose and once again tried to focus on the quiz in front of her. She could do this! She just...had to...foc- oohh was that a wisp outside the window?
Taegan stared at the test on their desk. This should be fairly easy. It wasn't quite their beloved science, but math was close enough they supposed. With a soft sigh, Taegan bent to begin.

H-uh.... That was much more difficult than they had expected. Well, at least they could try again.
"Tch...who needs math?" Lestari muttered to herself. This was definitely not her favorite class. But she needed it to graduate and go on to do what she really wanted to do. Fashion!! Just thinking about it made her a little more happy to be there.
Usually Odessa was pretty terrible at math, she had no misconceptions on that at all. However, for some reason today she was in a pretty decent mood, perhaps it was all the studying she had done with Kara. When looking over the paper, somehow she knew all the answers. She wasn't sure how that had happened exactly, but she all the answers had come easily enough. Whatever method that Kara had used to help her retain the information had actually helped!
Kara was, perhaps, the complete opposite of Odessa. Usually she was all over any math problems. However, today she had had a hard time getting up out of bed, leaving her wandering if she had spent too much time tutoring Odessa and not worrying about her own test. She was fairly certain she had passed, but the fact that the answers hadn't come very easily made her lose a little bit of confidence in herself. She would definitely have to try harder next time.

Anara didn't like that she had to speak up among the other students. Couldn't she just fill out a piece of paper and hand it in..? It wasn't like most people could hear her when she spoke anyway. However, it didn't make her feel any less anxious to see pairs of eyes on her when it came to her turn to speak. "My favorite number... is... 0..." Was that even considered a number? She sure thought it was, regardless of what other people said. "Because.. 0 is on it's own... with no one to bug it... If you look at zero, it's not even there.. That's why it's my favorite."

Perhaps it was because of the last student's response, but Kiessi couldn't help it. "My favorite number is 100! Because it's a lot! And nothing can beat a lot, right?!" They grinned widely, making large motions with their hands as if encompassing everything in the room.

Rorie tilted his head at the last two Freshlings' responses, not really sure what to make of it. Was the more energetic one trying to make the other one mad? He decided to put it out of his mind and focus on the actual question, "I.. think my favorite number is 7. Not really sure why, it just seems like a nice number and I think it's supposed to be lucky."

Parodia really hated classes. They were all so boring! She always struggled to keep herself awake or from running out of the room. She listened with half an ear to everyone else's answers, which all really kinda sucked from what she heard. When it came to her turn she grinned toothily at the teacher and stood up. "I like the number 13. It's the most unlucky number, which is awesome. Plus, it's very easy to write." she sat back down and glanced to Promme to see what he thought.

Her favorite number? She was supposed to have a favorite? She had a favorite food, color, and animal. But she had never thought about what number was her favorite before. She was wracking her brain trying to think of one when it was finally her turn to speak. For once she wasn't ready for the attention at all, who had a favorite number?!
"I um...I like...3! Because I have three older brothers and they're all super cool!" The thought had come to her at the last possible moment. She loved her brothers, and since there were three of them, three had to be a pretty cool number right?

Eilwen sat back and continued to shrink in her chair more and more as it got closer and closer to her turn to speak. Oh, she always had a hard time in classes where she had to get involved in the discussion. She didn't like it when everyone looked her way and could see her small wings. Her slit pupils didn't bother her, but her wings sure did. When it was finally her turn she adjusted so that she was sitting properly in her chair. She tried to speak clearly, although she was a bit quiet.
"I like 8. It's a very pretty shape and really fun to draw..." As someone who was interested in design it was a particularly pretty little figure to draw. That was really the only reason she liked it. She supposed she didn't really have a favorite number really. But if she had to pick, she'd pick 8.
