Normally he would bored going around the store shopping but right now he was just glad that he was to spend some time with Ichigo even though that means he had to follow her around and carry her bags for her. Finally she was able to see something she wanted and settled for the cream dress and told him that she would go ahead and fit the dress. Setsuko nodded and would escort her to the dressing room and would wait for her right out side her door. Why? Well, one to stand guard; and two maybe he;d be able to get a glimpse of her in a dress before the ball; that is if she would allow him.

"I-I can still try other tux for you...W-where can we both get dog tags though?" He asked her, feeling nervous for some reason. Theodor had followed her into the dressing room when she picked out her dress, he didn't know that others frowned upon an act as such. He thought it was fine since he would follow his mother into the dressing room as a child. So Theodor stood in the dressing room with Madilyn, he didn't stare at her, but he would occasionally look at her direction. He was like a puppy, following its owner. Theodor was just like a dog, he was obedient but he didn't know better. "Would you like me to help you put on the dress?...I-I used to help my mother whenever I accompanied her in a store like this...Um..."

Madilyn shook her head and gestured to a chair outside the dressing room. "You can help me but from out here. You can hold my notebook, start pondering our dog tags, and be honest and tell me if you like it. Don't they sell dog tags here? Just wait here alright." Madilyn passed him her notebook then went inside the dressing room with her dress. She put it on and quickly discovered she couldn't zip it up on her own. "Theo, help!" Madilyn quietly exclaimed still fiddling with the zipper but she just couldn't do it. She held the dress up and awaited his assistance.

He didn't understand why she shook her head and wanted him to wait outside but he obliged and he stepped out of the dressing room. He waited but he quickly responded to her when he heard her call him. Theodor stepped inside the dressing room once again and looked a the mirror, he saw Madilyn's one hand holding her dress up and the other hand trying to reach the zipper. His eyes mainly remained on the reflection of Madilyn on the mirror, "Y-You look...R-really beautiful." He moved towards her and he paid attention to the zipper, he zipped up her dress and he smiled at her. "Do you still want to get a bow?"

"R-Really Theo? That's so sweet." Madilyn replied with a huge smile then began turning to see her dress for herself. All seemed well until her eyes caught sight of her ears. No hoodie was hiding them and one could clearly see how they flattened. It was a sign of her discontent with them. She nodded still wanting a bow or headband to hide her ears behind. "I'm getting this dress. Will you please unzip me?" Madilyn quietly asked.

He saw how unhappy she was with her ears, he sighed and he placed his hand on her head. "Those ears make you even cuter." Theodor unzipped her dress as told and he stood in the dressing room with her again. "Are you still uncomfortable with showing your ears out in public?" He asked, stroking her ears gently. It was taking Ichigo quite sometime in fitting her dress so Setsuko was growing disappointed since it looked like she had no plans of showing her dress to him. After the long wait he was then rewarded as the brunette had opened the curtains to ask his opinion about the dress. The color she had picked made her eyes pop and highly complimented her skin tone. It has a few ruffles and fluff right down by the skirt but hugged her body to perfection on her upper body. As he stared at her in awe he had not realized that his mouth had hang open that who time. Then he remembered that he had yet to answer her question. "Y-You...l-loo.. Man, was that lame. Stuttering on his compliment he then clear his throat and tried to compose himself before he tried again the second time. "You look perfect." He said with a smile. Suddenly his vocal chords seemed fine. If she looked gorgeous now then think how she'd look once she had herself all dolled up for the ball.

Madilyn nodded her ears remained flat even despite his touch. She then wrote, "I just don't like them alright." Madilyn then gestured outside the dressing room, her nonverbal way of saying get out please. Once he was gone, she changed. When she was back in her regular attire with her ears hidden behind a hoodie, she began glancing around the store for some dog tags. She found some with the rest of the necklaces, but didn't point them out to Theo. Madilyn wanted to surprise him. So she purchased them along with her dress and quickly returned to his side."Are you ready to start looking for tuxedos? 'Finer Things' should have some." Madilyn quickly scribbled on a blank sheet of her notebook paper.

Theodor obliged, leaving the dressing room and waited for her to change. He didn't see Madilyn get him a dog tag, after Madilyn purchased her dress he took her hand. "I'm ready...W-what about your bow? Don't you want to hide your ears? I like your ears...I'm happy if you show them." He kissed her cheek, "Why do you not like them?..."

Ichigo blushed deeply at his words and smiled, his gawking causing her to giggle and quickly retreat back into the dressing room to change into her regular close. From his reaction she could tell she had found the perfect dress for the ball.

He felt at fault for mentioning her ears, since he knew that she didn't enjoy them as much as he did. "I'm sorry..." He muttered as they went through the door and left the building. (exit)

Stripped out of his own fantasy, Setsuko blinked as the brunette closed the curtains and left him hanging out of the cubicle. What was he even expecting? Or more like what was he thinking? He was actually about to reach out to the girl and twirl her around in that dress. Shaking it off his head he decided to go to the stack of clothes that were hanging by the racks. He better dig up his formal wear later once he gets home to make sure he'll be able to match up her beauty as her escort.

Ichigo came out after having changed back into her normal clothing and found herself smiling for some reason. She couldn't stop smiling. She wasn't sure if it was the dress she had found or perhaps it was Setsuko's reaction to it. Whatever, the case, she knew she couldn't have been happier and was anxious to wear it at the ball. Walking up behind him, she playfully poked him in the side."Hope you didn't miss me too much."
