That's because men's clothes are about covering the body and (if Victorian) decorating the covering, whereas women's clothes are meant to accentuate the body. Most men I know these days dress like total schlubs, but men in the right outfits can be as stately as girls can be sexy. As for Victorian fashion, I will say that men did a good bit better than women.
I will say that I haven't heard of that, yet. Has there been a recent outbreak, or something?

And yep. The news said it was from Pangasinan, Philippines. I don't live near the area but it distresses me. Said that the sickness eats up peoples' insides. But the doctors there proved that the two victims that were said to have that sickness just had leprosy (or some other disease). Still, I am the nervous and paranoid type so I can't be relaxed with that kind of answer. Makes me a little bit more cautious..
