Viktor would stand there cold-faced as Victoria stammered through her questions, then went to speak, “Lord Hokage has decided that we are going to war with the rest of the villages and we need shinobi capable of leading squads, so you and your sister are being considered.” When she looked down, saying she didn’t know many jutsu, the medic nodded, “That is where myself and the rest of the higher ranked shinobi come in, along with your own initiative, you need to train and be ready for the field as quickly as possible. And with that, let’s finish your medical training for now.”
Viktor would pull a scroll from his pocket and unfurl it onto the examining table, making a few handsigns he’d touch the seal and a body would appear on the table. Getting Victoria’s attention, Viktor performed a couple quick handsigns and his hand started to glow slightly as he ran his hand over the body’s torso a few times, carving up it’s insides, slicing ligaments and tendons. After a few seconds, there was an obvious pool of blood forming at the corpse’s back. Canceling the first jutsu, Viktor turned to explain, “Now, I just used a jutsu called Chakra scalpel, it lets you make internal incisions.. or slice your opponent’s arteries… without breaking the skin. Now I’m going to demonstrate the next level of healing jutsu. It will not heal mortal wounds, but it will fix a lot of routine injuries and wounds.” Viktor would then perform another set of handsigns, causing his hands to glow a soft green as he held them over the corpse, fixing the damage he’d done a few minutes earlier. It was easy to see the body reabsorbing the blood as the body was healed. Once he was done, he turned to his student and stepped aside, gesturing toward the body, “Carve it up with the chakra scalpel, then fix the damage.”
