"Oh s**t oh s**t oh s**t oh s**t!" Astridr saw Uncle Junior glaring at them, looking like he was about to eat them in two solid gulps, not even stopping to chew. "He's gonna eat us!" She squealed, grabbing her brother's arm and tugging. How on the isle were they going to get out of this?! All Astridr could think was to rush forward and plead, surely Uncle Junior wouldn't eat them. They didn't touch family after all! Right? Oh Guardians what if they did?!

Junior had flared his wings, widening his stance. He'd intended to look bigger than he was. At least until he was able to see what it was making the noises. He folded his wings back, tucking them with care. His tail was twitching, mostly out of irritation than anything. He grumbled, shaking his head. "It's safe. Just a couple of misbehaving teenagers." The yellow demon shot the last part over his shoulder towards Leif and Astridr, whom he'd turned his back to. His immediate concern was for Aysel and Nereus, anything else could wait a few minutes.

Astridr had completely forgotten her stick, dropped it and ran with her brother. He seemed to be thinking straighter than she was! Oh Guardians, how on the isle could she possibly have missed the fact that she was eating other pae!

"If we live til we get home, I swear I'm never touching meat again!" Astridr huffed, running as fast as she could to keep up with her brother.

Junior shook his head. "You're safe Aysel. I promise." He grinned, back to his normal self. This was supposed to be a fun walk, not something they were going to regret. "These teens won't do it again. They're in trouble and they know it." This was a nod to Nereus. He knew which set of teens it was, which mean he was going to have to sit down with his brother and talk to him about it. "So, back to the walk?"
