Noemi nodded, getting the two through the portal as fast as possible and reminding herself that she'd need both of them and herself to be checked out for the gas.

"We...To...The infirmary?" She looked at them once they were on Island soil again. "The...gas? We should...get it checked out just in case?" but if the two were done with her, then it'd be best for them to say so now!

Jake didn't bother hiding his dislike for the infirmary.
"Fineeeeeeeee"
But he WASN'T going to be happy about it.

Still, he walked over to Noemi, and ruffled her hair.
"Nice job out there. You handled it well."
In fact, all of them did. They actually did... pretty well.
He shook his head at Sherry's inquiry and sighed.
"Alright, let's just go to the infirmary and get this over with."

Yes, Noemi would have made a good Moon, taking care of them like she was. Though...with hits like the ones she'd given... Mist was a good fit, Sherry decided. Some of the best people she'd ever known were Mists.

"Very nice to meet you," Sherry said, nodding. "And it could be worse." She laughed a little at that. They all seemed fine, though Sherry did have a lingering headache, and she had a feeling she'd not be sleeping well. Bodies.

But then Noemi was leaning in and- "Oh? Thank- uh-- oh..." The Life Hunter tried to hide her flustering, and she hoped she wasn't blushing. She covered it with her best smile.

"Of course! I'd be honored to team up with you again! Take care of yourself!" She waved at Noemi, then gave Jake a sideways glance. What exactly had they talked about?

Thank goodness a nurse showed up right then to get things situated.
