Right, so this was that dish they wanted made with something else. Something else he didn't have at hand. Well they were allergic to the one item, so he was fine leaving it off, but completely changing the meat arbitrarily was ridiculous. They probably wouldn't even notice, so as he started plucking leaves off of five different deer he just decided to serve it and see if they said anything. If he glowered at them they probably wouldn't dare complain.

He rinsed the leaves and then moved on to the meat, shaving off the pieces before putting dough over them and popping them in the cooling unit. It seemed like a waste to wait for them to cool, but at least it was easy enough to follow the directions. He cleaned up his station a bit and then took the ingredients, tossing them into a hot pan along with the leaves. He turned the meat once before putting the entire pan in the oven.

Mashers were tossed into boiling water, then there was more shaving to be done. Garlic this time and the air was soon fragrant around his station. Mashers he quickly peeled and cut the eyes out of, juggling them slightly as they were still warm from the water. Plenty of salt went into the pan with some other seasonings and he hand mashed them, the mixture quickly breaking down.

He pulled the pan out of the oven and then plated that up, putting the mash down on the plate then the meat on top, tossing in the wings for visual effect.

Well, if he was going to make 2 desserts, he sure as hell wasn't going to do it twice. Instead he would just make a lot of it, then take it all out at once. So instead he gathered together 10 tart treats, stealing all of the strawberries and thinking how nice it would be to put those little paws on skewers. Now that would be a garnish.

The bowl was heaped with fruit, so he tossed it into a larger bowl, then put in some half cream. Fear sugar was next, and he pulled a face at adding it when he could have just eaten it as cubes himself. His muscles were strong though, so it was easy to work the mixture quickly, beating it into compliance before adding in more sugar. Limbs began snaking out of the bowl, multiple sets that made him realize why he it was probably back to make double batches. Still, it was nothing he couldn't handle, and it subdued easily enough.

The dessert was split between two plates, and the ribbon from the cream adorning one plate. Then all the plates were stacking up his arm, and he delivered all four dishes at once to the customer, giving them a look that dared them to complain.

It was almost therapeutic to cook, especially now that he knew what he was doing. If only one of these dishes had apples, then this would be perfect. That was what he mused on as he plucked leaves and washed them, setting them to the side as he started shaving off bits of tea deer skellington meat.

He was moving even quicker than last time, getting the pastry dough over the meat and moving it into the oven in record time. His pan he set to warm, ready to toss in the leaves and meat as soon as it was done being refrigerated, and then made sure he had water boiling for his mashers. As he put his ingredients in to sear he went ahead and put the mashers in the water, turning the meat over once it had a good sear on the first side and then moving it to the oven.

The garlic was shaved quickly, the mashers given a rustic peel to add some character to them and the eyes chopped out. Then they were all mashed together, this time seasonings added liberally and freely. They were all plated together, puck wings set off-kilter to show the dish in a better light.



Soren felt something hit him, and he down to see a pair of panties on the floor. He looked up to see a filly giving him a thumbs up and shook his head. Not at the fact that panties were being thrown at him, he had lost track of how many times that had happened, but mostly because she apparently thought she had a chance with a horseman? Who knew how these students thought. "Sorry, I don't mount fillies." Might as well make it simple for her.

Having caught her breath and cleaned herself up, Kari was ready to take on another order. Looking around the room, her eyes fell upon a young ghoul dressed in red sitting daintily at her table. She was pretty... Kari could never pull off her look without looking absolutely ridiculous. As Kari walked towards her, she noticed the ghoul's attention was elsewhere. Following her gaze, she spied Gorgon Ramsay in the midst of a group of creeple. The ghoul was smiling with a giddy expression on her face. So she fancied Gorgon Ramsay? Giving a small shrug, Kari put it out of her mind and continued towards her table.

"Good evening, my name is Kari Enzarin, and I'll be serving you tonight. Have you decided on your order?"

Kari listened attentively to the ghoul's order, making special note of her request for the Tea deer not to be cooked, the Puck wings to be extra crispy, and the Blood Pudding to be extra bloody. "Ah, there's no problem at all with asking for your meat rare. I actually had another customer who requested their Tea Deer Skellington very rare and it came out quite well. I'll be sure to make your order as close to your specifications as possible", Kari replied, glad that the ghoul hadn't requested her meal still alive upon arrival. As she finished jotting down the optional note about adding the boneless Tart Treat into the pudding, she turned and walked away. Or, she would have if the ghoul's hand hadn't grabbed onto her sleeve.

Kari visibly paled at the ghoul's final request. Ask Gorgon Ramsay for an autograph? The thought gave her a sinking feeling. Still... the customer had given her a request, so she had to give her all to fulfill it. And who knows, maybe he wasn't as mean as his exterior let on. "I'll be sure to ask him... I can't make any promises since I'm not sure what he'll say, but I'll do everything in my power to complete your request", Kari replied, giving a nod of her head in confirmation. "But first, food. Somehow, I don't think Gorgon Ramsay would be too happy if I asked him to come out before serving you your food", she continued, a half embarrassed, half nervous smile at the mere thought creeping onto her face.

"Hii~ sorry for the wait!" Breezing back out, Indu's face switched from the slightly overwhelmed fatigue she was experiencing to a five star smile. Wheeling the cart over to the boil's table, she slid the dishes onto it, one after the other. "I hope you enjoy your meal. If you need anything else don't be afraid to give me another call, I'll be right here!" Emitting an almost aggressive friendliness, she gave him one last megawatt smile and stepped back, waiting to see his reaction to the meal.

Despite put in a team color he didn't enjoy much, AJ was glad his first dish to make was the dessert. Already screened in quick and understood the processes in advance, he felt confident he could make a dish his customer enjoyed so much.

Grabbing a big clean colander, he carefully removed the flesh, juicy strawberries from the treat. Some were unluckily squished while some not in a healthy blood red hue, all those were skipped. Believing he had enough, he moved it under the water to fully rinse them, drained off excess water and diced. They were then transferred to the mixing bowl, the lovely red of them delighted AJ so much. Beautiful strawberries, that's why he loved to use them in his cakes.

On the other side, he poured the refreshing mint chocolate half oz and whipped it into smooth nice cream. Gently added the diced strawberries, the electric whisk was applied to stir the mixture into a lovely hue of pinkish red. When it was done, he dipped a spoon to taste it. Suitable viscosity and texture, coolness from the mint chocolate, just not sweet enough to be called a dessert.

Time to add the sugar. With warning given, Head was being a good kid, though it had to suck its drools back into its mouth several times. As a reward, he grabbed two bells leftover of the wreindicorn and handed over to the Big Head.

The boil grabbed a handful of powdered sugar, sprinkled with his skilled hand like casting a magic. Then, it growled like a beast and bounced up and down. "Wow, I didn't expect that." A punch to the bowl snapped in action, it tumbled on the stage. The bowl alive didn't yield easily, it braced up and flung itself towards AJ again, locking some tools onto the floor. The boil deftly diverted and secured the sugar, sprinkled more of it onto the fierce creature to flavour the dish.

"Hey naughty thing, there's an adorable customer outside waiting to taste you~" He playfully giggled and dodged a fork it sent to assault him. AJ returned it with a series of punches to make it obey with gently composed smiles. It was like a level-up dessert taming game to the boil. As more sugar was added and well absorbed, the bowl gained skitter legs and bit with teeth-like features. "Wow, that's jacking horrific!" The boil was amused and excited by the change, he slid a finger into the mixture when it was oblivious, pondering whether he should add more fear sugar.

That was when the sneaky thing found a good chance to escape, break free from its destiny. AJ didn't realize that until he figured the flavour was enough and turned around for the next step. "Hey you, stop there." The sweet call intimidated the semi-product and it screeched as it ran for its life. The two performed an epic "catch me if you can" run before the boil grasped the tail and swirled it around his hand to pull it back onto his station.

Sound and neat.

He went back to check the step he was in after the little accident was settled, but it took him some times already. Alright, syrup. He obtained the ribbon, part of what produces the sweet julep and stirred thoroughly to create a nice sauce.

He looked at the clock and went to the refrigerator to retrieve the pudding he put inside before, and slid the knife around the edge of the mold to get the pudding out. Last but not least, the top of it was wire drawn with the syrup while the rest was used to garnish the plate like dot painting.

Cleaning the plate, he thought it was good enough to serve. "Your Strawberry Tart Treat Blood Pudding Sir, hope you enjoy." He gently put the dessert down and smiled.
