Dyani had been inspecting a certain yellow carnation when she heard a voice directed her way. Her head shot up, eyes wide, and she began to backpedal. But her feet stopped when she caught the male's scent. Similar to her brother's but with a hint of something spicy. Kind. Her cheeks turned a bright shade of red, and she fumbled to process the words he spoke. She watched him turn back to the table and stepped towards it, opening her mouth. "I am Dyani Tashi'ne. And I would love to join you," she said softly, surprised by what she was saying. But she was curious about this man. So the brunette walked forward and reached the table, taking the seat across from him and blinking her round eyes. "Thank you for inviting me, Mister Michaelis," she said softly, offering a very shy smile. She tucked her hair behind her ears, hands quivering slightly.

Ah, that's it. The soft type. He observed her actions, trying to process what kind of a person she is but the boy incubus laughed as he's once again formally addressed. "Drop the formality, you can call me Alvah. Dyani. That's a nice name." said Alvah as he pulled out a chair for both himself and the girl, gesturing to the seat next to him as he proceeds to set himself down. He noticed how her fingers were trembling slightly, was she nervous?
"That's cute." he murmured, his thoughts spoken out loud as he looked at the girl. He opened the bag and placed it infront of the girl as he took one of the desserts for himself. "Help yourself, please." The incubus grinned as he spoke. A quiet, reserved girl. Much different from the people he had met today. Dyani inspected him carefully, trying to gauge his intentions. However, she couldn't really get a decent read on him. But she did feel oddly drawn to him for some reason. She blushed when he murmured something about cute, hesitating when he placed the bag in front of her. She smiled, reaching towards it and pulling out a pastry. Her eyes lit up. The small-framed brunette bit into the pastry, feeling chocolate gush into her mouth. She carefully licked her coral lips, getting rid of any crumbs, and swallowed before asking, "What are you? You smell odd." Immediately, she regretted saying it. She placed the pastry on the table rather quickly, hands shaking as she held them up in surrender. "I-I didn't mean bad funny... I've just never... and you smell... But it's good...!! You smell good... But... Oh..." she fumbled for words, bringing her hands up to shield her face. She peered through his fingers, afraid she'd angered her new friend.

He reached into the bag and grabbed a tiny chiffon cake and bit into it. The moment the sweetness touched the tip of his tongue, his eyes lit up. Damn, that is one hell of a dessert. He was about to take another bite, until the girl questioned him.
He froze.
Smelled odd? He looked down at his own body and casually sniffed the back of his hand but soon realised what she meant as he proceeds to rub his temples and laugh awkwardly at his own actions. He shifted his gaze back towards the girl as she stumbled upon her words, hiding her face behind her hands. She gets flustered quite easily, makes him want to pick on her, though. "Oh? Are you trying to seduce me?" countered the boy as he reached out and pulled her hand away, brushing a couple of loose strands of hair from her face. "I smell good, I see." Alvah could't help but tease her a little, flirting is an old habit of his. "You know, if it were to be some other guy, they would've pounced you if you were to show that much of vulnerability. Aren't you afraid that I might do the same?" but of course, he wouldn't. He gradually gotten slightly worried for this fellow companion of his but he suppose it wouldn't happen in the school ground now. "I'm an Incubus. The delicate girl watched him through her fingers, stifling a whimper when he smelt himself. Her cheeks flamed at his words, making her whimper audibly. The brunette forced her eyes closed, covering them with her fingers- that is, until she felt warm hands grasp her cold ones and move them away from her face. Her lips parted, quivering, eyes wide as saucers. She wiggled her fingers out of Alvah's grasp, putting them in her lap and vaguely twiddling her thumbs. "No, you smell like good will and trustworthiness. You smell like my brother... but with a hint of something spicey," she murmured quietly, offering him a hesitant smile. As he returned to normal, she attempted to do the same. Dyani had lifted the pastry to her lips when his question caught her off guard. An incubus. So that was the spice she smelt! "In the simplest way, I am a shapeshifter," she told him hesitantly, nibbling her lip. She finished off the pastry, avoiding the male's gaze. She tilted her chin down, unaware of the spot of chocolate lingering on her bottom lip.

Trustworthy and good will. He soon broke into laughter as he shifted his gaze back to the pastry. "You're really cute, you know. Your brother sure is lucky to have someone like you." answered the boy as he took another bite from the pastry and the sweetness is starting to make him feel a little giddy. "The spicey smell you mentioned. Is it because I'm an incubus?" Incubus having a spicey smell, well. That's odd. He would've been shedding tears due to him disliking the spicey smell if he could smell what she had smelt. A shapeshifter, that's quite a rare race for him to come across. "Interesting." he gazed at her with a serious expression as she looked down to avoid eye contact. His eyes soon fell upon the brown substance on her lower lip, "You have something on your lips." there were no napkins lying around so he decides to lean forward and wipe it off with his thumb instead. Hey, what do you know, she has soft lips. Without giving it much thought, he sat back onto his chair and licked the tiny bit of chocolate on his thumb before continuing to finish up his pastry. Panting heavily, Hiro entered the greenhouse and shut the door quietly. Good news, she'd saved herself from embarrassment. Bad news, she was lost and there were already people in here. Having a very intimate moment. "Uh...Hello."
She used her free right hand to wave, her left side being weighed down by her backpack and suitcase. It was a bit rude of her to come in like this, but she was...really lost. Her sense of direction was terrible.

Alvah glanced at Dyani but soon returned to his normal expression, with a gentle smile plastered on his face as he stood up and walked towards his new, confused companion. "Greetings. I'm Alvah Michaelis." He took her right hand into his and softly pecked the back of her hand as a greeting. It might be an odd behavior to others but it was how he was brough up and the formal greeting had gradually become a habit of his.
He shifted his gaze back towards the girl as he smiled, "Why don't you set your bags down and join us for dessert?" little does anyone know the hidden meaning behind the smile he currently has on. Yet another victim to help finish the large amount of desserts he had gotten back at the Cafe. Well, that should do the trick, wouldn't it? Haru was a bit surprised at the boy's introduction of himself, and smiled a bit. Everyone here was so good looking. The girl in he here next to him was really pretty, so she hoped that they would be able to talk soon. "I'm Haru Tanemura. New here." She gave a polite bow and a smile. Alvah mentioned something about sweets, which made her very excited. "I mean...I probably shouldn't but..." Haru dropped her backpack and peeked at the sweets. "Uhm...what kind do you have?"

Dyani was still shaking from Alvah's closeness before. She slowly regained her composure, hands closed in tight fists and quivering. She stared down at her hands, cheeks flushed a bright red. She only mumbld a quiet "hello" when the girl, who'd introduced herself as Haru, greeted her. She closed her eyes tightly, indiscreetly sniffing the air. Haru smelt good. Nice. A little... Kind. But also had another tinge to her scent. Similar to Alvah's, but not quite as strong. She gasped almost inaudibly, eyes wide open, looking to Alvah in slight fear. She felt the caution course through her veins, fidgeting nervously in her chair. But it was just like Alvah's? So then why was she getting a bad vibe? The brunette was entirely tuned out, breathing shaky. "S-sorry to interrupt but... are you human, Haru?" she nearly whispered. She hated to change the conversation topic, but it was nagging her in a bad way. But what if she'd just missed the weird smell on Alvah? Was everyone at this school off? Her head reeled as she tried to identify the different scents assaulting her nose, suddenly feeling light-headed.
