Final Boss Fight THE RED QUEEN[iThe Red queen came out and we started beating her up! Serves her right - she was rude and mean! I wasn't doing much damage myself, so I started Fearleading because, well, when I get into Amityville I hope to try out. I think that that - and my new torch - helped out, at least a bit! Ongoing

I've been listening to some of the things in the chat, and I have to wonder what I'm missing. Something about Alice... that AI? And...
Actually, you know, I'm not that sure. Only that I'm totally missing out on awesome things. I'm pretty sure there are cards I'm not getting, or secret areas I'm not finding and Its just not fair!
Or maybe it is. Maybe these things are better found in a group. But you know, in my limited experience with MMOS, I've found that groups destroy the fun of the setting. Because, well, all people want is loot. And, so, all you want is loot. And you talk to your friends and all you talk about is loot, and the lovely environment gets put to the side.
Whats that called... Breaking immersion? Yeah.
See, I'm talking about cards, which means I'm talking about the game, and not about the fun and beautiful world around it. I guess that's why I've been solo - aside from not having a group to play with, really - I just want to play and explore and ogle and enjoy.
Sure would be nice to have those cards, though. Sure would be nice... /sigh But what is a tree to do? Haha!
But you can't win them all. Anyway, isn't this game nearly over? The final boss is out and all... Guess I'll do some sidequests first before I join in with the epicness of Sap!
Or, I guess, Maple_Syrup. Haha!

[Red Queen's Castle Sidequest: The looking Pool]I refuse to let that be a thing. Lunch lady my stump! I'm going to study so hard, they'll HAVE to let me in.

If I have to bust down their freaking doors, because I will NOT be a damn lunch lady.
Then again...
Is it really so bad?

[Mob Fight: Corrupted Cheshire](Maple_Syrup, SCIENCE, TheBoughman, Rhythm, RavenousDelirium, OuO, Haunting Lights, TEDDOMINATION) You know, I'm definitely going to try out for Fearleader when i have a chance! I'm really good at it! I think I'm very suited to the role!
Anyway, I got kidnapped by a BIG NASTY CHESHIRE CAT and a whole bunch of people came in to hep me, thank goodness!
AnywayI got a neat card, but other people were upset because theres apparently a better card to be gotten? How do I not know these things?Got:

[Mob Battle: Throne](Maple_Syrup, Haunting Lights) So I was playing with my buddy Haunted Lights and he completely annihilated a thrne.

[Mob Fight: Rocking Horse](Haunting Lights , Maple_Syrup) So I hung out with Lights again and we beat up a horse, and he got really touchy when I said I had a best friend on fire in an alternate possibility thing.
I dont get what his problem is, if he likes fire.
Hey look. I'm sure being on fire is natural and fine for some creeple. I may not be completely petrifyingly afraid of fire, but I'd like not to be burning all the time. I'm still flammable.Got: + 400 exp

You know, its okay that everybody else has these cool powers. What matters is having fun, right? I can have fun on my own without a ton of special awesome abilities.
I just think all this is cool, but since we're beating up the Red queen, I guess that means its... nearly over?
I guess that means I should explore more, like I did in tugley woods.
Exploring leads to some interesting finds! Why, just today I found a caged area in the castle here, and it was full of roses! ROSES! Really creepy roses. But pretty too!
I went and wandered through the garden, hoping to find soem other flowers, but nope, just roses. And... paint? I think the roses had been painted red! My card dinged about a sidequest and I suppose I should have done it, but I saw some roses that looked a bit more... animated, with those marionette strings and all...
And you know what? I've BEEN done with plant mobs. So I got the heck out of there before I had to fight some poor rose beasts. Some of the other monsters looked appealing - that rocking horse, that throne, things like that.
But today I just didn't feel like battling... Just sightseeing. I really wish this was the Mad Tea party, but the castle's got its quirks and secrets. I almost don't want to leave, but at the same time, the place feels false, finalistic. I'm ready for a new area, honestly.
I wonder whether I'll find it.
