Serr hesitated, but it didn't take long for him to reciprocate the gesture, one-armed and brief. While he would miss his aunt and Thess, he had always wanted to see more of the world on his own terms without worrying about their safety or what they wanted to do. He was pretty sure whatever Eziya chose to see would be fine with him.
"I'm looking forward to it." He let her go again and motioned for her to follow as he padded back out into the hall and down the ladder to say his final goodbyes.
