Leaping from Origin's head, Law once more called attention to the dark-types, coming down upon a passing Scraggy. Unintentionally however the Scraggy fell forward, landing on another one of Evan's strayed pokeballs. It was drawn inside, and after a few wiggles the ball sealed itself. Now Law had two pokeballs to keep track of. Luckily, Origin provided his large maw as a temporary pocket for the pokeballs. Law just hoped he didn't swallow them.

There wasn't time to worry, with the arrival of another Pokemon, a ghost-type like the Spiritombs from earlier. However, just like it's dark/ghost counterpart, it was taken down with one solid hit. One would wonder if Law was getting bored of one-shotting all these Dark-types, but in actuality he was enjoying this bit of domination he could have these Pokemon. Even if they weren't all quite there, he wasn't going to take that away from his victories.
Meanwhile, in the maze, Evan had made some progression. He'd ended up getting even higher up to another chamber that also held a large body of water, this water however was not boiling hot, it wasn't even hot at all. "It's freezing." he pondered why there was such a drastic change in temperatures. They weren't all that much higher up, yet this water felt like it could turn to ice at any moment. Splashing a bit on his face, the male signed in relief. The cool water on his face was an amazing feeling right now. He'd of liked to just jump in and float around a bit, but they needed to keep moving. Hopefully they'd find some sort of exit back outside.
News update, Zoro had managed somehow to get to the boiling water chamber once more.

Shortly after the Sableye, a Houndour became Law's next target. However, this time he was paying enough attention to the Pokemon he was attacking, finding out it was another Zorua in disguise. It reminded him about his experiment. After leaping back up onto Origin's head, the Pancham patted Origin on his head and motioned for him to move away from the dark-types. They'd managed to get to the doorway long ago, and were already breaking it apart... it wouldn't be long before they eventually busted through, but Law and Origin were only two Pokemon.
Evan stepped away from the water pool, turning to Louhi just in time to see from the corner of his eyes Luffy and Aki joining them. They'd managed to get through the maze easy enough, being able to simply float across it. "Luffy, Aki... Where is everyone else?" Evan asked the feline. He glanced back with those huge eyes, showing no sign of any emotion in them... as odd as that made Evan feel. 'Zoro was with us, but he must have taken a wrong turn somewhere... Law and Origin stayed behind.' Evan quirked a brow. Zoro being lost didn't sound to good. Law and Origin staying behind didn't sound to good either. Hopefully they were safe.

After Origin spit out the pokeballs, Law, hesitantly, tapped the button of one of them, releasing the recently captured Scraggy. It emerged with a shake of it's head, looking between Origin and Law, both seemed rather apprehensive. With a cocked head, the Scraggy turned to find the heavy traffic of Dark-type Pokemon trying to get at the door. After seeing him like this, Law was about 5o% sure that the Scraggy was cured of whatever had made him become that zombie-like. With a pat on the Scraggy's shoulder, Law ran forward, once more getting back into the fray, using Karate Chop on a passing Inkay. The squid didn't go down in a single hit like the others, instead it turned with a frustrated flail of it's tentacles, issuing reflect to put up a barrier between it and Law, however law was far to strong, breaking through the barrier and knocking out the Inkay.

With the Inkay down, Law motioned to the dark-types still remaining when he looked back to the Scraggy however, it'd wandered off, exploring the chamber it seemed. The panda's eye twitched for a moment, but with a sigh, he didn't really care to babysit, so he turned back, just in time to see a Houndour heading straight for him. Holding up his paw, he chopped it right on the snout, sending it into a back flip, to which it promptly fainted.
With two more additions to Evann's party, the male continued forward. This chamber had only one door to pass through, but shortly after it seemed rather clear that whatever was beyond this doorway, they didn't want it leaving. Right as he'd entered the hallway the fire that lit their path began to waver until it eventually blew out completely. They were left in the dark, but the soft glow of Luffy and Louhi's psychic lit up the area enough. It was times like this Evan wished he had the move flash. Or... a Flashlight.

Grinning with another victory, the Panda quickly went back to knocking out more of the dark-type Pokemon, this time a sandile had made it's presence. Another one down, Law turned to see a Vullaby heading his way. Another foe that wasn't going to be one shot by this attack.
Making his way through the darkened corridor, Evan caught his step several times as they descended once more. The stairs were rather worn in this part of the ruins, so each step was just as precarious as the last. He just hoped he didn't end up twisting his ankle or something. In the darkness one could never tell where they were going, at least as far as Evan was. Saga had perfect night vision, and happily took the lead before them, followed by Luffy who rested upon her shoulder. Louhi kept at Evan's side, concentrating on making his psychic powers glow in order to give Evan some light.

Leaping up into the air, the Pancham slammed down his paw on to the Vullaby, it toppled back, but quickly recovered with a Fury attack, Law did his best to dodge, but regardless he managed to get his hit in, leaving yet another dark-type fainted in his wake. With a huff, he turned back to look for Origin, finding the dragon held the scraggy in his maw. Well, that was one way to keep it from running off.

The mild distraction nearly costed Law, but luckily he heard the Houndour coming right for him, turning with an upheld paw, it knocked out the houdour from the force in which the hound had leaped at him. Shaking his paw some, the dark-type quickly retreated for the use of a potion or two.
While Evan continued walking down the darkened corridor, Zoro in the meantime had made it to the maze and was still lost, even more so given the maze. He didn't figure he could leap over the walls to bypass the entire thing. It wasn't likely he'd do such a thing either until he got frustrated enough, even than, Zoro would be more inclined to cutting down the walls than leaping over them.

Just after healing himself up, the Panda turned to see one of the Houndour he'd knocked out before was getting back up, it didn't seem to be done fighting after all. Law prepared himself, dashing for the recovering Houndour. He wasn't afraid to kick a dog while it was down, especially given how savage they were unless caught in a Pokeball. One thing Law had noticed... the wave of dark-types had seemingly ceased. It appeared there were only a few more left remaining. Looking over towards the doorway, it still held strong... funny considering the last door had crumbled far to quickly. Whatever the case, they might end up being able to catch up with Evan soon enough.

This noted, Law felt it was only down to getting rid of the stragglers. After that they could pass through the door with ease. Dashing for what appeared to be a Purrloin, Law did something different this time. As if his body took a hold of it's own, he grabbed the Purrloin instead, letting it get in a free scratch attack. Wincing from the pain, but all in all recovering quickly, he lifted up the Purrloin and tossed it back across the room. When it landed it was fainted, but also no longer a Purrloin. Law was getting fairly tired of this Zorua in disquise. Whatever the case, he looked down at his paw for moment, pondering what move he'd just used. Surely tossing the dark-type wasn't the only thing that caused it to faint. Whatever the case He'd have to save that move... if it even was that, for a stronger foe.

The next target was a Deino, the dragon dino, as the rest were, was blindly going wherever it heard noise, head butting whatever was in it's way or nipping at whatever it's maw brushed up against. Law dashed forward, and got the dragons attention with a touch of it's head, when it turned to face him, he angled his paw at the Deino's snout, knocking it out as he'd done the rest.
Meanwhile, Evan and company had made it into a large chamber, perhaps the largest thus far. All around them treasure rested, and beyond that, a doorway with light peering in from the distance. The candles in this room still burned brightly, allowing Evan and his Pokemon to see al lthe treasure in it's glory. 'Wooooow! Look at all this treasure Evan!' Luffy shouted, motioning towards the hoards of gold and silver with gems of all sorts of colours lining the earth. "Yea... " Evan knelled down ,ready to grab a coin near his food, but Louhi stopped him, grabbing the male's hand. 'Do not touch anything!' He shouted. 'I'll forgive your memory loss this one time, Evan. Treasure like this is usually booby trapped. Touch even a single piece of gold and you could send off a chain reaction that is irreversible.' Evan stood at once, careful now where his feet stepped. Luffy was simply bummed out, but floated back to Saga's head to rest there. "This seems to be the final stretch, so be careful guys." He stated with a firm nod.

The Deino out of his way, Law leaped for another Pokemon, catching the rump of what he thought was another feline, only to find yet again, it was a Zorua. Despite how disgruntled this made Law, he prepared himself as a purple fluffy tailed Pokemon turned to face him. He wasn't to sure what this Pokemon was, but as if his nose had been ignoring it this entire time, a horrid stench rolled off this Pokemon, making the panda cover his nose with a paw, readying the other to attack.

Gathering all his nerves, Law leaped forward, slamming his paw down upon the Stunky. It appeared to grin as Law accidentally breathed in the smell, tasting it made him gag. Using it's smell as a distraction, the skunk attacked with claws, furiously swiping at Law, forcing the Panda back. Before the skunk could finish it's attack however, Law swung down wildly and viciously with his paw, knocking out the Skunk at long last. Though it's stench hadn't gone away, Law was free to escape back to the other dark-types that still remained.
Meanwhile, in the room filled with treasure, Evan and company now floated above the gold and silver and gemstones that rested below them. Traveling via esp was the better choice. Evan was astonished by the sheer volume of gold lining the temple's ground... to think no one had tried to steal any of it? Where exactly was the light at the end of this chamber going to take them? Why it didn't dawn on him earlier confused him. "Wait... Louhi..." The group stopped moving, floating over a large pile of golden idols. 'What is it?' Louhi pondered, though he already knew what Evan was going to ask. "Doesn't it seem odd, that there is a light at the end of this chamber, telling us there is the outside world... yet all this treasure hasn't been discovered?" Louhi glanced away, while Luffy floated over with a nod. 'Yea! All this treasure and no one plundered it?! It's suspicious!' Evan nodded agreeing with the feline. "Could this be an illusion of some kind? Like a ploy to make us think there is treasure but there isn't?" Was it a test? Was someone watching from somewhere, waiting to see if Evan would be greedy and try to steal some of the treasure? Well he'd already somewhat passed the test. There was no temptation when floating over the treasure rather than walking through it. "Let's land." Evan pointed down. "Right there." He wanted to test this theory.

His accomplishment over the Stunky was short lived, as another pokemon he'd have some troubles with appeared. Confident however, as it was only an Inkay. Rushing forward, the panda leaped up and clipped the underside of the floating Pokemon with a Karate Chop. Getting pecked in return, the Panda tumbled back, but recovered as the Inkay prepared another attack, Karate Chopping it before it could do so.
Colour Evan surprised when they landed, the treasure... wasn't actually there. "Thought so." Evan grinned. How he'd figured this out was nothing short of dumb luck, but even still, it was rather surprising. The gold and silver and gems weren't actually there. "Someone set up this mirage for a reason." As he said this, the treasure vanished, leaving behind a room long ago pilfered of whatever had been inside it. The door they'd come through, shut, as did the one letting in the light from the outside. Evan and everyone else's gazes started to shift around the room, lit only by flames that danced seemingly in unison with one another. A quiet cackle erupted from all around them, leaving no real direction to look at. "Show yourself!" Evan shouted, Falling into his best attempt for a defensive stance.

'Stupid humannn' Echoed a voice among the cackling. Evan's eyes shifted until finally they landed on the culprit behind the voice. A... Gallade? A brow arched in curiosity. "What are you doing?" He asked, frowning at this psychic-types attempt at scaring and insulting him. The Gallade held up a hand. It looked like it was going to continue the charade, but then a small petite boy appeared from behind the Pokemon, his hazel-eye filed with fear, his brows furrowed. "Gallade stop it. They already figured it out." He spoke, his voice barely audible, but to the Gallade it was loud and clear. He glanced down at his human companion and sighed. At the Boy's side a Zoroark joined him, It held no illusion, unlike Zoro. Likely it had been the culprit behind the illusion Evan and the others had thought was real. 'Master they've come to seek the treasure I'm sure of it.' The Gallade spoke, making Evan tilt his head. "Treasure? You mean there is an actual treasure here that wasn't taken long ago?" The Gallade turned with a hand up. 'Shush, human!' The boy quickly held up a hand to Gallade's one lowered arm. "Honestly, they're not here to steal the treasure." The boy turned his gaze to Evan. "Lessel says you expelled the human ghost that was terrorizing the upper floors. I'd like to thank you for that, and it seems the dark-types that were attacking you have stopped entering the ruins." The more he spoke, the more he seemed to become confident in his words. " The treasure my friend spoke of is..." He shifted for a moment, revealing a backpack from behind him. Unzipping it, the boy then revealed a fossil... a Root Fossil. Evan stupidly stepped forward, forcing the Gallade to once more hold up an offensive stance. 'Back away human!' It shouted "S-sorry, I was... surprised is all. That's a fossil, right?" The boy nodded. "We found it in this room long ago. This ruin is under the desert and the entrance that way has a 4o foot drop, dead into jagged rocks below. Unless you can fly or climb a steep mountain you're not likely to get here from that way. I'm surprised someone actually went all the way through the Hoenn desert to get here." What a curious tale the boy was spinning. It fasinated Evan.
Meanwhile, Law eagerly took care of another Spiritomb. And Zoro was still very much lost within the maze. The concept of only turning one way wasn't really known to the fox.
