She walked into the front of the building before inquiring which way was the basement. After making her way down the stairs to the dark, dank, rat infested basement of the hospital, she unrolled another large scroll and began preparing a seal which she placed behind some towels that were sitting on a shelf. Gathering up her bundle of scrolls, she walked up the stairs and out of the building. [exit]

CHAKRA CONTROL -- Medical shinobi have exceptional chakra control. For this reason, jutsu that shinobi of this class perform have a (-5) chakra point discount. This does not apply to Academy or Genin-ranked techniques. No technique can be free when using this passive.

                                                                              Techniques Used:

                                                                              • Ancient Chakra Locator's Pulse S-Rank
The user performs an array of hand-signs, before sending out massive, visible, pulses that seem to 'Ride' over the 'Spaces' between the User and the Special Tags the jutsu requires... A tag, within 25 Kilometers, can be easily located by the jutsu.. The real effect, however, is the stream of pulses that quickly release from the tags, once synced with the user... The tags each have a one kilometer range, and are large, like scrolls... There only use is to give the EXACT location of a demon.. then attach itself to them. The scrolls quickly leech onto a demon, and meld with their chakra pulses, blending in with the skin as the Kanji for 'Location' is spell out... The user can track the demon as if it were two feet in front of them and followed a trail of Pulses... Only seven tags can be placed at once, and when placed together are more durable against being destroyed by the demon's release or something of the sort... The users mind is almost like an over-view, or map, and they get a visual picture of the location, and directions in-mind...

                                                                              STORED:
                                                                              • Infuuin: Kai (Secret Mark Seal: Release) 30/30
Description: Infuuin: Kai is a Fuuinjutsu technique developed by Tsunade that allows her to use the Souzou Saisei technique. Over a period of time, Tsunade will focus and build up chakra in the seal mark on her forehead. The release command will disperse the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body. The jutsu has no initial cost, but instead, requires time to build up and store chakra before it can be fully utilized. 2 Chakra is stored every post into the seal for a maximum of 30CP. The seal must be located on the body somewhere and can be destroyed before activated if it is located. Cannot be stacked with Uzumaki's Ghost Shadow Technique.

                                                                              Quotes:

Kya zoomed in, sweating up a storm with her eyes still active and the metal still attached to her body. She was holding him over her shoulder, panting wildly as she was in a near panicked state. Had her eyes failed her? Was this even possible? She would slam him on a gurney and follow the medics wordlessly, hurriedly as they took him to fix him up. They were frantic, hurried with the eyes of the Mists shadow trained on them. The Empresses eyes were trained on them, specific scrutiny on his face. That face. Hours passed as they worked... his wounds not life threatening but highly sever. When all was done, Kya had been cleaned using medical chakra, and her hat washed and returned. She hadn't moved. With her eyes still on, and a blade in her hand, she closed the windows and locked herself in the room with him. When he awoke, he would find a dark, familiar silhouette was there with her curvy, beautiful body a few feet away, slightly worn and torn from her trip. Her eyes illuminated the room, glowing purple and red from the chakra flowing through her ems. She'd be trembling, anxious and a little apprehensive. He would feel a blade at his neck when his senses began to alert him. Kya took a step forward into the light, surely a surprise for him as well. How the ******** are you alive... she would pose, swearing, as far as kya goes, is rare. She hadn't sworn at Cecil, nor had she swore at Testial or Shinsei. But she uttered the words anyway. You had better open your goddamn mouth and give me a reason not to snuff the life I just granted back to you... Kaisen Uchiha...

Darkness. At first, that was all he saw. With his pale skin, and striking velvet red eyes, the man scanned the room briefly before the sensation of a tip at the base of his throat gave him a more complete awareness of his surroundings. There, before him, stood one of Kaiser Strekovsky's children...Katerina. Of all of his daughters, Katerina was one of the more well-known in the north; her quick temper and dubious, almost extreme ambition perhaps overshadowed even the reputation of her father at times. Of course...the apple doesn't fall very far from the tree, more often than not. "I guess I can't be overly surprised that I'm not the only northerner that came down here. After the chaos your father caused, I can't blame you for coming down here, where some chance of peace from that place exists."

Despite his previous injuries, the hours of medical attention from the Mist Village's team had enabled him nearly complete range of movement. Taking this into mind, he gently pushed Katerina's blade to the side, sitting up on the side of his bed as he continued to speak, his eyes cooly focused on her, his Sharingan now active as well. "It's also quite interesting that one of his own awakened this ocular power...many interesting things, coming from the Guenire nowadays." After a deep sigh, his mind backtracked enough to her question; how was he alive? "As for how I'm alive, Katerina...that's quite a long story. Since you've asked me so bluntly, I'll go ahead and assume that you've got time. After I stepped down from my position as Sorakage, I encountered Kaiser once again after you and your sisters defeated him. He seemed to be...slipping. His power wasn't quite the same as it used to be, almost as though his chakra were undergoing some strange sort of change. We battled for quite some time, both of us having to retreat due to our injuries." He was getting to the clincher; the part that would most importantly impact her, and potentially something she was already coming to realize. "Unfortunately, Katerina...I was not able to finish the job with your father. He is more likely than not...still alive." He would let that sink in for a short bit before he continued speaking; the battle between the three sisters and Kaiser was somewhat of a famed occurrence, so it wasn't overly surprising that the most legendary Sorakage knew of it.

"As for the rest...Adam and Victoria are usurpers. I have not returned to the north since I dueled with Kaiser, and it's likely that they've already taken control of the Guenire family from me. If that's the case, their experiments are being allowed to proceed unchecked, which is NOT good for the southern part of this continent. If the silhouette project continues more than it already has, all the shinobi of this region will be in far greater danger than they are now. We should notify the hidden leaf immediately."

He awoke with a start, as she had expected him to, and thankfully he didnt jump forward, causing his neck to be slit or something. But at seeing his eyes, she seemed to be overtaken by apprehension. Her pulse rose as her anxiety did, though for the most part on the exterior she didn't show it very much. As he spoke she heard the words, the reference to Kaiser. She exhaled curtly at his mention, almost a grunt. If it was one man she hated, it was her father. Kaisen knew of him, but he didn't know the whole story. The one her mother had discovered that DROVE the adult Katerina, her teenage sister Elizabet, and her baby sister Natalie away. That drove them to create new names. The story that resulted in the refugee mother's death, and the eventual murder of Kaiser. A bead of sweat grew, making Kaisen the first man to see her sweat outside of a bedroom in years. She didn't find peace in the south, but she did find more of herself. And in that more of him.

He made a full recovery, almost at least, and that was good enough. As he moved the blade she offered no protest, allowing the metal weapon to slowly fall to the floor. Kya looked into his eyes and narrowed them. To be fully technical, the Strekovsky line wasn't strictly Guenire which Kaisen knew. He, by blood, would have been Freyan, by extension a Illuvian (or whatever the ********.) Her heart jumped when he said her real name. She hadn't heard that word in years and stumbled back in frustration at hearing it. Cursing under her breath as he continued to speak, she gave him her ear. What he said, however, was impossible. LIAR! she would exclaim as he spoke. She had seen the life fade from his eyes herself. A blade had pierced his chest! Natalie and Elizabet... they saw it too. He was DEAD. A CORPSE. Suddenly her vision blurred a bit and chakra leaked from her pores. Her heartbeat was heavy, thudding against the metal lining her chest. Whatever else he was saying wouldn't register. He fought him again... and failed... No. NO. NO. You are a LIAR. He is dead. I killed him with my own hands I saw it. she challenged walking over to him as then blade again rose. But before she could point it at him she dropped it and all the fear and panic in her body turned to rage, which worked with the head of panic on her shoulders. She would grab his shirt, her eyes spinning and interrupting what he was saying of Adam and Victoria. If he's still alive then where is my sister. WHERE IS ELIZABETH. She's not safe alone in the north! she would say in a panic. Her greatest fear, the most deeply buried one, was losing Elizabeth. Kurozawa had died from illness, and there was no helping that. Kya cried to herself, in solitude where no one could find her. She mourned by slaughtering a known raiding party of bandits. Brutally. But her blades her hands covered in blood didn't help her forget. She still hadn't. Her sisters were the only people she truly bonded with, the only ones who could incite something other than rage beneath her vaneer of calm. With Elizabeth's life in danger, Kya would be on the edge of hysteria behind those closed doors. Perhaps to Kaisen she would look angry... full of disdain and hate. She only new that way to express what she was feeling.

As she held his shirt, she would be overcome by rage. Letting him go she would let all of the things she was feeling loose, delivering a punch to the wall, panting as she did so, and her fist would go cleanly through it... making a crater in the wall beyond it her hair fell over her face, and for the moment she seemed to be a bit more calm. But her mind was still alight with all the possibilities. She would hold out her other hand and motion for him to continue speaking, allowing him to finish the statement he was saying before her outburst. She would at least her the rest. If Kaiser is alive... an alliance with the leaf may not be enough old man. She would look him in the eyes, her own now glowing again. She'd snatch her arm from the wall cracking it a bit more and place it, unharmed due to the metal covering it, and place it on her hip as she looked down at him. I havent heard from Elizabet in two and a half years... If he's alive she is almost assuredly dead by now. I am the sole surviving child of the Strekovsky line. Her outburst would seem to make more sense now as she leaned against the less stable wall and slid to the ground. She had not expected this news today.

Her outburst was...expected, honestly. Kaisen knew full well that her reaction would not be quite as civil as most, given that she--along with her sisters--were said to have killed Kaiser well before his duel with Kaisen. The assumption of Elizabet's death was also unfortunate, but unsurprising. Kaiser was a ruthless shinobi, famed more for his brutality than not. During his reign as the Sorakage, Kaisen had always considered the Yukikage someone he would have to deal with in time, but his death at the hands of Katerina and her sisters had assured his doubts, just before he stepped down from his role as the Sorakage.

But here, now...one of those daughters was holding him by the collar, the rage and confusion in her eyes clear as day. He had little choice but to let her steam it out for a brief while before she violently punched the wall before her, the Mizukage leaving quite a large indentation in her midst. "I know this is hard to take in all at once...but we have to act. Even if our actions aren't as much as we would like to prevent this from happening...we have to do something, Katerina." The man stood, slowly walking to the window of his hospital room. "We need to prepare...if I know Adam and Victoria--and I most certainly do--their sudden confidence means that there's more going on. They're not stupid enough to come here alone without a backup plan." He sighed, running one hand through his hair, turning to lean back on the windowsill, his back pressing to the window. "Katerina...we need to prepare for war."

Now that she was calmed she started thinking again, reviewing mental dossiers of her shinobi, remembering she had made a promise to the village, a pact with shinsei as well, and the mist village falling under her watch simply wouldn't do. She walked over to where Kaisen was against the window, leaning back against it and allowing her eyes to shut off, dimming her view of the office though her eyes were a crystal clear blue. She was quiet for a few minutes, lost in thought, coming up with things, potential variables being calculated in her mind. She looked down at her feet, furrowing her brow as she realized her feet were bleeding. Running at those speeds through the forest without stopping had taken their toll, without even her realizing it. Dammit. I know not wearing shoes is dangerous but... she said as slivers of metal ran down her leg, covering the wounds for the current time. With a frustrated exhale she would turn and look out the window, realizing they were pretty high up in the hospital. Kaisen. Do me a favor, she would begin taking a step and stopping in front of him. She'd place a hand on his chest and lean up to his ear, close enough to deliver a whisper. The only place you should call me Kya... is in the bedroom. She would lean back and smile, giving him a wink as sly as silk before turning and walking with her swagger back in tact as if nothing had happened to mess with her mental state at all. She would expect him to come with her to her office, where she would need to start putting things in motion, including deciding if Kaisen would want to stay and what role he could fulfil in the mist village if he did. Her mind, as always, was alight with the things she could do.

Someone like this...was dangerous. Even though she would never admit it, slivers of Kaiser's personality had bled very clearly into this one. His ability to go from one hundred to zero when it benefited him...the extreme fits of rage that would lead to whole sections of villages smoldering in ruin...she was almost the same way. In that, he wasn't surprised that Katerina was one of the sisters to bring an end to Kaiser's reign over Yuki. It was equally surprising that they hadn't killed him properly.

However, her advances were also very tempting. The touch of another was something Kaisen hadn't enjoyed in quite a long time, and perhaps...it was time for him to cash in on it once again? Per her expectations, Kaisen followed her to her office, ready and willing for their next conversation.
