"Do not trouble over me. If you are both made well, then I am well." For warmth and reinforcing protectiveness, Titan wrapped his arm on that side around to Kairato's opposite hip. Hopefully it would encourage him to sit closer up and stay warm. Since Hvergelmir questioned whether or not the other speaker got the information, and then reiterated it, he wasn't certain if only the knight with the ring could give information or not. There was also her covering it ...was it like a phone? Or a CB radio? It was a mystery. But it meant that he continued to relay suggestion to Hvergelmir, rather than to a generalized conversation, "If they can bring towels or blankets in their car that they do not care about getting a little dirty, they should. You will both need wrapped before being put in. While they travel, you can decide here who goes in the passenger seat, which will need to be lowered, and who in the back seat. " Hopefully it is not a sports car, and it has a back seat. Kerberos...is he going to be sick? I hope not. He's at least less shakey. "Kerberos, unless you are set on waiting to see them into a car, it might be safer if you got to safety. The less anyone of either side knows you are involved, the less talk there can be. Do you have the energy? I have an orb if you didn't remember to bring any. " Another fishing of self and he produced the energy gather, a medium orb, out to the corrupted senshi. I need to keep them all safe. Please let the choices and directions be right. I am not made for this, for the lead.

It was hard to hold onto the movements of the conversation all at once, when she wasn't at her best. Hvergelmir took a breath and tried to marshal her thoughts, to remember what Mimisbrunnr had asked and what Titan had suggested -- and to block out the rest as not immediately important. "It'll just be the two of us when you get here," she promised. "You don't have to worry about disguising your car or anything. Bring, um, towels or blankets if you can -- Kai and I are stable, but not, uh -- I don't think I could walk anywhere. I'm not sure he could, either. Our legs aren't good."

"We'll be fine." Kairatos promised, though he wished he could offer more of his usual conviction to the statement. They were going to be fine. They were out and help was coming. 'Fine' and 'Recovered' could be different animals for now. "You should both c.." He was about to say 'cover your assess' but the expression just seemed too damn obnoxious under the circumstances. "Make sure you're clear. I need to call Themiscara if I can also. Don't think she wants to hear where we are via a game of telephone." Oh lord Themi was going to kill him, left alone with the cats... Mac had probably declared himself lord and master of everything. "That is also the politest description of... this... that I think anyone could manage. That's some skill you've got there." He forced the joke a bit, but there was a hint of real but weary amusement. It was better than letting his eyes linger on her injuries anyway.

Kerberos slowly uncoiled himself, pushing up off the ground. "I should probably go," he acknowledged, I'm not gonna be much more use here. I'll probably be able to make it, I mean, I'm not looking at much else for the rest of my day except sleeping off...everything." And if he got sick when he got there, well, he had done all of this to himself. It was his own fault he was too pathetic to function sober, his own fault that he wobbled a little when he stood.
"I'll - I'll come by your bench in a few weeks," he said, "and I'll bring that blanket." He wasn't even sure if Hver remembered that he had offered before, but he sure did.
And with that, he vanished, to carry his sad sack of self home."Okay," Mimis said. She hadn't really worried about a disguise anyway - but perhaps she should have, since it was obvious they'd had inside help. "I'll bring blankets and, uhm, have you guys eaten or anything? Should I bring food?" Would that even be helpful?
She could definitely hear voices in the background, which was probably whoever had helped them get out. "Whoever you are, back there, thank you," she said, and her voice was a little louder so hopefully they could hear.

"Even if you're hungry, no to food." Titan advised, trying to marshal memories of lessons in healthcare. "Just lots sips of water. You might be taken to surgery once you're with help, and food with the medicine they give can make you sick up. " Whatever was in painkillers, it never seemed to agree with digestion. "I'll stay here until I here the car. If another agent came on you both alone..." A grateful look was made at Kerberos, but whether he saw it or not before vanishing was unknown. Without his help, so much less would have been managed. Hopefully he could see that in time.. "It will be warmer, anyway. I won't look at the car. And once its heard or seen, I will go. Its better if I don't know it. " The possible need of teleporting, in that case, meant it was wiser to shift Kairatos from his knee and carefully deposit the man next to Hvergelmir on the emergency blanket. He shifted to be a backrest to them both, still concerned about the winter cold. Waiting will feel an eternity. At least that means once in my own life, I will have had an eternity with them both. That cannot be much burden. No, not at all.

"Got it..." He'd have to ask Titan later were he'd had a reason to learn about such things, but it was useful to know, even if he wasn't sure he looked forward to even the possibility of surgery. Surely they wouldn't... well... he might not. But Hver. Her poor, poor feet. I just want you to be safe. Not just Hver, but Titan, and Kerberos. Schorl was an ugly, dangerous creature, creeping poisonous thing and he was actually afraid for them... even Cinnabar, though her motives were still... confused. To be treated with caution. "I gotta call Themiscara." He thought out loud. "She's gotta be going crazy..." Getting an ear full from Dani would at least be a nice change from thinking about any other details right now.

Kerberos's early departure -- with no chance for a goodbye, no opportunity to offer him a reassuring word to carry him through these next days -- was worrying. Hvergelmir found herself frowning for a few long seconds at the place where he'd been. He was so troubled. So lost. ( Aren't we all?) "Just water," Hvergelmir agreed, nodding for Mimis's benefit, or Titan's, or someone's. "We'll see you soon, okay? Thank you so much. Call if you need anything else." She waited while Kairatos was settled in next to her -- close enough for warmth, but without aggravating any of his injuries -- then reached over with her uninjured hand to settle her fingers over his in a tentative gesture of affection and care. You're here. I'm here. We're alive. Kai, we're alive.Hvergelmir leaned back just enough to let Titan stabilize her weight, shoulderblades touching him. She considered him, there, solid and warm as he always was, giving what he had without even the tiniest reserve. The architect of their rescue. Her boy scout, surely with more merit badges than any sash could hold. I told you I'd have your very best, and nothing less, Hvergelmir thought. I'd say this certainly qualifies. With an exhausted sigh -- and every limb achy, or worse, from her time in the puppet room -- Hvergelmir twisted briefly to press a kiss to Titan's shoulder, the most immediate place in reach. "Very well done," she said softly.

Mimisbrunnr nodded. "Water, got it," she said. "I'll be there as soon as I can." Had she said that already? Maybe. She didn't really care, the more reassurance she could provide, the better.
At least the route home was easy. She knew that well enough. And she had a decent idea of where she was driving back to, and a big enough car that they would hopefully all fit. She went into the apartment only to grab two water bottles and transform back into Tali, and then she was in her old station wagon, driving back out to the fairgrounds and the far parking lot where Hver and Kairatos were waiting.
And for once she actually felt like she was doing something useful as a Knight.

There wasn't much to the wait- keeping track of the two of their apparent vitals in case they started showing signs of trouble, trying to keep them warm, and keeping a close tab of the auric energies around them. And none auric general sights and sounds- Mauvians had been in use at the operation, could be dampening agents as they traveled out or on perimeter. Threat kept focus sharp, at least. He heard the approach of the car clearly and from the direction of the lanes early enough to not look in that direction. Titan gave each of the knights a gentle squeeze. "Help has arrived. You will be safe and able to heal. Don't let the stains from the grime on your skins seep in to shadow your hearts. You are bright and you are strong. " I wish I could stay by you both and tell you this, show you this every morning. It is so easy to fall to despair and fear, and it is when the danger is relieved that so many do in reaction to it. May they be kept well. Powers keep them well. Keep Kerberos well. Reluctantly he let his hands slide from them both. He didn't look up, avoided the sky, the surroundings, the approaching car. Prepared for the exhaustion, Titan vanished away. They will be safer if a fight doesn't have to break out from a rescuer thinking I'm a threat. They will be safe. They will be.
