Hearing Ignazio's words of acceptance on the oath placed before him, he smiled lightly before waiting to the male finished his words. Taking hold of his sword, he lifted it into the air once more before slowly sheathing it. As he sheathed his blade the Knights in the area nodded their heads one by one. They were witnesses to the oath that was agreed upon and having witnessed it, they began sheathing their blades one by one before returning to what they had been doing previously. "You should know by now Ignazio. I would never make fun of you, nor have I ever thought of it." There was a legend among the members of the Yggdmillennia Family that spoke of certain Knights whose fates were intertwined with the fate of another outside of their family. These Knights typically held the title of Sword Saint as well, but no one could ever prove whether or not the legends were true. Was it possible for a Knight to be born with one he was meant to work alongside already waiting for him? Would the two meet each other and form a pact, or would they destroy each other? For the members of the Yggdmillennia Family, even as a boy, the answer was clear. Lloyd was going to make a pact with a member of the Barthomeloi. The question had then become who, and when. But, when he was introduced to members of the Barthomeloi family, none of them stood out to him save for the younger Ignazio. From then, Lloyd had been by his side whether other people realized it or not. However, the most difficult part of it all, was the oath itself. The words to create the basis of oath were generally the same for all Knights of the Yggdmillennia Family, but the actual bulk of the oath depended on the Knight's heart. He was to speak whatever words came from his heart, and follow them as best as he could.
Just thinking back on his past with Ignazio had made him smile. Much like their watchful fathers, the sons had formed a pact with one another. Indeed, the White Team had two heavy hitters, and hopefully, he and Ignazio would be able to defeat those two hitters. As Ignazio moved forwards, pulling a card from his holster he had called for his familiars as well. But, before he could even think to speak their names, Celebron and Sirzechs had raced to his location. Celebron had re-claimed his perch on Lloyd's shoulder, and Sirzechs had lept into his arms. It was strange to see the playful puppy in this form, when in actuality, Sirzechs would easily tear through any who got in the dog demons way. Laughing at his familiar's enthusiasm to enter a battle, he continued to proceed forwards before stopping just short of Ignazio. Ignazio's right hand went to the sky and as the energy was released it had become a chilling burst of wind. His breath had slowly become visible with the decrease in temperature and as it did Ignazio's body disappeared from view completely. When the wind died they were all staring at the large Wyvrm before them. It was the same feeling he had when the beast was first summoned into their world, though now, it was not emitting such a life threatening aura. Ignazio's speech had echoed through the troops, and with its echoing, more and more tamers began to summon their own winged familiars. Those who were ready to begin their mission had mounted their winged familiars in order to wait for the others. Lloyd, however, would walk forwards before mounting Wyrm behind Ignazio. "Shall we begin the assault?" questioned Lloyd after making himself comfortable.
The appearance of the giant Wyrm caused the light in the cavern to dim, as its body took over most of the area. Lowering its head to bow to his master Hyorinmaru looked at the different Exwires and Pages in the mountain range. Air came from its nostrils causing the ground near his master to be covered in a thicker layer of ice. The beast’s frozen eyes came into contact with Ignazio’s as he opened his mouth and showed its sword like teeth before closing his mouth and moving his head closer to Ignazio’s shoulder. ”Don’t make me laugh boy; you’re wasting my time Ignazio. You better do as promised with our contract.” the dragon said through its telepathic communication, allowing everyone in the area to hear the cold words of the beast. Wind began to pick up and snow fell from the sky as it closed his eyes, then opened them before letting out a roar. The dragon’s wings opened causing the wind to echo and burst through the area. The stones in the area became frozen as the sky darken and a frozen mist began to clinch the ground; crawling along every stone. The dragon looked at the different familiars being summoned and then looked away and noticed the male with the two familiars on him. ”Boy, you’ve obtained another familiar, how interesting. That little puppy of yours is interesting, a Cerberus I see.” The dragon raised his head and then flapped his wings pushing out more of the frozen wind. Because of his enormous power, Hyorinmaru didn’t appear to be the familiar of a child such as Ignazio, even with his level of skill, there was no way a boy could possess an S-Class familiar such the Wyrm in front of everyone. Lightning flashed as the snow and wind began to pick up. ”So, Ignazio, explain to me why you’ve decided to summon me to such an area. My power shall reign across the Earth and Sky in a furry, as the contract states, no one will be safe from my wrath if you can’t produce me with a challenge.”
The surrounding energy continued to surge as the beast spoke through the freezing wind and the crystalizing stones. ”Well boy? Explain to me, why am I here?” the dragon roared coldly
The tamer didn’t move, he just continued to look forward and listened to the dragon speak the male sighed as the cold wind and snow engulfed the area. Ignazio placed his hand on the side of the dragon and closed his eyes. ”Hyorinmaru, I suggest you check your tone with me, and for the last time, my name is not boy, its Ignazio Barthomeloi or Master. Those are you only options.” he growled before pushing off of the ground and landed on the base of the Wrym’s neck. Ignazio settled himself nicely and then looked out towards the freezing area. ”You’re going to be my key to winning a senseless battle Hyorinmaru, because traveling by air is a lot faster than walking, you’ll be getting me to a location within a short period of time and then you’ll have free reign to cover everything in snow and ice until your heart is content. As for our promise.” Ignazio started before closing his eyes and thinking of a way to speak about the contract between him and the dragon, soon the boy’s eyes open and an evil grin came across his face. ”You may devour whomever gets in your way. I won’t stop your frosted reign.” he said before patting the side of the frozen scales ”Lloyd and his familiars will be riding with us. We’re in the middle of an exam, so I’d really appreciate it if you would obey every command I give you without question from this point forward, or I’ll have Innocentius melt your frozen world within Gehenna, until it becomes nothing more than a desert. Do we have an understanding Hyorinmaru?”
The male was strict, but he had to be when it came to taming a dragon of Hyorinmaru’s power, Ignazio knew he wasn’t at his full potential as a tamer, and being able to even summon a Wrym was difficult enough, let alone taming it and forcing it to obey the master’s every command took a little more than skill and qi. Ignazio looked out to the masses as they shivered from the wind and snow; some tried to shield their eyes, and other hid within the base from the mighty power. ”Alright, tamers are with us, the rest of you will follow by ground. Use the time to keep reserve your energy and prepare for a full frontal assault. We will, strike the enemy at the heart of their base.” Ignazio called out as he held his right hand in the air and pointed in the direction of the ruins. ”You all have your orders, now we begin operation, meltdown.” he yelled as the tamers who had familiars that could fly took off into the sky. Ignazio awaited for Lloyd to hop on board the back of the Wyrm and then they would take off afterwards. ”I will claim victory over this battle, if I’ve timed this correctly they shouldn’t have had enough time to recover from their little test, and they should be starving by now, hunting in the forest, would also take some time and find a water source as well. But even so, if they managed to quickly find food and water, then we would still have the element of surprise and catch them in the middle of eating their breakfast. It’s perfect.”

Hyorinmaru's noticing of his extra familiar made Lloyd smile lightly. "Indeed. This, is Sirzechs." In response to his words, Sirzechs lowered his head for a moment before picking it back up. It was strange, in all honesty. He was not Hyorinmaru's master, nor was he anyone of significance to the dragon itself, yet it took the time out to notice the number of familiars he kept with him as opposed to the last time the two met one another. To Lloyd, that meant he was either a possible threat for even the dragon, or the dragon was simply very observant despite his attitude towards others. In both his anger and his desire to know the reason for his summoning, the energy brought about by Hoyrinmaru's presence did not cease or show any signs of stopping. A chat between master and familiar soon came about, one that greatly differed from how he and his familiars spoke to one another. But, he could assume that, that was the dynamic formed between Primary Tamers as opposed to secondary tamers. While he probably did not wish to see Hyorinmaru devour any of the combatants, he had to think back on the papers that explained the Exorcist Qualification Exam. Death was something that was known to occur often during the exam, and they had all signed off on the paper regarding their possible deaths during any point in the exam. Despite this, he had no intention of killing anyone he went to school with. Mortal and or fatal wounds were fine since they could be treated, and hopefully survive.
Following the direction of Ignazio's hand, he recognized the location from the map they had seen earlier as the location of the White Team. "Meltdown? I know I have never made fun of you, but, what made you think of meltdown?" Of all the names he could have chosen, why something that dealt with fire. Sure, there was a possibility that upon seeing an actual living dragon that the members of the White Team would indeed have a meltdown, but it was an ice dragon. Why not give it an icy theme? No matter, battle operation name or not, they had a job to do now. He had never ridden a dragon, but if it was anything like riding a Cerberus then he should have been fine, right? Taking a calm breath he made his way onto the ice beast before sitting behind Ignazio. He could feel Sirzechs press himself closer to Lloyd's chest right before they took off into the air. "Its comforting to know that you have timed all of this to benefit us. Although, I would have to say that luck was on our side with the Salamander battle. Food was given straight to us, as opposed to the White Team that had to go hunting. Let us strike fast and quick. Thank you for allowing us to ride atop you, Hyorinmaru."
The beat lowered his head after being gently threaten by his master, the dragon lowered his head and soon began to flap its wings before becoming airborne into a slight hover and not too long after the beast was high in the clouds. ”Forgive me, master. I’ll try and remember my place next time.” As the beast flapped its wings it began to move higher and higher into the clouds until it’s black and blue body pierced through the black clouds and had appeared in the blue sky above the dark clouds created through the dragon’s demonic powers. The Wrym soon pushed forward with its large wings allowing it to cover as great distance at a high speed. ”I should warn you to hang on Lloyd and friends, I fly pretty fast for one of my kind.” the beat roared as it pressed forward, moving throughout the sky heading towards the rising sun. During the trip Hyorinmaru performed different aerial flips and tricks; pulling his wings closer to his sides and diving downward towards the river between the mouth of the mountains, then rising back into the sky, in order to make the flight more interesting for his master and friends. In a matter of seconds the large beast had put the other tamers far behind him and left the remaining troops on the ground. Flapping his wings and soaring through the air, the Wrym’s icy claws scrapped through the clouds. ”Meltdown is the name of the operation, because of a combination my master uses with myself in that fiend of his. But I’m sure that he’s planning on using the flames of your Cerberus for the meltdown aspect. It’s a technique he’s been developing called Inferno after utilizing another technique he’s been calling Niflheim. But you know, he doesn’t possess the necessary credentials to create a technique by law. So overall they are wide area deceleration and oscillation attribute techniques, making a major explosion after rending all heat sources useless by ignoring their qi signature. It’s actually complicated but that’s what happens when you’re a tamer, you learn how to utilize a demon’s power and make it yours.” The beast explained and then began to laugh as if it was simple that humans should have already used skills like this before. The demon continued beating its wings, and keeping high in the air, high enough to avoid being spotted by a human and out of the range of an aria’s Qi range.
