I know it's rough but it gets the idea across XD
I'd like it pretty much exactly like this for the male - though you can add/move flowers around however looks best.
For the female it should be a VERY similar style, but feel free to change it up some~

Hair style: short to medium length, curls around the face thick and fluffy with longer wispy tendrils flowing down. Also some flowers with a few smaller flowers (like babys breath) scattered here and there.
Tail style: flowing and wispy to match the hair. Flowers here as well.
Horn style: dainty; branch-like
Fetlocks: y, custom wispy
Other: If it's possible, I'd like the lineart around their bellies edited to make them appear thinner and more wisp-like and dainty.

Male Palette: dark like rain
Hair, flowers, eyes, markings, main body
Feel free to play around with the colors in the body a little, though, for more variation if it looks good like in the coloring example (two tone hair, slight variant in shade on the body). Markings don't have to be exactly like this, you can change it up, add more stripey whirls, or whatever looks good. Maybe even a few flecks of gold on the body and in the hair/tail.
Markings should be minimalist - I like dapples, subtle stripes, faint spotting. You don't have to do all three, do what looks best!

Female Palette: Pale like clouds
Hair, flowers, eyes, markings, main body
Same as the boy, just different palette c:

BOTH: should have gold horn and hooves

If you can only do one then I'd prefer the male!
