Ice Age 2....I want to see it so BAD!
PostPosted: Thu Apr 06, 2006 9:30 am

Yesh, V was amazing. I love his character so much. I wish that he didn't have to die! Alas! gonk

I'd like to see Ice Age 2 two...I mean too. I loved the first one; in fact, I have it on dvd. The dvd was stolen from my parents, lol.

I liked the Fifth Element too. Milo's brilliant in that movie.And...you're right. I do find certain aspects of that film rather comical.

Hm. Come to think of it, Silent Hill would be a good movie to see with a beau. However, I would supremely dissapoint any boy I went to see it with. I don't scare easily in movies, so I wouldn't be all clingy and damsel-ish.

My friend's trying to talk me into seeing "Thankyou for Smoking" with her. I have no idea what it's about...

lol, i do it to humor him. im considerate like that...xD

As far as the other move goes, i hear it is more of a political movie or something...i dunno much more about it than that. google it? lol

I reccommend Silent Hill, it's a good film - not scary as such, just gruesome. Though Chris isn't the lead role like in the game (apparently, I've never played personally).

I watched United 93 yesterday, Scary Movie 4, and The Lost City, but I doubt that one is being shown anywhere up north. If anything, I reccommend United 93 and The Lost City. Scary Movie 4 wasn't all too funny.

i haven't seen scary movie 4 but it looks like you'd have to be in the right mood to see it. perhaps a little sloshed.

i saw aeon flux again today..(bought it.) and i still like it...
it had a good storyline and the art in it was...well...magnificent. it reminds me somewhat of the futuristic 'minority report' with tom cruise. i don't really like tom cruise but he did a nice job in minority report..

There were funny part in Scary Movie 4, but it got really stupid towards the end.

United 93 was good. Pretty depressing, it wasn't funny when the terrorists were getting beat up by the passengers on the plane.

so yesterday i went to this japanese restaurant and had some crab rollup guys and some eel stuff...and octopus and somethin else crazy...all of which was good sept the octopus...but that's besides the point...
my friend dared me to eat all the ginger on the side of the plate(a pretty little orange garnish that is used to cleanse the pallette)...and it tastes like cleaning products...and my other friend ate a piece and was freakin out sayin it was hot..
well.
i ate it all.
didn't taste too bad...sept it was like toilet bowl cleaner..
and my friend bought me a movie
the Chronicles of Narnia.
haven't seen it yet..
and i'm hopin it's good.
that's the end of my funny story that really isn't so funny.

.....Ew.

Narnia is good. Nice book, better movie, even if it does have Christian allegories and allusions. Not that there's anything wrong with Christian themes in a book, it's just the particular one they have in it. Plus the guy who played Quigon does the voice of Aslan. He was also in Batman Begins. He's one of my new favorite actors, along with Jeremy Irons (A.K.A. Voice of Scar in The Lion King, and Antonio in The Merchant Of Venice with Al Pachino as Shylock). They have awesome voices, like Christian Bale. Another new favorite actor of mine (Batman in Batman Begins and Howl in Howl's Moving Castle. TWO title roles.) Gerard Butler also kicks a** (Phantom from The Phantom of the Opera) and he can sing well too boot. So can the guy who played Young Obi-wan (I can't spell his first name to save my life, but his last name is McGreggor and he's in Moulin Rouge. He actually has a very decent singing voice.)

That's my rant on some of my favorite actors in Hollywood. I have others, but they're people like Johnny Depp, Tom Cruise, and Tom Hanks, and everyone knows who they are. The ones I've mentioned in the above paragraph are cooler because they're in some of my favorite movies. And I'm just obsessive.

i don't know if anyone's really seen it...but the show dark angel is AWESOME.

it has jessica alba as the main character.. for those that don't know..she was the main character in 'Honey', invisible girl in 'Fantastic Four', the pole dancer lady with blonde hair in 'Sin City' that doesn't get killed in the end...Nancy i think her name was...she was also in 'Into the Blue' which was an ok movie..

but yeah. a great series. James Cameron directed it..or wrote it or something. it had 2 seasons...it needed a third perhaps to top it off. but its a great show.

saw the movie 'just my luck' with lindsay lohan last night. sucked pretty bad. she lost too much weight...and her natural red hair looks much better.......
anyways. the movie was too predictable to be really any good. there were funny moments...but the movie could have been told in a half hour versus however long it was. i know i just started counting the minutes til it was over.

bah.don't waste time/money.
