You should be happy to know that Ive reported the harrassment to the teacher and she sent it on to my counselor. The counselor doesnt count anything spoken as 'harrassment' and only physical things done to myself or the direct vicinity around me.
May I say, told ya so?

A) that's bullshit and you need to talk to a lawyer. B) I'd say that thing with the loud noise behind you the other day counts as something physical.

Yeah..but now my algebra teacher keeps an eye on me and the people around me during class. Its sort of a relief but Im still panicky.
We dont have a teacher sponsor yet but we have a teacher who's the coordinator of all the clubs having us fill out forms and practice some formal announcements so when we go to fish out a sponsor we get a good one. She's also calling a lady she knows from IU to see if the lady can help us out. ^^; We're getting somewhere!
Happily Victor has worked things out at home but he's gotten a bit distant and gone religious on me after I outlined exactly how I wanted to be treated, as an equal, and what my concerns and thoughts were about the whole matter.
He's shifting more of the work onto me because I think he's realized that Im not as loud or confident, but Ive thought things over and Im the one willing to put myself on the line. I think he likes the attention too much. ^^;
Just my thoughts though! Im glad to see things are progressing and we have someone helping us. Ive never formed a club before. o.o; Rarely been a leader, Im one of the conniving and scheming people in the background usually, twisting it the way I want it to be.

We have an update!
Victor has passed the power completely into my hands and I have turned in a practice form to Ms. Crawford, the head of the clubs, and she's going to go over it for me to make corrections and what not.
After this I can approach the principal on my own and then email the teachers asking for a sponsor with a pretty business letter. Amazing, no?
We're getting closer!

Shinobi Kitty, that sounds like a great plan! Congratulations on almost starting the club! What I worry about in my school is how people could be recruited. (We don't have a GSA or anything...I would like to start one...but I'm too scared. sweatdrop ) The most gay support I've shown at school are my buttons: 'I don't mind STRAIGHT PEOPLE as long as they ACT GAY in public' and 'But mommy, wouldn't gay marriages be happy marriages?' and a t-shirt I have that says 'gay? fine by me.' I get a little support from them, but not a lot of harrassment.
Be careful, keep yourself safe! heart

Subliminal Message confused my school's gay "club" is called the gay-straight rainbow alliance or something.. it's so secret that they don't tell you how to join.. so i couldn't join. crying Ya, it's called GSA (Gay straight alliance) We have one at our school too. It took me so long to join, because all they said was it was GSA and they didnt explain what GSA ment. So one of my bi friends had to tel me about it. You should check out GSA groups from all over the country, they problem have like a main page listed on google or something. We goto congress and try to do stuff...like umm. We march, we protest. And to get money we have fundraisers. ^^' PM me if you want anymore info
