A few necessities gathered (flask, bandages, and shoes for example), Sherry made her way quick as she could, without being too obvious about it, to the lighthouse. She did her very best to act... normal and unimportant. Something bad was happening, and she... well. Mark's instructions seemed the best way to go at the time.
It seemed she was not the first to arrive at the designated area, a group seemed to have grown. She recognized many that were around, and there was relief in that. She just...had to find Jake now. So she paused, and hung back, looking for him.

They were being attacked?
Ah, that certainly explained the dying Hunter. Mimsy had been too busy playing in his blood to listen to the majority of their instructions, but there was no spray of blood to play in now, so she listened carefully to Robert.
"But." She looked at the ground and picked at her thumbnail. "Would that not make me a bad sister? Can we come back for him when it is safer, then run away again?"
She glanced back up and waited for him to talk to Shu, but he wasn't talking. Had she not answered?
"We can't leave without both of them!" she cried, as she anxiously fidgeted with one of her braids.
He'd honestly expected Shu to pick up. The fact that she hadn't yet was... distressing.
"Yeah. We'll. We'll come back as soon as it's safe. And we'll check on him and make sure he's safe. Actually he's probably safer where he is than any of us are - hell maybe we should all ********' jump in some pods and-"
Shu's phone had disconnected due to ringing too many times, and he cursed under his breath as he brought the phone down and resorted to texting. "s**t." He huffed out. "s**t, s**t, s**t." Mimsy was really starting to get upset about leaving people behind, which was on the one hand endearingly beautiful to him, and on the other hand REALLY BAD TIMING. It figured she'd grow a heart the moment he needed her to be a little more heartless.

As soon as the barrage of texts were sent, he tried calling her again. "We're not." He assured her. "We're waiting for Shu as long as we can." His arm wrapped around Mimsy, pulling her tight against him. If they were in danger of being attacked, at least they would have to get through him, first.
"Just hang on, baby." He whispered, tapping his foot as he waited for Shu to pick up the phone. "Just hang on."

The presence of his friends around him brought comfort in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. None received much of a response from the teen, but that didn't mean much beyond he was tired and grumpy.
Mark's words were present in his thoughts once the guards got jumpy.
He made no eye contact with either guard, pushed past his comrades, and walked toward the portal with absolute purpose.
There were a number of them here, many Before doesn't recognize and the few he does he doesn't bother. He positions himself somewhere in the middle of the group, shoulders drooped forward in an adoption of the shrinking violet stance. He's never stood out before, not unless he opens his mouth to cheer or say something so the best course of action was to shut up.
He's ready to summon is weapon at a moment's notice however, teal eyes staring up every so often to check on the status of the two unknown men demanding to know who sent them. The rest of the time he keeps them downcast, watching their feet.

"Abbi." Noemi laced her hands together, neverously jumping at the guards yelling at them. "uh...Do you know....What's going on?" the girl moved a bit closer to the other red head.
The little girl saw a hunter hurried towards a direction, she was about to follow when her phone rang. Blood has an significant on the girl that she couldn't think of anything but had an emotion of scare. Fortunately, Mark showed up to bring her back, she was gonna give him a hug that can warm herself, but he hastened.
That's why she finally heard the ringing and felt the vibration. Her eyes widened as she read the messages. Robert's tone of urgency increased through the messages. So she quickly typed a series of messages back.

Relief flooded him as soon as he received texts back. "She's fine. She's coming. She doesn't know where the lighthouse is - come on."
He couldn't believe he was about to do this, but he turned Mimsy around to head back for Shu.
When Shu didn't answer, and Robert reacted as he did, Mimsy's nervous fidgeting only got worse. She undid the last portion of her braid, then re-braided it, then undid it again, over and over, and silently stared at the ground.
"All right. Make sure he's safe," she quietly repeated, nodding along.
It was hard to believe that Lucky was safe when he was so concerned over Shu. She was glad that he was, at least - it meant that they would not have to leave both of them behind. If she was doing a terrible job in the role she'd put herself in (after a great deal of thought, in both instances), it was marginally better to know that she was only failing one of two.
And that was statistically awful, but it was better than a 100% rate of failure.
Her tense form relaxed as soon as Robert relayed the news, and she didn't protest when they turned around to look for her. It was exactly what she would have pleaded for, anyway.
They didn't stop until they found her, back towards the dorms. She thought to bring some supplies, it seemed, if the backpack she carried was any indication. Mimsy laughed, for what seemed like no reason; she was just incredibly amused that Shu's backpack matched the rainboots that Robert found for her, at the beginning of all of this. She squeezed his arm appreciatively, even if he wouldn't know why.
"Come along, little rabbit." With a crooked smile, she reached to put one arm around her, to pull her close to her side. "We would not want you to be late!"

He hadn't expected the arm wrapping around his as he left his room. He had his gear, quickly tossed on. He took what he could with him. Being a rookie he wasn't allowed to normally touch such things as the runic bandages without clearance.
"Shiloh." He said, clearly relieved to see his friend.
Together they made their way towards the lighthouse. Once close enough Shy had let him go, and they were deposited in a small group of individuals. Quinn gave Ian a small smile and a nod in greeting. They were both safe... good.
That made something in him relax.
"Any idea what is going on?"
He looked towards Gale and Stormy, wondering what exactly jsut happened with his arm?
While waiting, the girl with a backpack couldn't help but peeked at the training fields from time to time. She was worried about the dying hunter but she didn't want to experience those blood related memories again. The blood was dried, but it just needs to serve as a trigger to make the girl suffered, so it made no difference whether it dried or not. Her hands clutched the belts of the backpack firmly, the brownish color of the blood may suggest how long had been passed. She nervously looked around, seeing some hunters passing by in a hurry.
Please don't leave me alone.
Mimsy's smile made her felt warmer, she dashed towards the two that appeared just in time. "You are safe!" She said to both with a little bit a whimper, relaxed her tense body. They are so warm. She could hear their heartbeats, they are still alive. "L-late? Late for what? Are we going to the lighthouse?" The Death Trainee was so confused but clung to the two.

Bix's alarm generally went off around five thirty.
BEEP BEEP BEEP
"Five more minutes.." He muttered, just this once, but upon cracking his eyes found himself standing outside in his boxers. An early morning breeze chilled his skin and absolute madness reigned around him. Mark was hurt, hunters were rushing off. There was an O in the grass and blood and gurgling.
Get gear. Get to portal. Head down. Eyes to the floor.
He was a Sun and good at taking orders and within moments he'd sprinted to his dorm, geared up, and shaken Ceres awake. He kissed her, the same desperation as whenever there was something going down. They never knew.. could never predict.. if they would come back.
He informed he was going to the portal and following Mark's instructions but she may want to go elsewhere on the island, to check on people or see where she could be used. "Keep your head down, remember." He touched her cheek. "Go along with them. No heroics. It's like when S.H.E.I.L.D. got infiltrated by HYDRA." Not because he'd seen the movies... HE READ COMIC BOOKS. Another slow kiss, a reassuring smile and he was gone.
The fully ranked hunter hurried to the lighthouse only to catch up with Robert, Mimsy and a newer hunter that he only barely recognized. He was old hat at all of this, thoughts of the bleeding hunter had been pushed from his mind and the mentality of a dutiful soldier had taken over. He was bright eyed, smiling at them, and practically glowing in the early morning light.
"You guys alright? Heading for the lighthouse?" Bix looked positively eager.
Oliver was not prepared to handle the situation that suddenly spread out before him. For a time he wasn't even sure that awakening had been real, or whether this was yet another, ANOTHER, terrifying dream. He was on the edge of total panic as he made his way back to his room.
It was almost coat-throwing-cell-phone-bomb sort of panic, so it was all for the best that he hadn't been wearing his coat, or had his cell phone on his person when it received the text message. Instead, the lit up display beside his bed served as a point of focus. Oliver opened up the text from Jack. Coffee.
For some reason, that request seemed to make things clearer in his mind, simpler.
The Life trainee threw on some clothes and his coat, and began grabbing supplies from a haphazard pile next to his bed. A knife, a length of rope, a second knife, and a small flashlight. He had been meaning to return all of these items to their proper location, but this was the first time the trainee had been thankful to be too exhausted after training to function.
Oliver was quick as he picked up the coffee. And a significantly more useful bag of trail mix. He wasn't hungry now, but the dried fruit and nuts and seeds would be a welcomed snack if he was not the only one omitting breakfast.
Finally, with his head down, avoiding eye contact with everyone, he arrived at the lighthouse. His hands were shaking, it was a wonder he hadn't completely spilled the travel mug of coffee.

Another hunter approached, she nodded at the white hair hunter. This one looked friendly and unlike Dory. He was smiling like a Sun and looks warm, so she stared and smiled at him, waiting for Robert and Mimsy to maybe introduce the hunter.
He also wasn't too fond on finding himself outside at who the ******** knew o'clock, staring at a man bleeding out on the ground, and finding himself among many others heading back to his room for supplies.
This was going to be a very interesting day, it seemed. Probably one that ended in the infirmary again, if past missions were any indicator. Fantastic.
Still, he managed to get dressed in actual clothes (not just grey sweat pants and no shirt like he had been), slap on an eye patch and grab his jacket, which thanks to his camping excursion with Marcus, Cass, Nick and Dory, happened to already have quite a bit of emergency supplies already stored in it's pockets.
He dressed warm, because who the ******** knew where they were going to end up and it would be easier to ditch clothes then to find new ones, and while he was getting ready, noticed that his phone was buzzing and chiming at him. Reading the message, he shot one back quickly.

He made his way out the lighthouse after this, his pace hurried, his belts loose and being cinched up as he went. Stopping once he reached the crowd, he scanned for familiar faces, before heading towards the obvious too tall head in the crowd, with the pink hair nearby.
"What did I miss?"
Oh, Oliver was there too! He almost missed him. "Princess!" An arm soon found itself looped around the young mans shoulders. "Is that for me?" He asked, gesturing to the coffee.
