Mane: Long Braid, the really dark blue/purple with threads of the medium blue (third down) through it.
Tail: Alternate Kirin Template. Scales should be forth color down, the skin part white, and the fluff should be like the mane.
Hooves/Fetlocks: The bright blue from the palette, up to his knees then fades out.

Body: Mock child of Margaery Tyrell and a purple/pink/gold dahlia, with maybe a bit of orange: one | two | three | four. I like the striping and fading designs on flowers such as these: one | two | three | four. I also like a little bit of the striping and spotting on this one: xxx. Margaery has gold swirls based on these, so you can add more of those if you want. For base color, you can use one of the colors from the flower, or Margaery's brown. Designs are totally up to you. :3 Here's a list of things I would not like to see, though: cutie marks, paint-like splats of color (like this), leopard/cheetah/etc. spots, picture markings (like grass and full-on flowers), markings that divide the body (like a blue front half and a purple hind half). Things I love: shapes (like flower-ish shapes and butterflies) that are well-hidden in markings, DAPPLES, swirls, sharp thin tribal designs, rib markings, eyeliner markings, vivid colors, vine-like markings. No green, please.
Face: Eye color: emerald green maybe, like Tyrell green? If it looks funny, maybe gold or deep purple. Eyebrows: CC from the colors given above. Ears: I LOVE the way Margaery's ears are colored, with the gold rim. I'd like this girl to have that, too, but the inner ear should be another color, maybe pink or purple. Facial markings: I love Margaery's freckles and eyeliner, so maybe your take on those? The muzzle marking she has can be altered or left off - whatever you like. Also, body markings can be continued onto the face if you think they'd go well there. Another idea for eyeliner: Kalypso
Mane: Ringlets. Color... chestnut brown (see Margaery) with thin pink/purple/gold streaks according to the rest of the palette~
Tail: Delicate Cerynei tail, colored according to the body.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Draft fetlocks, fleet-footed (original) female Cerynei hooves. I'd like whatever color the body is to fade into ivory at the knees (see Margaery); the fading can be a little rough, like the striping on the flowers. Hooves I would like to be colored like Margaery's, with the gold liner, but the main color should be the same as whatever is picked for the inner ear.
