Charlotte just stared at Divine silently, not moving. "I would rather die defending what is important to me than be a coward and hide," she told him and left it at that. "You should already know that, my love." Charlotte's wavelength began to increase slightly.

Divine lowered his sword and sighed as Charlotte spoke, "I do know that, that is why I thought just maybe, just maybe you would reconsider, just this once, just for me." he stated before sensing Charlotte's power grow. As a result, he would grip his sword firmly, preparing himself for battle, "Please, don't make me do this, Charlotte."

Charlotte eyed Divine for a moment or two before her wavelength lowered. She frowned at him before sighing and closing her eyes "Just this once..." she said.

whilst the two were walking, they didnt seem to focus on her that much, she fgured it would be a wise move her sisters body while they were distcracted, perhaps somewhere more protected or hidden, soby the time they were finishing up she already had her ister over her shoulder "dont worry Sister...you'll rest in peace soon enough" she muttered as she started to leave them, due to carrying her she couldnt use her speed as well so she simply attempted to snuck away.

With Charlotte lowering her power and seemingly agreeing to stand down, just this one time, Divine would release his grip on his sword, causing it to vanish. "Thank you." he would mutter before turning away from Charlotte and facing Yin once more, but as he did, she and her sister's body were nowhere to be found. It seems that she had took advantage of his kindness and Charlotte's appearance, to take the body and leave, but her speed wasn't as fast as before and with his swords still littering the battlefield, Divine could easily locate her, which he would do, by taking a sword and throwing it up in the air. As this happened, Divine used his powers and transported into the air right behind the sword. Now that he was in the air, Divine could easily locate Yin and as he saw the woman carrying the body, he would teleport towards the sword that was closest by her. Appearing next to Yin, Divine would snatch the body from the woman's shoulders and stand aside. "I'm sorry, but I have to do this." he told her.

Yin would jump in surprise "geez wasn't quick enough" she growled as she turned to face the man "give her back...now, your going to regret it" she tod him as she stabbed the ground wigth her sword only to have it split into two pieces, the sword would repair itself but in two different forms giving her two swords she grabbed them "you have one last chance to do so"

With the body in his care, Divine looked on as Yin split her sword in half, causing it to reform into two different swords. With a sigh, Divine would hold out his hand and create a white portal in front of him, "This has gone on far too long. With the sudden appearance of the Witch of Nightmares, there is no telling who else may come." he told her before taking the body and throwing it at the portal. As the body made contact with the portal, it would be taken apart, piece by piece, before vanishing completely. "Sorry, but I couldn't afford to lose the body." he added as the portal closed. "Your sister is now in the grasp of my commander. You will not be able to follow her or find her. Not until she is brought back." Divine would then glance around the field, seeing all of his swords still lodged in the ground. Should Yin still insists on fighting, even after her sister was taken, Divine would oblige, but he would no longer hold back. "Let us call it a day here." he stated. "There is no point in fighting anymore, I have acquired my target."

Yin's eyes widened as she saw him throw her sisters body to th portal "your....so going to regret doing that" she growled as she was about to start fighting again, but she wasn't a leader of her group for nothing, "im going to get her back...and when i do...ill be sure to make sure everyone there perishes for their involvement" she told him as she kept pointing the blade at him

Charlotte only frowned as she watched the fight continue and then come to a close. What were they going to do with the body? Charlotte blinked then as she glanced at Divine "So that's what is going on..." she muttered under her breath.

Divine looked at Yin and showed little concern about her threat, "I know that this may be painful for you, but it is something that I must do." he told her before turning his back on her, despite her still having her blades pointed at him. "Should you find her location, you will not make it out alive. I would advise you to give up on her. Unless you plan on dying and becoming yet another one of his puppets." he stated before locking eyes with Charlotte. "Lady Charlotte, you and that witch have seen too much. If my leader were here, he would command me to kill you both, but he is not, nor does he have his eyes on me at the moment." Divine would tell them as he lowered his power. "I'm no longer the Divine you once knew, I am nothing more than a human, under the control of someone else. My will is not my own, my power is no longer mine, but my heart. It is and will always be yours."

Charlotte continued frowning up at Divine "But I assume your heart being mine isn't enough to get you away from your so called 'leader'?" she asked. Her gaze shifted to the ground. This was very troublesome. A new enemy was bad enough let alone one that was somehow able to revive people like Divine.

Hearing Charlotte, Divine would shake his head, "Sadly his grasp over me is too strong. I am his to use, until I die or am freed of his curse." Divine explained as he approached Charlotte, "The time we have now, is all we have left. The moment I leave the Netherworld, his gaze will be back upon me. He will be able to see and hear everything I say or do." he stated before smiling down at Charlotte. "In this brief moment, I am yours, once more." Divine would place his hand on Charlotte's cheek and the two would feel each other's warmth. It had been about a year or two since his demise and his soul was transplanted into the doll Fatalis. While he could still touch and embrace Charlotte, they could not be as they were now. Divine had longed to hold her like he used to, but as he is no longer hers, he was hesitant to do so.

Charlotte's frown dispersed as she heard Divine and when he placed his hand on her cheek. She paused for a moment before reaching up and brushing some hair from his face "I'll find a way to free you then," she told him with a serious expression.

Admittedly, Divine was happy to hear Charlotte say what she did, but deep down, there was something inside of him that told him that freeing him would be easier said than done. Besides, Divine may be under someone else's control, but even then he was searching and planning for a way to free himself, even if it took months of researching he would do it. Removing his hand from Charlotte's cheek, Divine looked around, "Other than freeing me, I have one other request." he told her before looking somewhat sullen. "I have been keeping an eye on the children." he stated. Charlotte would know who he was talking about instantly. "In my absence, this family has fallen apart. Atticus is dead, Mirai is distant towards everyone and Vincent, he has fallen down a dark path, one that he may never return from." As he said this, Divine would smile at Charlotte, "When you go to them and I know you will, please tell them this: The name Hope, is not merely a word. It is a simple of our pride and determination. It shows our love and compassion for one another. We are Hope and as long as my blood flows through their veins, we will be together as one." Divine knew that he was the cause for much of their family's destruction, so even if it is just a little, he will help put them together once more. "Charlotte, our family is broken and it is up to me to fix. So even if I cannot free myself, I can still free them from the pain of losing one another."
