There once was a little mouse who loved tea. He tried every different type of tea he could get his little paws on. When his friends asked him what he wanted for Christmas, he answered “A new kind of tea.” Now, as his friends knew, he had tried every type of tea there was known, making this a very difficult task. They hunted and searched for a new kind of tea, all in vain. Then the mouse’s sassy little sister came up with a solution. When Christmas morning came, she gave him a slice of tea cake.

This dish is technically not a Christmas dish. However, my family always makes it at Christmas time (the only time we make it) that I thought I would mention it. We make rice krispies, some of them are just regular rice krispies while some of them have froot loops in them. They are definitely one of my favourite baked goods to eat at Christmas <3.

I don't know if this is considered a festive food, but I love pumpkin pie. I'm the only one in my house who likes it, though, so I only ever get to have a slice when the whole clan gets together for the holidays.

When I was maybe seven or eight, I wanted a guinea pig. I'd never had my own pet before, and they were just sooo cute in the pet store. When I woke up x-mas morning, there was a guinea pig waiting for me on the coffee table (In a cage, of course). He was almost pure white with red eyes, and a gray spot on his head, like a cute little hat. I named him Snowball.
