Akatsuki_Girl_Rita Yeah, maybe I shouldn't be so aggressive... that dang reseller jacked them up majorly. NO ONE BUY from Schnazie!!!! Yeah, I was watching the Ankle Bands, and his went up immediately for even above ABP. xP Whatever. I don't think anyone will buy his stuff 'cause there's one person listing it for just 5k less than his, and they're both above ABP. And it's not like Flower Ankle Bands are super popular. Pretty sure all the recent sales volume came from this guild anyway. Speaking of which...It might not be a bad idea to list at least one of these items at ABP. Think of it as an anchor. If a reseller buys and relists our stuff at or slightly above ABP, we still have something to hold down the price.

Welp, some guy named Rieldesu just bought all of my Flower Crowns. He was the guy who bought my Golden Trunks too last night. I don't see them on the MP, so he's either a smart vendor or is genuinely using them.

Sphyxia Yami no Sakura I'mma go see if I have any of these laying around. I should 'cause I hoard things. xP I'm tempted to do a major deflation on the Gold Trunks, but those are more popular and are at risk of being resold to inflate. =/ Would it be...illegal of me to use my mule to buy back the trunks so that I can keep relisting them? EDIT: I just bought a bunch of Flower Crowns at 55k (ABP was 94k). Relisting them now for lower. EDIT2: They're all listed for 20k now. I'm tempted to buy them up with my mule and relist them again. My mule is Malystryx the Red. EDIT3: Tossed in my Flower Wrist Bands and Flowers on My Heads too. EDIT4: Working on deflating Golden Trunks now. I hope this works. >< I quote this and address this also to Okami Ameras. This is the answer to that illegal thing I was talking about. Why is it illegal? O_o

tbh, I'm not sure that it's illegal. I reread the ToS and Rules & Guidelines from top to bottom, and it didn't mention anything about market manipulation (either artificial inflation or deflation). The only rules that mention market manipulation were written in the Exchange Forum Rules and Guidelines. It mentions that "pricejacking" is illegal, but that is specifically referring to using a mule to compete against a real buyer in an auction in order to increase the HB. It says that pricejacking is a form of AI, and it's illegal because it counts as cheating. I don't know if it can be argued that what we're doing is cheating. We're not auctioning, so pricejacking doesn't apply to us. Whether or not we're "cheating others for profit" may be debatable. Technically speaking we are not individually gaining gold, but if we crash the market value of these items, we are saving ourselves and others the cost of buying them by lowering the price. ...This is getting too complicated for my not lawyer brain. It might be in our best interest to ask a mod or an admin. Odds are good that just listing a ton of items at a low price isn't illegal, and asking guildies to buy it up is most likely okay too. But using a mule to to buy them back for relisting...that might get sketchy. EDIT 'cause grammar
