The lady may have had the speed to avoid his attack but her kick didn't contain that much power behind it. He got the kick to his side, it hurt, but not so much that he couldn't continue. He jumped up and threw a punch towards her belly, hoping it would connect and send her flying backwards.

The blow was a hard one, more so since it hit her right by the side of her cut that was given by the boy laying on the ground. She took a few steps back to try and regain some distance and thereby safety before launching another kick towards the boy. They were so short, a punch would only decrease her fighting abilities.

Slashing at her back with his weapons, Sliver growled as he collapsed to his feet after the edge of the blade sliced threw her back and clothing.

Another kick was launched at him, this time, he had the chance to move somewhat out of the way. The left part of his chest got struck instead of his face. It took little breath out of him but he stayed calm and focused and attacked her again and as he did so, he saw Silver miraculously coming up from behind and attacking her back. She shriecked in pain, this was the perfect moment to attack her front. Another punch was aimed for her stomach by Lom, this one he hoped would be the last.
