Dion stood, still close to the doorway. He had been relatively quiet with the interruptions.

"So, you look like you could use a drink. I know this town pretty well; how's about we hit up a few pubs after the show?"

There were few things the General Manager took pleasure in anymore; one of those things was the promise of alcohol. His eyes turned to stare at Dion with a blank look, as if he had perpetually stunned the irritable booker of all thought.

"You know... that actually sounds like an amazing idea. In fact, I think it's the best I've heard in months."

Emerging from the Medical Bay after a few matches and towards the close of the show, was the image of Damon Pierce. He had taken a few pills given to him from the training stall and trained doctors, nothing more than the recommended dose. It was simply enough to cause his body less pain from exerting all his strength from putting a guy through a table, then through a barricade. Not to mention the spots in the match that were rather grueling and pretty painful the way he was dropped and limbs targeted throughout. He wasn't walking with a limp, but he did wear a back brace that he packed in his duffelbag underneath his vest and white sleeveless top to comfort his achy back. All the while noting to himself how his Twitter reveal and experience was being handled and the two men who dared to step up to the plate and wanted to test his mettle. Their mistake, a mistake he would capitalize on.

Damon wasn't wearing his typical ring gear now that he could relax for the rest of the night. Instead, he took his long sleeved top off and replaced it with a sleeveless top just for comfort under his vest. His arms now had black armbands on each bicep while everything else looked the same. He was still pretty achy overall from the match, but not in a noticeable or obvious standpoint. He figured if people wanted to make matches and challenge him over Twitter, he might as well head over to the head honcho, Matt Shanahan's office to get those matches settled for the next card. Little did he know, a match was already booked and he would be taking on one of the two guys that he had a problem with already. Approaching Shanahan's office and leaning against the door frame, Damon listened in to the conversation being taken place from the other side of the closed door. But he soon knocked anyway.

Almost immediately after the words left his mouth, there was a knock at the door. A quiet sigh followed, as it dawned on Shanahan that the show was not over just yet. "Yeah, yeah, come in..." He called out just loud enough for whoever was on the other side to hear.

After not more then a possible sixty seconds tops, maybe even two minutes, Damon overheard someone allowing him entrance into the room. Most likely Matt himself. Turning the doorknob and pushing the door open, Damon was greeted by the sight of three people. One guy, he didn't know standing in the corner by Shanahan's desk. Dion who Damon took to staring the guy down and sizing him up to see if he was truly all the hype he was perceived to be. Then of course, the man behind the desk, Shanahan himself. Closing the door behind him, Damon simply walked to the center of the room that way he could keep tabs on everyone around hum. Call it wanting to be aware of everything going on, or call it purely caution so he wouldn't end up walking into a trap. Regardless, Damon had an agenda and was going to follow through with it.

"Couldn't help but notice overhearing the option of going to a bar. Sounds like a solid idea. I could sure as hell take a glass or two of Jack & Coke" Damon began his conversation piece with. Starting out with a light joke, before he would get right to business. "Not why I'm here though. Apparently my Twitter was noticed and confronted by some guy who's wrestling gear was stolen from the prop truck of the movie Gladiator. Dijon Nuke-rat, over here" Damon would say, guiding his hand towards the man in question just several feet away from him. "Then, I have some guy who's stuck in the nineteen-seventies who feels as if having a entrance theme and music that says his name gives him any appeal what-so-ever. Now don't get me wrong. I might have been this "Keyboard Warrior" that's apparently become my nickname now. But that doesn't prove anything. I want to take them on in the ring, personally".

Damon would wait for Shanahan to reply to him, and would remain quiet should this happen. Seeing as he had just insulted the gimmick and name of one of the men in the room, while Damon still had no clue who the other guy was. Then again, he overheard some angle regarding some "House that built some house" with Shanahan being dragged into it. Wasn't Damon's concern, he'd stay out of it. However, he's still keep his eyes attentive on both Dion and Shanahan should Dion have something to say. Damon wasn't going to fight Dion in the middle of Shanahan's office. Hell no, that was rather disrespectful to Shanahan's personal space and 'man cave' in a sense. But if Dion really wanted to get the jump on Damon, Damon would be more than willing to take it to the hallway to get a fight going in the backstage area before the show came to a close. No doubts about it. However, he had to make sure he was one-hundred percent for next week so, that would have to wait.

The General Manager's eyes focused in on Damon as he spoke; despite signing the man, he hadn't actually even said a word to the man. Despite the overload of stress the night had caused him, he was managing to keep his composure after managing to yell at Killman earlier.

"I saw, I can see this whole... Twitter craze is actually catching on; not sure how I feel about that... So, you're the man that's been issuing challenges to Mr. Brown and my enforcer-of-sorts over there," Matt paused to nod to his 'secret weapon' for the time being, Dion. "Commendable, especially from a man that knocked out cold in his match. Luckily for you, Mr. Brown already stopped by asking to get some real face time with you next week. As for Dion? Well... that's all up to him."

Damon listened attentively as Shanahan spoke first to him, mentioning his thoughts on Twitter and Damon's actions. Such actions as issuing challenges to Leroy Brown and Dion over Twitter that would have easily been asked for in person, where he currently stood exactly. Shanahan mentioned that such challenges were commendable for someone like Damon who was knocked out cold in his match. A very faint smirk crept up on Damon's lips at hearing the finish to his match with Xavier. He wondered just how Xavier was feeling after that much himself. Regardless, Damon would eventually find out that Leroy actually arrived already to ask for 'face time' with Damon next week, and how Dion would decide himself if he wanted a match or not. If Dion wasn't up for the match, Damon would simply chalk it up as Dion wouldn't want to become knocked out just like Xavier. Then again, that could just be Damon's mild cockiness showing.

"Did he now? Looks like Leroy had the guts to sign up for a match after all. However, I have a thought on the matter" Damon spoke. His arms now crossing over his chest as his stance became planted on the floor below him and his mind processing ideas. "Seeing as I personally feel as if I had the best match on the card, and will most likely have had the best match by the time the last bell rings, I think I'm pretty sure that I can take little old Leroy Brown on in any match that BBW has to offer. However, I won't try to badger you with match types and demand this or demand that. No. My idea is this, why not make next weeks match, up to you. Any match you want to see us fight in, call it. I came here for the sole purpose of putting asses in seats and making a name for myself. I put Xavier through a barricade. Why not put Leroy through hell".

"Here's another idea," Dion chimed in. "The pup wants to prove he has fangs. Knocking out one guy is...well, a start," Dion said, "But I've been down that road before. Several times, in fact. And in those times, I've never been knocked out either."

Dion crossed his arms. "So here's what I'll propose; you prove yourself next match. You go into whatever match Shanahan comes up with, and win against Leroy, and you'll get a match with me. A Last Man Standing match."

Dion figured that Pierce would enjoy hearing that bit of news. "Ah, but there is...one other stipulation I'd like to impose. See, if you can only show yourself as a knockout machine, then there's not much reason for me to have a match with you. Therefore, you will only get the match with me if you win without knocking out Leroy."

A brow arched on Shanahan's features at Damon's suggestion; a special stipulation for a Twitter-fueled match? Just after both men had debuted? Now that was a strange, but interesting proposal.

"Hmmm... that's... an intriguing idea..." Matt muttered while lacing his hands together against his chest and sitting back in his leather chair. He went silent in thought for sparing moments, only breaking the silence to glance at Kelly King, "Well, it IS a special show next week... I suppose a match with some added hype couldn't hurt..."

And that's when Dion chipped in with his own input. Matt's focus went to Dion, taking in his words like a breath of fresh air. "Now, I like that! That's the kind of s**t we need on the card!"

His eyes shifted to stare back at Damon, a classic smirk etching across his features. "Alright, you two got yourselves a deal. Expect some... added fun to your match in Des Moines next week. Unless Dion's proposal is a bit too much for you?"

Perfect. Not only did Damon raise an interest and an eyebrow from Shanahan, but he got Dion to talk himself. Not just talk, but suggest a match none the less, with an added stipulation to Damon's own next week. The stipulation? Don't knock Leroy out. Sounded like a plan of attack that Damon already started to play strategies of in his head how he would go about it. Inflicting pain and also making sure to earn that match in two weeks against Dion. Such a match as highly noticeable as a Last Man Standing match against Dion? Consider it done. He had listened to both Dion and Shanahan talk, keeping his mouth shut and having no audacity to interrupt either man. Why would he. Dion was giving Damon a chance to shine and Shanahan, the man who signed Damon himself, was agreeing to giving a few stipulations to the match against Leroy. Damon got what he wanted.

Nodding to Shanahan, Damon released his arms crossed over his chest and relaxed them at his sides. "Added fun to the match in Des Moines, outside venue and a secondary stipulation added by your 'Special Enforcer'. Can't wait. Make sure you have your best cameramen on the ground next week. You won't want to miss a single second". Damon spoke confidently. A similar, if not trademark weak smirk of Damon's own seen on his face as Damon then turned his attention to Dion. Standing still directly in the center of his room and locking eyes with the man. "Remind me what they call you again. Oh yes, that's right. You're the 'Hardcore Paladin'. You're 'The Conqueror'. You are.. 'The Pillar Of Justice'". Damon took a second to let each one of those nicknames sound aloud as his mind processed the next set of thoughts he had in mind.

As well as how they would be spoken and their true intentions. "Six time Champion. Multiple time award and achievement winner. Truly, you've conquered enough to leave a legacy in your wake when you retire. Only twenty six years old and still going at it. Commendable. However, you've had plenty of warriors come to your coliseum and challenge your throne. But you haven't taken me on yet. When has there ever been a debut match that ended in a Double Knockout, can you even bring up a time when it happened? I sure can't. I put my body and my heart into that debut match and I was willing to put it all on the line from the very moment I stepped through that curtain of the second row concessions and walked through that rowdy crowd towards the ring. I'm not a coward like Leroy Brown who chooses to blindside his opponents and take them out from behind".

Damon would take a second to exchange glances with the three men in the room before recasting his gaze back upon Dion and finishing up his intentions. "I walk through the crowd because I have no fear of what's to come. I only took out Xavier to send a message to those who think that just because I'm a new face, that I'm just some puppy to kick around. No. I'm a Hound. A Hound of Justice that is going to rid BBW of all things unjust and wasting of the crowds time. This little "House that the House" built crap? Not interested. They try to interfere with my matches or change how Shanahan does business around here? You'll see what happens. Until then, you have two weeks to focus on what challenge you just threw down, Dion. Because in two weeks, I'm gonna' stand in the middle of your coliseum and I'm gonna' take you out for all the crowd to see".

At this point, one more exchange of glances would be made around the room before Damon slowly walked backwards towards the door. His point was made and he felt no reason to become physically confrontational in the middle of Shanahan's office. Instead, Damon would let the words he had just spoke sink in to everyone's minds and turn the knob of the door just to walk out seconds later. Closing the door to Shanahan's office with no slam or rough impact made. Damon simply walked down the hallway with his head held high and a confidence that nearly burst his skin into flames with how hot he was feeling right now. Not in a sexually attractive stance, but in a form of how he felt as if he had spoken enough words to truly raise his stock and inform the three men that he intended to put his money where his mouth was. He could talk the talk. He could walk the walk. As of next week, he would take down Leroy and a week after that? The Gladiator would be slain.
