Carlos was here. Little ears perked up over the edge of the booth. He had just woken up for a nap. Really he was disappointed there was not tea but he would do this thing. Contract? Sure whatever that was. he scribbled down a few things and gave it to the nice reaper floating up a little to see.
LET'S MAKE A CONTRACT! I would exchange whipper snatch for whatchado! (Fill in the blanks)

Oh man.
Oh man.
It was one of the ghouls from the tea booth.
They were his favorite ghouls, right under Aisha, of course, and as such Mia received the same response that the zombie had as soon as Rojo saw her—a wild flailing of skeletal arms and a wide grin. He was glad that the tea ghouls hadn't decided to run for office together. It gave him the opportunity to finally learn their names.
"Hello, Mia!" Rojo said, reining in his enthusiasm the closer he got to the booth. He didn't want to knock over anything delicate or porcelain, but he needn't have worried about that. The closest things to him now were a handful of empty boxes.
"What are these?" he said under his breath, lifting the box on the end and peering under it. Seeing nothing, the calaca stood straight again with the tiniest hop. Half a minute passed before he whispered, "Ohhh. I did not win, did I?"

As Van approached the next booth, his earbuds back in, he was mesmerized by the sheer colourful appearance of the booth's owner. He pulled one side of his earbuds out to listen to her greeting. "Miiiiiiiaaaa," Van said, for once speechless, entranced by the butterflies around her. "And Psyyyyyy," he said. He shook his head, as if clearing his mind. "Man, are you into hypnosis, or what?!" Van asked, looking at her with suspicious eyes. "I couldn't even find my voice, that was like WHOAH for me!"
Van listened to her talking, and at the end all he had to say was: "I dunno, my voice is really loud, you know. Like really, really loud. I'm pretty sure nobody has ever said hey Van, you totally need some help being heard-- I think usually um people say..." Van tapped his chin, tail curling around himself, his eyes cast up. "'GET OUT,' 'SHUT UP,' 'DO YOU EVER STOP TALKING?' 'LEAVE,'" Van said, nodding. "That's kinda the message I think, though there are some creative ones sometimes!" He beamed. Like it was literally no big thing.
"You seem pretty cool for a hypnotist though. Sneaky-pretty-cool," Van added. "WAIT, we can just have those flowery ornament-y things*?! COULD I FILL MY HAIR WITH THEM?" Mia, he's totally serious. If she said yes, he'd promptly start trying to affix every different shade into his hair. He would then lean in and ask for his customary booth selfie with Mia.

Mia was delighted to see the skeletal boil again, though she felt a bit bad for not conversing with him when she was at his booth. "Hello, Rojo!" Things were always a party around the calaca, and she couldn't help but laugh at his enthusiasm. At the boxes, though, she gave him a sheepish look when he peeked into an empty one, and shook her head. "Ah, sorry, I seem to have prepared one too many boxes as souvenirs, and have... misplaced the ones that are actually filled with the empty ones."Another chipper boil came by, and Mia smiled. "No, not quite. I sure hope not, at least." Was that why creeple seemed bored by her speech? Oh dear. Though, she knew it wasn't strange to have people captivated by the flutter of a butterfly's wing, as it had been one of the things that drew her to them in the first place.
Her smile soon fell when Van described how creeple spoke to him, and she crossed her arms, tilting her head. "That's not very nice. If anything, having a voice that projects is very important, though knowing to use your indoor voice when it's required is also something to keep in mind." Somehow, she could imagine the poor boil screaming at the top of his lungs in the library.
At least this didn't need to turn into a lesson of when to use your outdoor voice, and she found the boil's short attention span quite adorable. "Of course! They're not really... intended for that purpose, but I'm sure if you place them carefully, they should stay."

Emily floated up to the next booth and listened to the platform the ghoul had said. It sounded good, she moved in closer to talk about her views but then she saw the ghoul in the flesh. She was a reaper, no doubt about it. The ghost turned around and floated off, the reaper would not be getting her vote.

Mia appreciated the fact that Carlos took the time to visit her booth, and looked over what he had written. ... as usual, nothing he wrote made any sense.phantompanther13 lksdfjskldjf I forgot to reply sorry QQ A ghoul (ghost, she presumed) floated up to her booth, but seemed to float off upon sight of her. That was kinda weird.

Awww yeah, reaper power and ghoul power combined. Not to mention organization was not one of Piper's skills. Energy, sure, but keeping it all nice and clean, not so much. Really it was a miracle her own booth had manage to look alright, if . . . maybe a bit too glittery. Whoops.
"Suuuuup~" Piper grinned, wiggling a flower-themed temp tattoo in her hand. "Thought I'd return the favor and stop by! You've got a sweet thang here, ghoulie." Butterflies especially.
The contract game intrigued her, though. Having come from a rather small pool of reapers in a rural community, she already had had quite a few eye-opening situations in Amityville. But reapers and contracts? Wut.
Well, hey. Anything to try for booth swag.
LET'S MAKE A CONTRACT! I would exchange my jewelry collection for a nice hot boil!
And that was saying something; she had a hoard a dragon could be envious of. Besides, it wasn't like she couldn't just buy her collection back with interest after she got famous . . .
"I gotta bounce," she said to Mia, placing her offering on the counter. "But good luck!"

Mikey had never been particularly good at guessing games. He scratched at his head, quickly figuring out he had no idea which box to pick. But he deliberately drew out the process as long as he could, humming and hawing and pulling all sorts of theatrics until he finally gave in with a wink and a grin and reached for the third box.
It was empty.
"Kibbles 'n bits, I was sure that was the one."
He wasn't.
"Still, lovely booth, dudette. Good luck in the elections!"

Mia accepted the tattoo temp, admiring its patterns. It really was quite lovely. "Thank you! Here's a little something for you also." She handed the ghoul a blue flower pin as a thank-you.
She couldn't help but laugh at the what the ghoul had written down, "A worthy exchange indeed." And then she was off, and Mia waved, wishing her luck in the elections also.Perhaps Mia shouldn't have kept so many empty boxes around, and gave the boil an apologetic smile. "Sorry about that. And thank you!"

"That is certainly all right," the skeleton replied, shaking his head. "I did not come here for the souvenirs—though I will take one of these pins, if you do not mind—I came to wish you the best of luck!" He took a moment to affix the flower to his coat, smiling down at it and patting it once when it was secure. "I will wear your swag until the votes are in." He hadn't known what the word swag meant until this campaign had begun, but it was one of his favorite words ever now.
"I should be getting back to my booth! Bye, Mia!" Rojo waved once again, and then he was gone.

Of course, Meixiang had to drop by Mia's booth before things begun the wrap up. Waving as she approached the ghoul shot the Reaper a warm smile. "I just came by to say good luck! We're nearing the count down time so I wanted to make sure I got to drop by your booth before then." She was excited. Whether or not she won was no real concern for her. At least she got to spend some time with other students and not holed up in her room or in the gym all the time.

Marcy was, forever an always, a little distracted by everything in her unlife. So it was possible she'd nearly missed the whole booth thing. Had Mia talked about while they were giving out tea? Maybe. Probably. Oh well. It didn't matter overly much. Marcy was there now, to show her support. "Oh! It looks really nice," she said, giving the booth a thorough look over. "Very nice indeed! And look at these buttons!" She grinned and picked up a blue button. It was pretty and matched her dress. "I think you'd make a pretty good secretary." Of course she would. Mia was older, and wise, and very organized. A secretary needed to be those things.

The second secretary Ignatius made it to had a good campaign slogan -- actions speak louder than words. Considering Ignatius was a man of action, Ignatius could get behind that concept. Even if most of his action at current was fidgeting and going from one booth to another at the speed of lightning.
He also liked her commitment to hearing the voice of the students. Though that seemed to be a common theme, Ignatius, who was running on a similar concept, appreciated it in everyone he saw. That was something Ignatius could similarly get behind for a reason.
There were a few boxes set up, it appeared for a game, which Ignatius decided to take a whack at. He loved games.
Three of four were empty, but one contained a prize. Looking between the three, Ignatius guessed the second one, which turned out to be the totally incorrect choice. No prize in that box. Ah well. It was fun to try, anyway.
To Mia, he grinned. "Thanks for the game!" Even if he apparently couldn't figure out where the prize was. "I wish you luck in your campaign! Maybe we'll be working together!"
And maybe, one day, he would do better at these games...

"Of course not, please feel free!" She watched as he pinned on the flower, and smiled. "And best of luck to you too! Take care!"It was likewise for Mia, glad that she didn't waste her time brooding in her room as she had in the past. And win or lose, she had to admit this was a good experience nevertheless. "And to you too!"Upon seeing the ghost, Mia nearly ran over her, taking the ghoul's hand and beaming. "Marcy! Thank you so much for coming. That really means a lot, and thank you!"Clearly running games wasn't much of Mia's forte, something she should probably be working on should she decided to do booths again, and gave the boil an apologetic smile when his box turned up empty. "Thank you! And likewise to you~"

At last, it came time to close the booth, and Mia was thankful to finally take a break. It was all up to the voters now.
((Wrapping up, will do rolling for raffle prizes soon!!))
