All I did was delete one item and clicked save. i've seen that other people ahve experienced that too and was wondering if it was possible to know what's going on and if it was possible to get my wishlist back. Rance Clear Yuekazehime ItemsThere have been a lot of items lately popping up with the **Not released** tag popping up for one or more of their poses. I've been posting ones I find in the Item **Not released** thread in SF, but is this the best place for reporting about old items too? (And why is it randomly happening so often? eek ) That thread does remain the best place. It is a result of some changes in our system made a while back to prevent item leaks and keep track of when and how something will be distributed.

December 9th, 2015: Rance Clear Birooksun Shops: Why did Loyal's Shuffle get pulled after that weird error (the whole wouldn't sell but was still in shop thing); Is it coming back? It was actually supposed to leave the shop before then (on 11/30) but a bug kept it in the shop... but like, in image only... does that make sense? It was like a Ghost Shuffle. It really depends. Sometimes glitches are pointed out to the artist who made the item, sometimes artists go out of their way to fix glitches.

Seeing as it is now the end of December, at what point could I submit a ticket for the achievement (Full Selection) that I'm missing? Are you guys still trying to grant them to everyone? January 5th, 2016: Zero Omega Xashowd FeaturesI made a post in the SF thread that the Title "Shadow" from the Halloween Event is glitched, and says "Invalid Word Combination" when I try to use it with any kind of adjective. Will this be fixed sometime soon? I'd really like to use it. Huh, weird, I didn't know this. We'll take a look into it. No ETA on when it might be fixed though, sorry!

January 20th, 2016: excitable sloth Xashowd Items/GamesI've heard that the Radiance Potion has two issues, namely the lack of tags on the MP and a glitch that causes the Kin's Radiant to revert to its original form after exiting the game/leveling up. Is there a chance we can get these fixed soon? I want to use the Potion I recently got from a friend to switch my second Fafnir Hatchling's Radiant from Lunar to Solar. We are looking into the Radiance potion. However! It seems that this glitch only applies to some people? Others have it work completely fine. However we will take a closer look at it. excitable sloth Snow Danger ItemsForceful galaxy rebels has an incorrectly coloured pose since it was released. Why do you guys think it's okay to charge money for broken items? I was not aware of this! I will check into fixing it. c:

C: Zero Omega Champiri Items Hello! I'm not sure if this has been asked yet, but I have an issue with the tier reward items. I posted a thread in the assistance forum, as well. Basically, the announcement said I'd get a Bundle Bonanza II for spending 99GC, however I got two totally unrelated items. I went to check the tier rewards after getting my item, and I saw that the 99GC rewards were different. I don't think it's fair that you advertised one item and gave out another. I know many people don't check the actual tier rewards page before spending for the tier since hey, we don't really expect the advertised rewards on the announcement to suddenly switch up to different items. Basically, is there any way to get the item on the announcements page instead? Sorry about the inconvenience! This was definitely a graphical issue. Staff, I sent Zero a message about this, but the kins that are being listed in the MP are still showing up in the game, which means I wasted about 30 potions trying to level up a kin, for it to be in MP. When I try to cancel the MP listing, it says "Error," This just started happening, could you please fix this? We'll take a look into what the issue is, rest assured that no one can actually buy your item (I just tried).

I thought it may be a graphics glitch since ive seen it happen and unpacked it, no it only had 10 singles (which remain sitting in my inventory) Can you please fix the marketplace listings and maybe give me a refund (or a 50 pack like what it was supposed to be), I sent a ticket but it hasnt been responded to yet.
