A Ring made out of round polished pebble of quartz Short IC Response: What does you soquili ask/tell the wishing star when he or she comes to ask to find their relative? Continuing to set up his little Glen, Regal patted down his ring of Crystal Pebbles. Several circles ran toward an altar area, culturally his first offering to the spirits and a focus. He Fluttered upwards, looking at the Crystals glinting in the moonlight before tilting his head up towards the night sky and the wishing star. He then set a final stone, a spear of quartz into the center of the circles, in the way of his family to focus his wishes out to the spirits, and quietly wished either his siblings could come and see how he was progressing outside of the valley with his own personal territory rather than the shared family one. They'd had messengers back and forth between them, but they had yet to come and see for themselves rather than having to be the one to return to familiar ground to see them. One of his ribbons Short IC Response: Adrian approached the top of the hill at a speed that was pointedly not hurrying (but still pretty fast). He hoped desperately that this so called 'Wishing Star' would be effective! After he found out about his two daughters it really sunk in that his...flirting...could have consequences other than a string of angry or heart broken mares in his wake. He'd heard talk about this star and how it granted wishes...well, his wish was to not have anymore surprise children! Finally reaching the top of the hill, Adrian put down his offering (his favorite ribbon!). "Please, if this magic is real, please don't spring anymore foals on me..." he begged. Looking around at some of the other offerings, he felt sure that his would be better than most but just in case..."Here, have one of my gems too. Just, no more kids, okay?" She made a whispered plea, her voice filled with the pain and sorrow she could never escape from. "Oh great power, great Star... Please hear me, and help me... My only child, born to me, was stolen away by his own father... And lost. Please... help me, for I need to heal... bring me a child, a child of my own. Mest pulled himself together and got to his hooves, not noticing a few bones had fallen from one of his strings. He turned his back to the smoking carnage of his old life and started walking. A length of fabric from inside the hearse carriage Hearse used to work with and a small bird skull Short IC Response: Hearse followed slightly behind his companion being blind he had to trust her to take him to the appropriate spot with out getting him harmed. For both of them trust was not an easy thing to give, for La Sirine it was to any one but Hearse's issue lay solely with females even more so with ones he thought he might be able to call friend.. he had done that once and it had up ended and completely changed his life. It had changed him it had used him, perhaps not a bad thing really because he didn't mind who he was now but he wasn't really able to trust females completely, The pain was just to much to think she...his... she had sold him... Hearse shook the thoughts from his head he had no point in remembering them they seemed like a life time ago. This was the first step to moving beyond that to a life. He had sorta of befriend this mare. it was an uneasy... well truly hard almost impossible thing for him but he was trying and one day he hoped to make it work. La Sirine was his ..well talking partner... she understood his passion, his obsession with death. dying, and dead things and his beliefs of life and death and that was more than he had in a long time. When she had asked what he wanted one night he had trusted enough out to blurt of his want of a family. While she could not offer herself as a love mate for him as he wanted a male. she had explained of this thing called the wishing star and had offered to help him obtain a child from it. For she to had a want deep in her heart of a something like a family, though her thoughts were more of creating a comfortable family place..situation than the actually family itself. But Hearse could understand non the less. So after some thought and a decision to try and move past his mistrust of females, Hearse agreed to journey with La Sirine in hopes of gaining a child, a family with her..of sorts. When they reached the place of the wishing star. Hearse moved forward gently setting out their offerings before softly asking the star for a child to start his family with. Short IC Response: It had all happened rather suddenly in the beginning, although neither of them would have wished it any differently. What had been quite a normal meeting had blossomed into an extraordinary relationship, two that just seemed to work together in harmony. It was exactly what neither of them knew that they were looking for, perhaps needing in their lives. This time of year, when the fog broke, the stars were absolutely brilliant, and it was tonight of all nights that the two of them sat nestled together beneath a fantastic view of the stars, that Tayo remembered something the Kawani Sarei had told her long ago, when she was younger, about a Wishing Star. She had sat explaining it to her new love, Arbutus, and they now sat in silence, thinking about it.
What had reminded her was the stars themselves, once in particular that happened to be incredibly bright. They had chatted before about their future together, and while it seemed as though there wasn't really supposed to be a right time for bringing new life into the world, the both of them felt that it might be worth it to leave a wish for this special bright star in the autumn sky, for something that they both felt prepared to deal with and love endlessly, unconditionally. The extra gift of a new life, a foal of their own to raise like neither of them had been raised.
Since the seasons were changing, there were new parts of the world that showed themselves, and what had initially brought them together, they thought suitable to leave as an offering for the star. As they had spent quite some time together in this place, it felt like just the right place to leave an offering while they slept, and Tayo carefully removed the flower from the wreath around Arbutus' neck, laying it upon a stone that sat above the grass in the clearing, along with one of her feathers that had fallen from her due to change of seasons. A perfect combination of the both of them, they had figured, and perhaps their wish would come true.
As they drifted off together, their minds full of hopes and dreams of becoming parents together, the fog continued to clear and the stars smiled brightly down upon them~

Kestrrel huddled low and cried piteously, wanting her mother's warmth and or father's warmth by their baskets again, tiny, weak hooves thrashing feebly, unheard, before it was quiet. There was a thud, but otherwise sobbing.
Kes cried herself to sleep after that and dreamed of nothing more than waking up to warmth.The baskets, Kes had been told time and time again, had been found hidden poorly and alone - sighted by their adoptive parents. Hermother once told her her father died, but, Kes wasn't so sure. Never had the body been found and now she found herself seeing flashes of movement out of the corner of her eye - Movement and terrifying glimpses of ghostly figures. Still, she was convinced he might be alive, and alright, and tonight was a star brighter than usual, a star Kes crept for slowly and brought a feather to before standing, looking at it. Old parables and slow words passed through her head as she stared, placing the feather, and sighed. "Star light, star bright, I wish I may, I wish I might, have the wish I wish tonight..." Her wish for her Daddy, projected in thought, and without words. And maybe - Daddy would make Mama happy again.

Ceremony looks up at the wishing star. "I've been having a time trying to come up with a fertility potion. Soquili approach me and ask quite often. Perhaps you can be of service? You, the Wishing Star, seem to have the ability to give fertility to many that ask for it! What is your secret? What ingredients do you use?" she begins to ramble about herbs and eyes of lizards... Little did she know, the star could provide her with fertility, instead of the potion she sought after! "I'll just leave these here. You can fill that bottle for me?" she felt silly, expecting such a miracle. "Here, you can have these too." she reached in her hair, and pulled out the dead bat, and some twine. A True FriendWho is Wishing?:  UncertTell the wishing star a little about yourself:Personality: I can be a bit aggressive when challenged as I like to be the one in charge. But at the same time I can be a caring sort that would do anything for my pack members. For now it's just me and Lykaios... finding pack members is very hard. I try to make the best decisions that will, in future hopefully, help my pack flourish. Backstory: Enchanté lost most of her pack to do sickness when she was younger and during her travels ended up rescuing her familiar Lykaios, who is now her beta, from drowning. Lykaios, thankful that Enchanté saved her from an almost untimely death, pledged her loyalty and allegiance to Enchanté in gratitude. At this time Enchanté was a beta and still learning to cope with being packless. After months of traveling Lykaios and Enchanté had an unfortunate run in with a crazed alpha that had killed his own pack in a bout of madness. It was strength and stamina that had kept Enchanté from dying by his paws. Lykaios of course had tried to help, but her size was hindering. In the end after a long fight Enchanté managed to take down the insane alpha and from that had won the right as alpha in status. Now they both travel the world trying to gather other members into their small family.
