PERSONALITY: Meris can seem rather aloof and detached when it comes to the world. He doesn’t seem to be moved by much other than music, and when he does turn his attention towards you he’s often cold and biting. He can seem a bit intimidating as he loves toying and crushing the other party knowing that he's the superior opponent in what ever game he likes. A rock also tends to be more movable when Meris has his mind set on something. However like mentioned before Meris is also very mellow and prefers to relax taking the day as he comes and not often seeking something out.
Meris tends to hate shows of affection, although to those important to him he’s loyal and shows a more gentle and softer side. Meris also is very craftsy and loves doing nails and Elegant hairdos and has a weakness for animals or soft plushes. Past Meris was the oldest son of a well off Geist family. His family in fact had been spies during the war and rather successful spies at that. Since it was tradition to send the children to Asphodel's academy, he was sent as soon as he got to his late freshling years. It was there he met Adora and through reluctance on their part they became friends.
In fact his friend list grew from there as he became fast friends with his roommate. Morin and Meris where near inseparable, in fact many people thought they were going to end up together but then Morin brought Yue and Nasai and Elisa into the group and ended up going out with Elisa. Meris started throwing himself into music and after singing one day caught the attention of a talent scout.
He started focusing on singing and music, and after realizing that Adora also wanted to sing the two of them created a band which by the end of their junior years grew in number and in fact grew in popularity. Meris was suddenly an idol of all things.
Of course not everything was peaches and roses and one of his classmates got jealous and placed a hex on the food that Meris was eating. Unfortunately he didn't catch it in time and it damaged the inside of his throat sending him into the hospital for a year. It was during this time that he met Zenith who was also at the hospital for her own health reasons. They became friendly acquaintances and realized they had a lot to talk about between music, bands, and how managers of those bands werent doing a good job. Luckily the doctors were able to eventually save his voice but because he was in and out of school so much he had to repeat a year. Since Adora, Muere and Mora had all graduated Meris found himself growing closer to his band mate Madla and the two ended up good friends. It was also this time that Zenith ended up being their band manager. Hopefully she's okay with the job.
Madla got a bit of the baby fever and ended up imbuing a soul stone. The resulting baby was an instant hit with the band members and Meris watched as a sort of baby fever swept through the group. Suddenly Moira and Adora kept cooing over the children and looking at other guys.
Meris got fed up with her not noticing the fact that he liked her more than a friend and ended up stealing her door. After a huge fight the two of them ended up together where Adora practically dragged Meris off the second he was old enough in society eyes to imbue stones.... in october. What is the worst that can happen?
Well Seraph and Cybele can happen. They're definitely a handful and he's still skirting around Zenith for imbuing and awakening them in October. However he's still quite happy with life. Now that the kids are nearing their junior years and the band is still doing so well, Adora seems to want to adopt more children? They ended up fostering a couple of children who’s parents just disappeared but meris never was able to connect with them.however the thought of more children sat with him.
Seraph and Cybelle where getting old enough that Meris was starting to feel like he was ready for more children. Talking with Adora, the two decided to imbue again this time planning to awaken the stones in September, unfortunately September was a really busy month and October rolled around. Even worst was a crazy fan ended up in Meris's quarters and threatened the stones. Meris was forced to catch them thus awakening them. Luckily both Clear and Giotto while ending up mutated survived. this batch of kids are more subdued than seraph and Cybele, however no matter how different they are He is enjoying all his children growing up.
Present However all good things come to an end. Adora and two of his children have disappeared and meris is starting to realize they probably aren’t coming back. He’s been coping by throwing himself heavily into his music. It’s been worrying Seraph and Giotto but he tries to make time for them as well. Seraph has a new girlfriend and Giotto isn’t dealing with all the changes well. He’ll get through some how. He will.
Meris doesn't like clutter and hates dirty rooms. He needs things to be in a certain spot and the floor clear of stuff. He has the mandatory desk, that hides pads of paper, erasers and pens/pencils for music writing. His book case holds anything that might interest him from Sci fi, to rune writing, to ancient history. Its also where he often hides the things he snitches from people that annoy him or various Adora things.
The shelves next to his bed hold anything Adora gives him and his plushie collection, it has a top that he uses to come down and hide what he puts in there. There is also the couch, for when his band mates come over, and if Morin overdoes it studying and passes out in his room. It hides a tub of sitting pillows because there are a lot of band mates.

They're some how able to have full conversations with just looks alone and the two will stay silent for hours when with each other.
Meliza- ♣♣♣♣♣ They're interesting to say the least, a bit more flirty than he's used to but he truly doesnt mind it. Plus they're close to Adora and make her happy to say the least and the less Meris has to go shopping the better
Adora- ♣♣♣♣♣ Anyone watching them would think that they were worst enemies or at best some how frenemies considering how much they insult each other. Meris refuses to call the demon by her name, and Adora loves insulting Meris and calling him Mary. However Adora is also his, and he's loyal to a fault. Touch Adora and you'll probably end up dead.
Yue- ♣♣♣♣♣ More Morin's friend than his, still the two share a lot of similar interests and can operate with out needing to talk to each other. While Yue can be a handful, its a nice handful. Well its a nice handful when she's not trying to figure out how to make Morin and him more social
Madla- ♣♣♣♣♣ His Keyboardist She seems to have come along a bit in figuring out who she is. While he does admit to her being a good friend, he's not too happy at her geist tendencies especially when they are being used to blackmail him, or possibly black mail him. She has a plushie problem as well. Still he's definitely fond of her.
Muere/Mora- ♣♣♣♣♣ He doesnt talk too much to the twins, although he does totally blame Mora for helping spark Adora's baby fever. Still they're relatively problem free and quiet and he's definitely glad to have them around. They have interesting senses of humor
Seraph- ♣♣♣♣♣ His eldest son. Seraph is definitely a ball of energy although Meris worries at his need to try to please people whether its hiding his mutations or buying them things. Still his kid has a good heart and Meris loves taking him to a show.
Cybele- ♣♣♣♣♣ His eldest daughter. She's definitely her mother's child. Meris loves her none the less although he wishes she wouldn't try to empty out his bank account all the time.
Giotto ♣♣♣♣♣ Giotto is the oldest of his second batch of children. He is rather shy and introverted and Meris is pretty sure that he is getting bullied but he cant get anything out of his son. Still Giotto seems to be getting a good bunch of friends and finding his own. Meris makes sure that Giotto knows he is here for him if needed.
Clear ♣♣♣♣♣ Clear takes more after his side of the family, although he does worry at how quiet the boy is. Still he seems happy and healthy and thats enough for Meris
Ring- its kind of like a promise ring. He wears it on his ring finger and it was given to him by Adora. Adora has a matching one from him.
It reminds him of Anti. He won it in the candy game - cute pink and with the bat wings has a bit of flare to it. Sort of reminds him of Adora. shhhhh

Anti- Anti is a little salamander that he won in the candy game. He was actually thinking about possibly taking home the Vespercat, but Anti latched on to his pocket and climbed inside. Smiling at its determination Meris adopted him. Anti is adventurous always climbing on to the weirdest places and likes to try to get affection from you really early in the morning. Con- His first Skyfish. Con is probably the most affectionate out of all of Meris's pets so far. He was gifted the little guy by apparently according to Madla a Fan. Still its the familiar he wanted and it does a good job of keeping Polar and Anti company. Polar- Polar was actually the Third Familiar Meris ended up with that night, and is extremely skiddish not liking to be away from Meris for long periods of time. The poor thing was almost squished to death at the party and Meris rescued it at the last second. As such everyone forgets that his name is actually Polar and often at times calls him squishy.
Welcome Party- in which Meris meets up with his good friend Madla, learns about Little Madla for the first time and finds that he has an affinity with fish... oh and he still looses Yue when ever he turns around.
Kids! Now- Adora demands they go out and embue now not carrying that it seems to be the middle of october. Meris just goes along with it and hopes his children come out alive.
