Jake only arched an eyebrow when Gale scooted closer, baffled by why he would do that if he was mad at him. At least, he assumed Gale was mad at him. He was sure everyone he knew was secretly mad at him for something.
He was also sure that they were all goin to die if they didn't stop this childish game of throwing paper around. Why were they even-
Jake stared at the paper thrown at him. He looked back up to see who threw it. He did not open that paper.

He had been watching for the reply and still somehow managed to drop the response as it came soaring back at him. At first Quinn thought this might not be able to wait.... But. He nodded at Gale in reply after he had a moment to look around the room. After the meeting might be better for them, he wasn't sure who was privy to their little odd mission objective. Pointedly he looked at the paper, realized there was another who was currently here and should be there too. He added something else so the message now said: We need to talk -quinn
After the meeting.
You too, lucky.
Quinn also made sure to add an arrow next to gales written part of the message stating that part was added by Gale, in case lucky didn't realize the handwriting. He flung the ball at Lucky next. astaraei internet crapped out so this will just wait hajjdjjdjkvks

Gale did not answer Solia. He knew what you were doing, Solia.
He did, however, give Quinn a nod in understanding, but Lucky was given a slightly more wary look, because Gale was still not entirely certain that Lucky was not going to kill him.
Hence why he was sitting over here, next to his very bestest friend Jake, and not Lucky or Rep.

Taking a cue from Mark and several others, Lucky began texting under the table, completely missing whatever uneasy glance he'd been given by the recipient of the messages. Text to Gale there's something I need to ask you A piece of paper proceeded to hit him in the face and his finger accidentally mashed 'send' early. Oops. Well, maybe Gale could guess? Lucky slipped the paper off the table and unfolded it in his lap, quickly scanning it. His eyes flicked back up to where Quinn was, and he gave the slightest nod before crumpling the entire thing. He wasn't keen to get caught tossing anything around the room right now.

Next to his seating chart, Horace began to idly note who threw notes (or paper, Rep) at whom. He wondered why more people didn't text and completely ignored the fact that he sent a note to Rep. Selective memory.

Solia doodled Mark and Oz holding hands. She almost threw it at them but then decided against it. Instead, she just took a photo and posted it to the Deus Art forum.
Then she just started taking notes about how to maybe get a golem to fly on island.

Somewhere in the back of the crowd, Wilson surely won an award for managing to sleep while standing up at this meeting.

Solia would make him that award later in the form of a bento box.

Bradley wondered how Wilson could even be asleep with the looming threat of Caelius overhead. He applauded his cousin's sheer tenacity and willingness to sleep at a time like this.
Coinsidentally he'd be getting not one, but two bentos.

Al predictably sat as close to Rep as he could get away with and shot him an overly eager wave. Two birds with one stone at least. After his first death meeting like this, he's been looking to keep as far away from Cael as humanly possible really.
