Happily it seemed that the idea of moving to the old operation room excited the younger member of the division. Kyoshiro nods and smiles happily as she questions if she could really move into it. "Of course." He would reply to her with an amused smirk as she was off to investigate the room after a quick bow, one he would respectably return to her. Now all that was left to be dealt with where this, Carvin, and the young Human Riku which one of his Zanpakuto Spirits was speaking with at the moment. His ice blue hues fall to Carvin, or over him and to the spirit that wrapped her arms around him. "I am glad you understand my position, though it is less about the comfort of the doctors or patients, and more about the oath one must take before being accepted in the medical field." Even if the scientist did not understand, he took it well which was respectable to him. "Kuur-kun, I believe I have something that may be of use to you. Solely to you as well." As he spoke a young looking woman stepped out behind him with a head of brilliant silver hair, and most notable a large crescent blade held on her back. The bubbly girl took no time to step out between the two with a smile, "Hello! Can you see me Ku-chan?" She would ask as she would try and see if he was just blinded to his spirit or all of them. Her sparkling silver eyes shining as if they were each a small moon. The old man, Kyoshiro, would cross his arms as his second Zanpakuto Spirit would ingloriously introduced herself to the young male Shinigami. "Why not join me down stairs to the courtyard, Kuur-kun?"
Amatersu is amused at just how easy it was to get the Human boy to speak. "I know of the Fullbring; children polluted with the Reikyou of the Hollow. Not a beast of destruction, but a being with a variety of abilities." The woman placing her hand to ther chin as she listens to the tale of how he came into the his power, as well as how he managed to enter the Soul Society. "I see, so the Ryoka is an illegal Substitute Shinigami as well. You may not realize this, but you have committed two crimes against the Seireitei. First; taking the power of a Shinigami. Second; illegal entry into the Soul Society and Seireitei." The divine regal woman would seemingly ponder over the situation that she found herself placed in. Her fiery eyes looking to the file that young male had brought to her, "Though Zero has given you a task to complete, so I figured you most of earned his trust. As for a deed for you to do for me..." Once more Ama was in her thoughts up a way to prove the male's intent. "I have nothing, but perhaps my master could find use of you."

Far from the First Division, Katsurou was checking in on a friend within the Fourth Division after seeing the smoke from a window. Of course it would mean that he was there early, and bypassing the Ryoka and Zanpakuto Spirit in the lobby as they spoke to each other. His golden colored eyes watching them though as he moves through the lobby into the halls. How many times had he walked through these halls while visiting his work friend, Olivia, as they worked on various alchemy projects together. Not to mention the various projects he had asked from her... one project he was here to check in on. It was in the halls, away from her room that Katsurou runs into her with a happy expression on her face. "Hey Olivia-chan. Here I was worried that the smoke was from your room." He teased with a smile himself, "How are you doing? I know I am early, but I figured I would stop in and see you if time allows."
As Amatersu spoke to Riku he stood there with a confused look on his face he honestly didn't know this was some kind of high level crime he commented he thought he was just going to be a protector not some fugitive Riku had thought for a second the plus side to all this is that Amatrersu hasn't killed him or attempted to attack him yet so that was a good thing,"Well i am very sorry for breaking any laws or rules this place has all i know is i was approached by one of your shinigami and they noticed my power's were exceptional for a human and started to speak to me about becomeing one of you i liked the idea of being able to fight for a cause a sense of placement not,i felt as if i could do more and i couldn't being stuck there in the human world because i didn't know how to fully understand my power untill recently then this game upon me so i am humbly sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused i am honestly just here to try and make a difference in the whole and become one day maybe of the the members of a squad of some sort. Riku would say to Amatersu riku wanted to make sure he didn't come off as hostile he wanted to be able to help the soul society not fight it and then die for no reason without doing something meaningful sense one of the captains trusted him enough to send papers to another squad riku thought that might give me a little more leverage of not dieting the percent was high enough and it went down a little luckily hopefully this other captain is as nice as this Girl here,"Also i would be glad to help your master and prove the people here that i can be usefull even if it means doing the jobs people think are meaningless nothing is meaningless if a captain says to do it most of the time they might test you just like my grandpa did always teaching me lessons on how to do things here and there lesson can always be learned he would tell me." Riku would say tearing up a little smiling at her,Riku was a proud guy he didn't like to show off his emotions so he tried to play it off laughing a little acting like he was trying to get something out of his eye.

After receiving the confirmation from Captain Kyoshiro, Olivia was on her way to the room that was once a surgery room. The young girl would give a small wave to both her Captain, and the twelfth division Shinigami whom she had just met as she departed. On the way to the location of interest, she would run into her close friend Katsurou. "Katsurou-kun!" she would exclaim upon seeing him. The tail like accessory upon her backside would swish back and forth in excitement upon running in to him. When he would claim that he was worried about her, Olivia would let out a nervous laughter. It was hard to tell if he was teasing her or genuinely concerned for her well being. "There might of been a tiny mistake." she would explain. Of course, she had no idea what that mistake was or even if she legitimately made one. The recipe was brand new, and all she could do if it turned out bad was to try again. "We can check on it after the smoke clears out, but until then..." she would say linking her arm in his. "We have something to check out." she would finish her sentence while leading her friend to the old surgery room.

Carvin watches as how another Shinigami had entered the head quarters and speaks to Olivia, they sound like they are acquainted with each other. Briefly, they then depart but his true focus is on the Captain of the Fourth Division, Captain Sanada. Sanada comments about the fact he is glad that Carvin understands his position but it is more about duty then comfort for others. Carvin does perceive its similar to his own as in the 12th Division, Research allows further development through out the Soul Society. Carvin had recently been building a modification for his body due to recent research over the Mod Souls and how they can hide their spiritual pressure so strongly. The modification is a Core, its currently back in his own lab in development as there is pieces of information he has yet to collect in the 12th Division's Research building. Completing that Core is one of his main objectives as he believes it will have the capability to allow him to learn the ways of the Mod Soul and hide his own spiritual pressure so strongly. Its a way to hide himself if he wishes to not be disturbed or found by potential threats that may get in the way of his research. However, he knows its only mechanical and that it must be maintained at all times but he hasn't figured out how he would maintain it. Its mainly a core he would implant into his chest so that his spirit energy can course through it, which may help maintain it at all times. Captain Sanada mentioned there is something he has that may be in use for Carvin, though what for? Carvin can't help but wonder about this but all a sudden, some women comes seeping out of him like spirit energy, quite something. The women has silver hair, appears around the same age like Carvin but doesn't feel like a Soul Reaper, something else entirely. "Yes i can see you." Carvin said it very friendly and reaches out to give a hand shake but hears the Captain asked about him joining down stairs to the court yard. It seemed reasonable to do so after all, everyone in the area is doing something and seems they will provide a distraction to what Sanada wishes to do. "Right away, Captain Sanada." Carvin said so with respect as he begins to follow Captain Sanada.
Nimoira so far, is quite pleased about the events but yet wonders what is the core purpose. Clearly she still feels sadness but something about the whole thing of her master joining Captain Sanada down stairs brought up curiosity to her. Nimoira yet did witness one of her own kind manifesting out of her Soul Reaper which she speaks to her"I see, our bond is weak, and since he doesn't have a bond with you, he is able to see you and hear you as well." Nimoira speaks with the Zanpakuto spirit that had recently manifested and it only makes Nimoira more sad. Nimoira wishes for her voice to reach Carvin's ears and it echo in his being as well strengthening him. Nimoira is in a hurry, the further the bond isn't addressed, the weaker the bond gets without delay. However due to the other Zanpakuto Spirit appearing, she had felt the bond's decaying state halted and froze like its in cryo sleep. She is very happy it paused which brings a smile of hope to her face. She hopes with this encounter, it will straighten him out to sense her and wake up from his distress. Nimoira did admire the beauty of the other Zanpakuto spirit, she is like her in beauty. Though with the admiration out of the way, Nimoira follows Carvin closely behind as he follows Captain Sanada down stairs. 633 words + 3,146 words from previous post=3,779 words

Sara makes into the Fourth Division as the third seat of Eleventh Division was told to do. He soon disappeared after that, like no trace of him but either way, she is on a medical bed resting up from her injuries. Suppose she can thank him for bringing her here so she can receive treatment for the wound as its already been stopped. Bandages have been wrapped around her forehead along with cushioning to help her small body clot the wound so it can stop bleeding for once. Though she can hear Sara once more speak to her"So what are you going to do now Sara? What is our next move? Training?" Sara thought about what Anastasia is speaking to her in mind, she is right there is a couple options such as training or gathering information on the infamous captain of the Eleventh Division. Anastasia speaks more"Kenpachi.... His power is quite unrivaled, anyone that faces him should be ready for a fight to the death the way his spiritual pressure emitted. Though with the eagerness he displayed, it reminds me of you a bit."
Sara thought about it, its true she is a battle seeking person, she loves fights with other people because it allows her to test her strength as well as the bond between her and Anastasia. She wants her and Anastasia to be more powerful then they have been lately, is it because she is so focused on her own strength that she is putting Anastasia off? How does Anastasia feel about such matter? "Anastasia, tell me something, am i putting you off? Am i so relying on my fighting instinct and strength that our bond doesn't grow?" Sara asked Anastasia in their mental connection, like all Shinigami have with their Zanpakuto spirits. Anastasia does admit, Sara does push it a bit too far in combat at times not fully seeing the fact she is never alone in combat. "Yes, i will always tell you this Sara, you are never alone in combat and you shouldn't act like you are and say sorry to me that you failed in combat. We failed together, don't you see that? I get it, you don't want any blame towards me but we can't blame each other but only train together, more bond, more strength." She admits that Anastasia is right, they failed together as Soul Reaper and Zanpakuto, that is where they must get stronger. "In a little while, i will make that correction between us, just i need to be a bit stronger first, once that happens, this bond between us, will be a lot stronger."
Anastasia smiles, she can see the determination in her younger sister, it only makes her so much more proud. To her, Sara is truly a warrior, a warrior with great power not just physically but her fortitude of a mind is something else. Anastasia though manifest before Sara with a big smile on her face, walks up to Sara giving her a big hug. Its been awhile since she has done this but she can't help but praise Sara. Sara smiles returning the sisterly hug and says"Well i must rest now, i am glad we had this talk but if we are going to train, i should sleep to recover." With that Anastasia disappears with a smile back into the Zanpakuto and Sara lays down closing her eyes to sleep.

Yorokobi smiles charmingly at people as he walks through the grounds of the Fourth Division. He passes the supply building and nods at the grunts who pause to greet him politely and continues onward to the hospital portion. "Good to see you again, Rosette-chan. I see your leg is finally mended." He winks at her and continues on. The cleaning crews busily maintain the grounds and shinigami wander in and out of the entrance. He grins broadly at each person as he greets them each in turn. As he makes his way inside, he checks in at the desk to let them know that he will be available in his office. After arriving in the restricted section of the building, he enters the administrative offices hall. He unlocks his office door and cheerfully hangs the key on the peg by the doorway. "Ah, now for ... let's see ..." He picks through the small vials of essential oils. "Yes, peppermint and ... lavender. That'll be nice and soothing. Perhaps some vanilla, too." He adds the drops to an aromafier and turns it on. Soon the pleasant aroma rises up and he settles into his desk chair for a quiet afternoon of paperwork. At least he hopes that it will be an easy afternoon. He has no intentions of making himself available just yet for medical duties, but if the need arises or an order from above comes.
Airi had just finished her shift at the hospital area of the 4th Division Headquarters, holding a few folders. She was given the task of delivering reports and paperwork to everyone who needed it. She hummed as she moved, getting through the restricted section only meant for the higher ranking members and doctors. Slowly, Ai stopped in front of the 4th seats office. Her pale cheeks flushed a bit before she moved to slowly knock on the door to let him know she was about to enter. Turning the knob and peeking in, the woman's meek voice could be heard from behind it. "Y-Yorokobi-san? I have...the...the paperwork and reports for the end of the day...erm..." She then slowly entered, shyly fidgetting as she stood in front of the door. "I..I hope you...weren't busy." Airi spoke, her voice quiet. Her eyes glanced to him for a moment before looking away again. With her free hand, she moved to push her glasses up onto her nose a bit more since they were sliding off.
Yorokobi looks up from his paperwork and smiles sweetly at Airi. What a cute young lady. He waves her in and says, "Ah! Good to see you, Airi-san! Please come in! It is nice to see a friendly face after my long stay in the North Rukongai." His voice is pleasant and gives the impression of honesty. "You are a most welcome distraction from my paperwork."
She smiled, fidgetting a bit still at his door before moving forward and placing a folder on his desk. "I...I don't mean to be a distraction, sir." She said politely, her two braids falling in front of her as she shifts about. "How was it? Any progress on the issues there? I...I was worried about you...erm." Her pale face turned red after she spoke. But to Airi, it was normal to be worried about a fellow division member...right?
Yorokobi sets down his tea mug and picks up the teapot. "Would you care for some tea, Airi?" He ponders how to answer that question. Whether she knew it or not it is a loaded question. He smiles at her tentatively voiced concern. "Well, I wish that I could say that the epidemic was an easy situation. But, that would be a big fat lie." He looks down for a moment and then back up at her. "The living conditions over there are as bad as people say. To make it worse most of them are uneducated and many resort to stealing and other unsavory activities to survive. The lack of sanitation did not help the situation. I will say over all there is a lot that needs to be done to improve upon the situation over there, but at least the epidemic seems to have run its course. Unfortunately, a number of our doctors have been injuried during raids because we usually make good marks. Not that I just sat there and took it. The main issue is that there needs to be some reforms or at least more steady aid aside from increased patrols. That said, goodness knows that Division Eleven could fill out their ranks with the thugs out there."
Airi thought for a moment and nodded before moving to take a seat in one of the chairs. "I..I would l-love some, Yorokobi-san." She spoke lightly, her lips curling in a smile. Her cheeks would still be rather red as he spoke, of course she frowned as she processed the information he was giving her. "I...I wish there were something we could do to help them there. No one deserves to live in poverty...or be uneducated." Airi said lightly, looking down at the floor. She had come from poverty as well and was lucky enough to have joined the Academy to become a Shinigami. While she didn't look like it now, she knew exactly how everyone was probably feeling there. "I...I remember what it was like to live in a place like that...they are only stealing to take care of themselves.." The woman muttered softly. "They do it to survive...they aren't thugs...They are just trying to get by."
Yorokobi pours her tea and then slides it over to her along with the sweetening options: honey, sugar, agave, and maple syrup. "Well, I must admit that it was quite the culture shock for me. I knew what people had said, but to see it with my own eyes and live among them for a month ... that was tragic. Please do not misunderstand me about the ones I call thugs. I am not talking about petty thieves stealing for their family groups. I am talking about the more violent ones who like to dominate over the others and attack anybody they can to maintain their control." He sighs. "I left what I could to help out. Established a clinic, but honestly, it's a temporary measure at best. At least until our superiors see it our way. I suppose they believe in the bootstrap theory where each needs to decide to pull themselves up or something else extremely difficult. I do not know what goes into the decision making process for where we appear here. I was blessed and my soul was a part of a specific reincarnation cycle and was brought back into the family as soon as I had arrived." With that he stops talking and ponders just how much of his history he should state here where it could become more known. It could still be dangerous, he had been warned by the judge who graced him with the honor of rejoining his relatives in the Soul Society. "If I should ever reach a level of authority that would permit me to do more, I will. You can believe me on that, Airi-san. I have no idea what I have authority to do even in my own family. That is up to the head of the family. My personal allowance and my paycheck can only go so far and the need is too great for it to go very far."
Airi took a small breath and closed her eyes for a few moments as she doctored up her tea to taste a bit sweeter. She was silent, thinking about what to say next. "Some of us come from a life of poverty and make a good living." She states softly. She had not been born in the Soul Society like some. She was a doctor in her previous life, remembering everything she experienced as a human. It wasn't until her death that she really experienced hardship. Having fended for herself for so many years in both aspects of her life, she came from poverty twice only to get somewhere decent. "That's all you could do...it is a start....but we will get there eventually." Airi then took a sip of her tea before answering softly. "I do believe you....and I will stand with you no matter what, Yorokobi-san...." Her cheeks then flushed slightly after she spoke.
