I have a question about recustoms on gen 2+ since we normally don't see them. I'm going to use Satres as an example. From what I've read and understand I'd have to keep his traits the same(regular) but I'm wondering if you're allowed to change the pelt pattern on him, add remove colours ie get ride of the red and orange from his hair, lighten up his blue pattern on his body or add the pattern of his father to him since he scares people. So pretty much, what can and can't we do to a gen 2 Soq while keeping all the traits the same?
1) CURRENTLY gen 2 ponies cannot be recustomed. 2) HOWEVER even if/when they can, the amount of differences you ask for would actually require you to kill this pony, and have them reborn outside of the family (or as another kid) and start over completely. Ponies dont just magically change as much as you are asking, much like they couldnt change that much on a 1st gen without needing to be reborn. You might be able to lighten the colors of the markings to make them more visible, and reduce the amount of red and orange in his hair, but not add a ton more markings and remove colors all together from him.

Also one other question, about twin shiny/non shiny pokemon...I would like a twin set of two Vivillon, one being shiny and the other not, but with different wing patterns from each other (serebii page to see the different wing patterns). Would they still be twins or due to the different wing patterns would they be siblings and gotten differently. I'm looking at the polar and the marine wings. XD
They'd be siblings Unless they had the same PATTERN but just different colors - winter and Marine are more similar than others so if you'd be willing to meet in the middle of the designs for them, you COULD get them as twins, but it would require acceptance that their wing patterns are going to be the same just different colors. Take it back I was looking at Tundra x Ice and snow for some reason

Can we request Sumi-e style breedings from non-sumi-e parents?
Not unless a colorist opens up a themed breeding with Sumi-e being the theme. Not currently available in my bribes since if that was going to happen I'd rather open it up in a normal raffle breeding first.

Does trying for a breeding in a bribe count as a regular try toward low luck?
No: this is a form of CC so, like the MCCL, it doesnt count toward lowluck

UPDATE: A group discussion with staff has set it up so month bribes have the same 'minimum' as Regular big bribes, meaning that if a colorist has something come up or ends up getting stuck on a single bribe and only can do, say, 10 in the month period of the bribes, they still get to do the 20 slots of an ordinary big bribe (But unlike an ordinary big bribe where you can choose one person for all twenty slots, you still have to do the rotation of new bribes/limited repicks and pick one at a time until you are done.)
In addition! Breedings will no longer count as two slots in bribes, but rather one like customs (Since Twins and Herdhelpers only count as one slot!) so if a breeding is CCed, it doesn't take a larger chunk out of the list!
When my bribe 'ends' on the 9th, I WILL be locking the thread, so you will be unable to edit your desired bribes after that point, BUT I will be continuing to CC until I have finished the allowed 20 bribes!

Might have added to my confusion OR I'm just reading it wrong..One of the two and most likely the latter. XD

That rule is about them not being allowed to be recustomed though I think somewhere along the line it lost the stuff it was a continuation of. Basically it was a "not allowed to be recustomed." And then this was a continuation because people asked "Well what if I just wanted to" "dude no"
but then somewhere along the line that got lost I guess?
