Claudia Vesslia Nyru and her bumped into each other's backsides while backing up. although his company was needed. Dorian fought on, slaughtering demons relentlessly, and letting the blood stain his pale skin. He soaked in the iron fumes while she wanted to gag on the intoxicated air around her. Out of nowhere, Nyru instantly realized that his sister had been called back to her original duties, but oddly enough Dorian calmed him. "He's right. I saw here leave and I'm sure its safer where she's going than here. You should rejoice and keep your mind forced on what's ahead." Claudia's remark hadn't gone unannounced since a purple flaming projectile flew past the both of them. It consumed the wall behind them within seconds causing Dorian to cringe in fear. If he was shaken up by this assault than that must mean something malicious is lurking around the corner. A military, lead by their slender leader marched down the one way street.
Dorian mentioned Adi's assistance, but they couldn't stand around and wait for her to swoop in. The tall, four armed, bony titan trumped forward and crushed a stray guard under the weight of its filthy foot. The man's blood formed a puddle around the sole of the foot and Claudia became enraged. Without thinking, she ran toward the demon, undead army stringing an arrow to take out the titan. Using the Prince of Crows transportation magic, she disappeared and then reappeared on a roof near the titan. The arrow has grown enough to skewer it through its temples. Up close, the fabric on its head was a bunch of different clothes sewn together to hide its deformed face. It eyes were so sunken in that she swore he had no eyes to being with, but that was a trait expected from a creature of Hell. The blonde fired, however, the arrow missed when the titan swiftly maneuvered around it and she assumed because of its large skeletal size that it would be slow and fragile. Its appendage, the lower one that wasn't holding fire, swept at her bringing up the shingles and exterior with it.
Claudia didn't have time to dodge and was thrown back impacting another roof and rolling a few times. If she wasn't a shadowmancer and just some ordinary human, she wouldn't have survived, but she endured with a few bruises and minor wounds. She sat up coughing and weakly arose to her feet watching the monster continue on as if he just swatted a fly out of his path.

Nyru Statem From shadows We'll descend upon the world Take back what you stole From shadows
Nyru was confirmed by both Dorian and Claudia that his sister had left, it made him stare blankly for a few moments as he wondered why she left without saying goodbye, and why now? She couldn't... hate him that much - surely not? Then he heard Dorian's comment, and swinging a quick glare his helmet re-covered his face and he said "She'll come when she's ready"
The demon that lead the rest of its army wasn't expecting such a quick assault, through the fabric, it's mind's eye gazed at the beady creature run towards it. It's spiney leg lifted and it's dagger-like foot hit the ground against but missed as Claudia vanished. Demon's cackled and roared as she appeared on a nearby rooftop, and just then an arrow came flying towards its head - but it just flinched and the arrow missed entirely. "Claudia?!" Nyru then shouted, "what is she doing?" as he gazed around at the demons that were heading their way. He sighed, and looked over his shoulder finding several Shadowmancers at his disposal "Make a shadow wall! For every two on the wall, one person stays behind it and attacks through it! No demons pass!!!". Nyru looked up, and heard the sound of Claudia's body hit a nearby rooftop, and then the falling debris hit the floor nearby and a sudddenly he found himself worrying if she was okay.
But she stood.
Sometimes, it was painful to wonder how easily humans would be killed in Non-Magic Earth, perhaps that is why the Occult cares so deeply about their role. Nyru swung his sword to his side and prepared an attack as the shadowmancers infront fo them bundled in a long line, and shadows began to bend and solidify into a tall wall seemingly made of black bricks. But then the demon began to laugh, it was like a dry cackle that echoed across the streets, its voice made the rest of the demons go quiet in fear. "You have no hope, mortals" it began, laughing to itself once more, "I am Zarazax, Patron of Sorrow, and you-" "We're not hear to talk!" Nyru shouted back in resentment, but the Demon stepped forwards, towering above and thrust tis spidery legs into several bodies along the way, Zarazax denounced "You need not talk to realise the pain of loss" and he finished on another maniacal guffaw as the demons below began charging tot he wall.
Nyru gritted his teeth, since when did demons talk?! He'd like to show this monster the meaning of loss! "Do what you can, but harm anyone who's innocent and you'll fall forever" Nyru threatened to Dorian as he jumped forwards into the incoming fray. "Your fallen will show you the pain of death" Zarazax' beckoning voice from above would continue, to know one in particular, jsut to try and unsettle them as the dead on his side of the wall would rise once again witha purple glow in their eyes and cuts. The shadowmancers would attack through the wall, turning small portions of it into passable shadow for their attacks, but turning it solid when the demons would hit. Nyru then jumped over the wall, and somersaulted into the air as the blades of his sword released into a frenzy. When he landed, the monsters around him fell to the ground with shrieks of death as the blades plummeted around him and shredded them all. Knowing he was clear for a moment he swung his sword hilt and the segments regathered around him, he thrust the hilt forwards and the blades flew through the air and towards Zarazax's legs, but they flung off and barely left a scratch. The demon chuckled and said "Did you think that would kill me? You're filled with the illusion of training"

With their new advisory before them in it all whole nasty and demonic appearance, Dorian stared a bit. It was a visage that he in a way as a darker person and personality could admire. But there was still a part of him that was human, and another the ambitious portion of him, saw this creature and their kind as a enemy right along with Nyru and Claudia. Which cause Dorian to scowl and narrow his ruby eyes at the demon creature before them. He couldn't focus much on that further however as the blonde engaged first. Much to her partners displeasure. Dorian rolled his eyes in and let out a huff of air that was both a means of frustration and exasperation. "Being reckless clearly...so rash that one; you should rein her in a bit more Nyru. That will get her killed some day." Dorian was actually fully honest and warning in a rather not so creepy way; a pure honest warning to be careful. They all had to be careful, Dorian stayed back watching, observing and calculating. The Shadowmancers assisting in defense as well as attacking at his back. Nyru gave him permission to do anything and everything he could to assist but no innocent lives lost. He would do nothing of the like, least not purposefully; many lives could be lost in this fight. Undead...demons...a titan demon leader that could speak and taunt; was calculating right along with Dorian himself as he watched. And by the sight of Nyru's blade skipping off the armor like skin of the demon leader called Zarazax. "This will get us no where..." he breathed frustrated and irritated. They could fight, but they were missing a crucial component and weapon in their arsenal. "The gypsy..." Dorian hated to admit it, but she could truly be a unmistakable asset; without her, he had doubts about winning. Making his choice, Dorian melted into the shadows of the surrounding crumbling buildings and debris. He had offered up the option of fetching the annoying light wielding woman if it came to it...and now he was doing his part. Only they didn't know that as the once apprentice disappeared into darkness. He wasn't abandoning them...well, not truly he would go back, but he had to be fully focused on his task and no distractions. A portal wasn't as easy as he made it look and harder yet to be doing what he was about to attempt. Closing his eyes, lips moving silently, Dorian muttered an enchantment while conjuring up an image in his mind of circles and runes needed. When finished his taloned fingers rent a space in the air, taring it like parchment, blackness seeping from it slightly as it twirled in a mix of purple, black and deep navy blue. Without a pause, Dorian thrust his hand into the rented space of darkness, all the way to his shoulder, he could smell the darkness and its pure intoxication it gave him. "Time to do what you're destined Child of Light...Fortune Child...."He felt her...Adi was flying toward with such speed that wasn't natural. Her calm...her emotional coldness right along side her complete intent to fight against the demons, was shocking. It wasn't simply fight...no it was much more then that...her very pure and unrestrained intent to kill and slaughter...to decimate them. Dorian could smell it...feel it through the portal he was using to summon her; black talon-ed arms reaching out from the middle of the sky and its own black rent in space. No fear...Adi was mourning the life that was taken from her, and wrapping herself in that calm cold emotion of indifference; a cold rage that would freeze hell almost. She was a righteous creature right then and there...a viscous being of light and darkness. A great, powerful combination that was as frightening as it was inspiring. "What damage you will do..." Dorian breathed unsure to be weary or excited. "...the darkness has taken root, but how far will it spread and grow..."Ripping his arm out of the portal, in a magical way he pulled Adi with him, bringing her to the city. And above the shadow wall...above the fighting of demons, undead and Shadowmancers, a large rent in the sky appeared, blacker then night, clawed arms unnaturally long crept out. They called at the edges as if to make the large cut in the sky larger. At its center, a pin p***k of pure white light to be seen, as if a star nestled into it; a light at the end of the tunnel. What miracles would it bring...or nightmares? "She's coming..."◑__________________●__________________◐

Claudia Vesslia In front of the palace, Shadowmancers came to their aid applying their strategy. They would conjure up a fortress while one shadowmancer stayed behind the wall to attack. This would stall the demons for so long until all their shadow magic is depleted. Hopefully, by then they'll have they'll have another plan to defeat this monster. Dorian had abandoned the battle because when she looked over, he summoned a portal and fled like a coward. Although, the blonde had a feeling that he was retrieving a certain gypsy that had a minimal time to grieve and her light could only do so much damage. Plus, the way she retorted earlier, Claudia believed she wasn't level headed and wouldn't be able to hold her own. Anyway, Nyru didn't decline their assistance as he swung his sword intimidatingly. The mancers from behind erected their dark, yet transparent walls of black durable bricks. The demon halted and surprising laughed at their counter move with his shriveled lungs and stripped throat. The lower vermin silenced themselves and shook at their leaders unpredictable joy. He pointed out how hope was bleak for them and them introduced him as, Zarazax of Sarrow.
Nyru interrupted him, careless for his identity, however Zarazax wanted to make his rebuttal clear to everyone. He explained how there are no words for loss, but he is a demon so what does he know about loss? Most demons are mindless slaves that kill, destroy, and are evil to the core; there is no room to house other emotions like sympathy and regret. The crushed bodies under his feet was proof that he felt nothing but malice. He grunted through his cloth mask which gave the lesser demons permission to processed forward. Claudia transported again to be beside Nyru as the demons charged towards them and Zarazax babbled nonsense to distract them.
The undead resurrected and were in his control now which made Claudia more furious than ever. "Sick. Nyru let's show this demon what the pain of loss really means." The Shadowmancers shifted back and forth between solid walls and transparent in order to launch their attacks accurately. She wasn't surprised that Nyru acrobatically jumped over the wall to join the action first hand. She followed suit and landed next to the male as he plucked his blades from the corpses of demons. The blades were wiped outward and broke into segments to cover more ground. Her arrows didn't cease until the area was devoid of the creatures so he could strike Zarazax. Claudia's eyes widened when his blade didn't even nick the demon and rebounded off his rock hard skin like it was nothing. This thing was invincible, but it had to have some form of weakness, so without delay the archer fired as many arrows as she could at him. If they missed then they would just impale the demons surrounding him similar to the undead. She though out the demon's size and usually in the world of logic, big things can be crushed by bigger things. "Nyru, I have an idea. It probably won't work, but it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot. Let's attack the base of a building near him and let it fall on top of him. It might be enough weight to succeed his own and crush him flat." Her suggestion may be of use, but if he had any other options she would love to hear them.

Nyru Statem From shadows We'll descend upon the world Take back what you stole From shadows
Nyru watched in disbelief when he blade barely scratched this colossal demon's appendages, it was like bone made of steel and his weapon were made of leaves for blades. The demon, after returning a cold insult threw forwards another purple ball of fire that Nyru deflected with his sword, it flew behind him an into a wall that exploded in dust and rubble.
When the demon crushed more bodies beneath it's weight, Claudia suggested to Nyru that they share their power, like always, to decimate the monster together. What she mentioned was crazy, completely crazy, but with the city in such dire need he thought it might be the only thing they could do. Nodding he agreed, and said "right" he then looked to the things legs and said "i doubt those things can balance well under so much force. Quick, Shadow Resonance!" Nyru called. With that he held up his left palm to Claudia's body, waiting for hers to touch his and letting his shadow on the ground stretch and call for the surrounding shadows. As soon as they connected, they would move at lightning speed for a very short few moments and only if they stayed in the shadows. But with it they'd be able to get to that half-destroyed building and topple it over on top of Zarazax!
A large snake-like demon slithered nearby, it was giant, and had the body of a man... or something that could be only barely compared to one. As it neared Nyru and Claudia it lifted its giant tail and prepared to drop it on them, only to miss and be dazed in the dust as the two of them suddenly vanished from the light. Nyru felt his body go tingly, still, even now, each time he did this he felt the shadows become one with him. This is what made them Shadowmancers, performing Shadow Resonance was the heart and soul of any Shadowmancer and gave them that edge in the battlefield. Suddenly, with almost a thud, his feet hit the ground near the building and he had already prepared the mark of Delcasia and gathered his fist. Hoping Claudia would be beside him and doing the same, he pulled back his fist as a giant fist behind him was pulled together, weaved from giant threads of darkness. Punching the air between him and the wall, the fists collided with the building and completely ruined the foundations as Nyru dashed away.
Zarazax heard the explotion, and turning on the spot his blind eyes looked down through the cloth over his face, his voice could then be heard, crying in shock as it realised the tower beside him was coming straight for him. "What?! No!". The giant tried to turn out of the way, but the falling building toppled him first.
And just then, that was when Dorian's work had prevailed, bringing Adi to the fight. In the air above them Nyru saw it, and for once warmth met his heart. But it was stripped away almost as quickly when he heard the rubble on the ground above Zarazax tremble and shake. Staring, Nyru opened the helmet over his face and was shocked to see the purple glow resonate. Suddenly, Zarazax summoned an explosion of his own, sending rubble flying, most of it hit the shadow wall and gave many of the Shadowmancers a bruised mind, but for Nyru who was still within it's borders, it was more than a headache he was met with. A giant brick, more like a piece of the wall itself flung towards him and struck him like a cannonball, throwing him to the ground with a great thud that could break bones, knocking him unconscious without a single moment to spare.
Zarazax's long spidery legs attempted to rise from the rubble to bring his body from the dangerous ground he never got so close to, but Adi was already above, her wings stood out to prove that. And just then, suddenly, almost like she had summoned them, 5 spears of pure golden light sung from the dark clouds above them and shot down to the ground at Zarazax, three of them striking the demon's body, but only one embedding itself into the demon's black bloody chest. "Ugh!" Zarazax called out in agony as the wound delivered pain to him for the first time. But still, he was rising. Something else had to finish him. Where did the spears come from? They weren't Adi's, that was hard to tell, but soon they would find out. That was when 5 angels materalised at their spears on the ground, they were insivible when the spears decended, but now they were lighter than day. They all bore hoods with no faces, their wings were woven with light and had a slight electric blue hue to them, their armour was golden and layers of silvery cloth hung across their chest and down between their legs. They pulled their spears from the Demon, giving Adi time to attack and redeem the life she lost.
((hope this is okay for you guys))

 The sun has set, I close my eyes I pretend everything's alright...Drowning in anger I can't pretend everything's alright...Please don't let me fall forever... ━━☽Ɍυɼ'Дɖɩқą Дɖɖąɧąɼɼą☾━━
Dorian heard them developing a plan to take care of their new enemy. He didn't focus long on that, as his focus was soully keeping these portals open and pulling Adi through. He heard the rumble come down on the demon, how the building he had seeked shelter in also shook; stone dust falling on his pale shoulders. It kept standing though and with great effort and a cry of his own, Adi came through.
Nether was it souly her either.
Rather coming out before her was a flock of black, the cries of the crows giving the murder of birds away on what they were. Only their golden shining eyes proof of just what they were and who had created them. As they swarmed the sky, nearly blocking out the sun, among it all came a larger spiraling creature in a flurry of white and black feathers. Unfurling her wings mid-flight and dipping her wings so that she was taken straight up into the sky, the crows followed her, their black mixing with the golden light and power she gave off.
When the explosion happened, it disoriented even her a bit as Adi lifted her arms to block her face and make sure nothing struck her. However, Nyru she saw wasn't so lucky.
"Nyru!!" she yelled, her voice mixed with that of Zurial's like so many times before. Watching her friend and comrade in battle fall like that, the fury in her only grew further. More so seeing the spiny spider like demon creep from the debris it had climbed out of; still alive and looking relatively unharmed.
The vengeful gypsy with her promised death and destruction onto the creatures, she raised a hand into the sky as if summoning something. When 5 spears came from the heavens...well, as well times as it was for Adi, she was not the one to have done it as the demon screamed it's agony. Wings flapping and causing her to offer there in the air, she watched as the 5 figures appeared by the demon's legs; wings of their own and sparkling armor of gold.
"MY BRETHREN!!" Zurial screamed in her head making her wince visibly.
The angel's excitement, joy and completeness in that moment was heart warming, but for Adi she had a purpose to fulfill. They had created an opening for her and she intended to take it. So instead of focusing on Zurial and the other angels in that moment, Adi took full control of her body and summoned two different blades in her hands. One was white and gold, a perfect picture of heaven's justice and light, while the other was black and fiery in color fitting of the coal blackness and fiery pits of Hell and its darkness.
"Die..." she breathed out, but it sounded more like a battle cry it was so steely and murderously cold; heard just as easily as if she had screamed it.
A simple dive took her toward the creature with deadly purpose; white feathers more black in that moment as Adi for a moment disappeared before reaching the creature. Only reappearing again at the very last moment at Zarazax's neck, both swords slicing into one side of the demons fleshy exposed neck. Adi repeated the motion on the other side only this time, her blades cut all the way through and the demon's head flew in a shower of blood; the head hitting the ground with a louder and heavier thump fitting of it's size.
Blades dripping with her enemies blood, as fulfilling as that was, for her, Adi was still not done. No, the spawns and weaklings below though scattered were still there and picking off the wounded and dying. Glaring down at them, it only took a pointed figure for the crows to dive bomb them all. Even then, it wasn't enough...the hate and rage still ate at the young woman.
"Adi...that's enough, you're body can't hold out much longer..." came Zurial's voice in her head; concern and worry for health easily heard.
She shook him away with a shake of her head and dark mane of hair sparkling gold. "Don't care..." was Adi's simple answer and she joined the fray below once more.
Powerful wings scattered the smaller and weaker demons, golden light partials like many times before came from Adi, mixed with the darkness that she so willfully wielded. In her hand was a spear like the other angel's had used only a bit longer a powerful throw sent it through a number of small but still larger then a human sized demons. Pinning them to a crumbling wall and listening to them moan and yowl as the light ate away their cursed flesh before they fully burst into partials of white and gold.
Left panting and stumbling, exhausted and quiet nearing her ultimate limits, Adi still fought on. Even as the darkness; the hate and anger ate at her, in her head she still clung to Zurial's light, as she was scaring herself just as she continued to fight on. Too scared to stop moving for fear that her world would fully fall apart around her. Stopping meant admitting she had accepted it all; meant saying goodbye fully, to Croix...to her people and her home. Gypsy society praised life and shunned killing to the point of banishment as the punishment. Adi couldn't return home without confessing her sins and only then she would be shut out anyway; scorned, hated and forgotten by those precious to her.
Stopping meant admitting she had no where to go and with little purpose to follow. Zurial though a stranger at times, was still a part of her; something familiar. He knew her thoughts, emotions and hopes, if she didn't have him, Adi thought she would have been swallowed up by the prince's power by now if not long ago.
☽━━☆━━☾ "...I'll stop the whole world... ...from turning into a monster..." Caught in the darkness I go blind But can you help me find my way out? Nobody hears me, as I suffer the silence I'm holding onto you...I'm holding onto you There's a hate inside of me like some kind of master! I try to save you but I can't find the answer I'm holding onto you, I'll never let go I need with you with me as I enter the shadows

Claudia Vesslia Zarazax's metal/bone exterior discouraged Nyru as the demon appeared to be invisible. Claudia wished she could see the look on its face when the blade nicked its leg, but it probably wouldn't convey emotion. The colossal summoned another purple flaming ball and tossed it at the two shadowmancers, fortunately Nyru defeated into a building that burnt to the ground. Half of the city was in shambles and dismay so one abandoned structure was nothing compared to the countless innocent lives. Her partner agreed to the idea of more demolition and made a valid point that its slender legs would collapse under a certain amount of weight. Now that he mentioned it, the colossal demon's figure bent forward, and somehow its beefy chest counterbalanced its needle-point legs; tipping a building over on the thing would knock it off its stilts regardless. Nyru faced his palm to her as she placed her own up against his so they could preform a Shadow Resonance, which they shouted in unison. Shadows gravitated towards them until the two were emerged in their element before dashing forward in a blur of darkness. The building they pin-pointed would give way any second so they had a short amount of time to make it to the building.
On the battlefield, they were suddenly confronted with a cobra that was half human ready to crush the two with its tail. The human part was barely identifiable because it looked like a shriveled up raisin, but the scale tail could definitely be identified. The pattern on the tail resembled a kaleidoscope as it changed design and colors with the demon's mood swings. It was mesmerizing to look at, but the shadowmancers mission prevailed over the hybrid man-snake as they dodged the attack. Their shadows trailed behind them leaving the demon confused wondering where its prey disappeared too. Though, Claudia did turn around and fire an arrow into its scaly side hearing it screech in agony. Claudia remained in sync with Nyru not allowing herself to faultier as they rejuvenated their shadowy fist for a second assault. This time it didn't require nearly as much energy because the building was already in a state of disrepair and all it needed was a little nudge. Arching her arm back with the shadowy fist, Nyru and her thrust forward in unison toppling over the building and making a hasty retreat.
There was no time for Zarazax to attempt a daring escape as he let out a regretful cry. The building basically shattered since a majority of it was constructed from glass and pounds of dust unsettled from the earth. The fight seemed victorious once Dorian arrived through the portal with the light wielding gypsy of hope. Her golden light illuminated the dark grounds, but would it be enough to save them from the resurrecting monstrosity. Purple light secreted from the building as the earth shook. Zarazax decided to go out with a bang and when the explosion occurred large chunks of debris were sent flying. The shadowmancers hiding behind their walls were mentally injured, but not significantly wounded; although, the lesser demons and undead suffered the most causalities. Claudia wasn't prepared for the punishment her partner was about to receive and when the bolder sized formation knocked him out the whole scene felt like it was in slow motion. His body crashed into the pavement and she swore she heard a bone or two crack. "Nyru!" Adi and her screamed in concern seeing the male's limp body.
As Adi fought Zarazax, Claudia ran to Nyru's side and formed a shadowy doom around them to ward off the vermin. His head was bleeding profusely so she quickly knelled down next to him and ripped the bottom of her dress for a make-shift bandage. She wrapped it around his head and applied a bit of pressure to make the bleeding stop as she held him close. Tears fell and she felt like she had failed as a friend and knew Isabelle would be disappointed. Through the transparent doom, from above the cloud coverage, five golden spears plunged into the rising colossal demon. The one that struck him in the chest must have popped a blood vessel because the red liquid was squirting everywhere. At first she thought it was Adi's doing, but the she saw the angels appear next to their weapons. They ceased their spears and gave the gypsy permission to finish off the creature in order to avenge Croix. The mysterious aspersions were faceless and wore silky stashes over their golden armour. Their wings glowed gold and a tint of neon blue like Adi's wings, however, Adi's were darkened with despair.
Adi extracted power from her so-called brethren and summoned two swords for her to use on Zarazax as the finishing blow. One was pure white and symbolized everything that was good, while the other was bathed in darkness and evil intentions. A perfect balance of the universe. Adi dived down in a flurry of feathers, disappeared, and then materialized near the neck that she decapitated in one swoop. The severed head impacted the ground and more blood spilled onto the ground soon forming a lake. The female was clearly exhausted and the voice inside of her that Claudia couldn't hear advised her to stop. She ignored Zurial and continued to kill the scattering demons below showing the blonde that she was out of control. Claudia had to convenience the gypsy to stop before she killed herself. The girl gently laid him down and ran out of the barrier, her own shadow extended from the barrier to connect her to it so she could keep it up.
"Adi! This isn't you and your letting your rage blind you!" Adi conjured up a spear like the other angels and skewered several demons on it. They stuck into the side of a building before decomposing into ashes. Guards from all around had to even dodge her crossfire which made her more fearful of the angel's wrath. "Is this what Croix would have wanted!?" Maybe the death of Adi's companion's sweet, non-violent nature would help her see that what she was doing is madness. Besides, she had kill all of the demons yet she still was going on a rampage.

Nyru Statem From shadows We'll descend upon the world Take back what you stole From shadows
Nyru was unable to act or think, he just lay there in his dreams oblivious to the nature of the pain surging through his body. If he could he would get back up and fight, he would never let the battle wage on without him, but this time he had to. Claudia was the first to come to his aide, and immediately he was protected by her very own shadow, it was almost like the ultimate sacrifice for any Shadowmancer, one of the biggest acts of protection, compassion and friendship. He had to admit, at first in his dreams he saw nothing but darkness, he was standing alone, without his helmet, and his hair kept blowing across his face. Occasionally he saw familiar faces, first Claudia, but she vanished when he looked at her, then Isabelle appeared reaching her arm out to him, and he stepped forwards, but her hand gave life to a fiery dragon of black smoke that lashed out at him before vanishing, her with it. Uncovering his face he saw a light at the end, and kept running towards it but something was pulling him back, in the light he saw a figure, someone he knew, someone he cared for... it was Laxion. The elemental turned around and vacantly stared at Nyru, and suddenly Nyru's body was able to run again, but as he got closer to Laxion something threw the fae-elemental towards him, and when they're bodies collided Nyru wrapped his arms around thin air as Laxion faded from existence. But finally, just as that happened, the dark dome around him cracked, purple light, it was almost pink, dared to pry the cracks open until it all shattered, and warmth surrounded his body.
The Angels all looked up in surprise, their hoods all moving light lightening when they heard a familiar voice, the bringers of Redemption filled with so much confusion when they found Adi, a girl with wings, much like angels... but the taint she carried frightened them. The angels turned to flurries of light that twisted and spiralled out of the way when Adi came down to strike Zarazax, destroying him and beheading him on the spot. The angels reappeared atop a ruined building's wall, all standing together at different heights because of the crumbling bricks beneath them. Each of them stared down at the chaos unravelling from Adi as she obliterated the other demons. That was when Claudia interupted, and tried her best to remind the gypsie of who she was, and what she had to remember.

Clauida has protected and looked after Nyru just as she knew the blonde would. With the enemies more or less taken care of, Adi was beginning to focus a bit more on the fact that Nyru was down and unconscious. But still part of her didn't want to 'stop' to refocus and slow down. Darkness and light continue to play in her hands if Adi was still ready to unleash it upon the enemy. The urge to continue to lay waist to them was horrendously hard to discourage.
It was Claudia that brought her out of it a bit. It wasn't really what she said bu merely calling her name shocked her a bit out of it. Croix, the gypsy glanced to the blonde archer as she stood over a scattering group of wounded demons. She brought up Croix and as it twisted the hurt and darkness in her chest, but still Adi stopped mid movement. Instead of seeking out the demons she went to the friends instead. The blackness seeping out of her wings so only the tips were left. Her white dress completely white still not a speck of chare or blood on it.
Kneeling before them both, Adi took in Nyru and his injuries. Resting a hand on his bare cheek, a sparkle of golden light on her fingertips ghosted over his cheek and temple. "He's fine...just knocked out," came their unified voice. But it was Adi's voice that followed. "Croix is gone, I'm left to stay; he's left wanting nothing."
With her companions taken care of, Adi stood with fluid grace, feathers lightly tossing in the blood and char filled air. Her back had been to the angels now, the gypsy angel turned toward them, her chin held high and firm as she looked up at them. The confusion and even frightened air she felt, was concerning but also slightly fearful. On Adi's mind was if she could trust them or not; hands behind her back conjured up a black and white dagger.
"Rur'Adika!" snapped Zurial in her head, making her flinch and cringe slightly. "They are not our enemies."
Once his words subsided, Adi was able to relax a bit and reply in a very soft whisper. "...but aside from being angels and your brethren, can we call them friends?" Focusing back on the angelic creatures believed to be myth since the Burning Invasion. "You're help was much appreciated...it has been some times since we have seen angels among us."
Seeing the angels, unsure of just what they were doing here and what they knew, Dorian hung back in the shadows. Angelic creatures and dark magic users as well as a creature looking the way he did. They were literal enemies, almost as bad as the demons. If he made his presence known, Dorian worried he would hurt their situation vs help it along. Adi had enough issues as it but he was curious to see how the angels would take someone like the gypsy.

Claudia Vesslia Her voice came through to Adi, and the gypsy stopped realizing the true importance. The darkness in her wings faded out to the tips and remained which means she wasn't fully recovered. As she flew towards them, a warming light heated her back and when she turned the shield was crumbling. Claudia retreated her shadow because if it got served than her shadowmancy would be lost to her forever. The shadow dome burst exposing Nyru that was in case in a pinkish purple light. She wasn't sure what this meant, but she rashly ran to his side anyway. The angel got to him first to check his injures as well as pulse to conclude that he's just unconscious. Adi injected a golden dust into his temples and she had to trust that it was a remedy to cure him. She then responded with a remorseful tone, but Claudia couldn't leave off on a bitter note. "I'm sure he stilled wanted to be with you. That horse loved you more than the world. You're a very strong person, you know?" Claudia felt like her speech was useless nuisance as she walked over to Nyru. She knelled down and propped him up on her lap so he could be more comfortable.
Adi cleansed her wings of the blood splatter that had stained them and held her chin high to the other angels. They looked down upon the three as if they were insects which they probably looked like ants from their angle. They stood up on a high roof that was half collapsed and barely holding its own. Her focus was redirected from the faceless beings when Adi decided to betray them. Concealed behind her back, she summoned two daggers and got ready to attack them which would result in more destruction. However, she debated against herself, or at least that's what it looked like, and instead thanked the angels for their assistance. Claudia let out a sigh of relief that she wasn't going to do anything that she would regret. The blonde glanced down at her sleeping angelic partner when she remembered the fourth member of their party, Dorian. She frantically searched the area until she spotted his red eyes peeking out from the shadows. She locked eyes with him for quiet a bit before turning back to Nyru and caring for him in a motherly fashion.

Nyru Statem From shadows We'll descend upon the world Take back what you stole From shadows
In his dream, he was left to wander the purple landscape, it was nothing but a glowing hue, no end, no start, no sky or ground. He was still searching for Laxion, but to no avail, where ever he chose to run. Then he heard a rumble coming from the world above him, seeping in from a light were golden flecks, they floated down almost like tentacles and when they touched the ground it was like thunder had struck. The flowing golden flecks turned solid, constricting against each other as they turned back and this darkness followed the tentacles up to the skies before turning everything black and then - he saw dark clouds.
The faceless angels stared down still, and Adi at them. The stand-off filled the air with more tension, these were beings that had not been seen since the Burning Invasion, and since have been forgotten to myth and legend. Their wings were woven light, with hits of neon blue that shimmered against the darkness of this realm. The spears in their hands were now solid metal, intricately decorated, golden weapons with the purest of silver blades at the end of each one. Adi then thanked them, and to tell the truth, they did not answer. The one in the middle of them raised his spear and pointed it down at the group of mortals, and his spoke with a soothing, chiming voice that harmonised all living things if they were to hear it. "You are not one of them, and you are not one of us. What are you?" the angel asked, threatening and curious at the same time. Meanwhile, another angel on the edge of their line raised it's own spear behind him, and from it's tip came a small light, bright as the north star. Nyru watched in his mindless wake as the bright light then soared across the sky like a shooting star, it stood out bright below the dark clouds of this country, but it did nothing to stop what had come. What they did not know yet, was that it was a message, a message to their Aspect.
"Laxion!" Nyru then gasped as his body jerked up when he realised he was awake. Almost instantly he clutched his gut and cursed in pain as he fell back to the floor behind him, cringing his teeth at the pain.

The blonde archer had a few more helpful and wise words, and they were wise. Adi though really didn't want to hear further of Croix and shook her head; it was too painful. "I don't want to hear anything else about him Claudia...please," she murmured in a more pleading tone, clear to all the grief was still there. The gypsy also completely ignored the last comment of being strong...Adi wasn't, she felt like the furthest thing from it.
Dorian himself hidden in the shadows of the nearby crumbled building made eye contact with the blonde archer. He gave her a simple nod to inform her he was leaving but wasn't coming out either. As the angel's replied to Adi's greeting, it sounded like they were running into some 'racial' issues here shortly.
Adi herself a bit insulted at the accusing and threatening tone that the angel used; her hand tightened on the handle of the single black and white dagger at her back. Her honey amber eyes narrowed slightly unsure what to expect from them. The young winged woman was about to reply when Nyru suddenly woke up, but she couldn't fully focus on him as the angels had a whisk of light sent off. Adi herself adjusting her footing to something more defensive and at the ready; never bringing out her weapon however.
His cries of pain twisted her gut but she couldn't move or both her friends would be in free line of sight and potential attack.
"I'm a human gypsy that's a long ways from home, and I'm complicated." It wasn't the best answer however it was the best one she could give without going into a length story right then and there.

Claudia Vesslia Adi begged her to forget about Croix for now since it was to painful to hear the name. "I'm sorry." Her apologizes to the gypsy won't be enough and her last remark was ignored. Dorian didn't stay nor did she go after him because that would leave Nyru unattended. She was unsure about these angels herself, and what if they did happen to attack? There is absolutely no way the male could fully wake up in time to protect himself. The faceless beings now had golden engraved spears with a silver pointed tip that intimidated Claudia. One of them, she assumed he was the leader since he stood in the middle, pointed his spear at Adi asking her to identify herself. Claudia became lost because she didn't understand the meaning behind it and was concerned for Adi's safety. "What does he mean?" she looked to Adi for guidance. She still was unaware of the angel that resided inside her, she only knew that she bore the mark of the Prince of Crows. Was that what they were insinuating, the marks?
An angel on the far left lit the tip of his spear and sent it flying through the gritty atmosphere like a shooting star. Claudia watched the golden strip go until it was out of sight, and that's when Nyru bolted up. She became startled by his sudden reaction, but was able to regain herself quickly and catch him before he fell to the ground. He let his body lean against hers and allow his head to droop back on her shoulder. "Nyru, calm down. He's alright. I'm sure he's safe somewhere with my sister." Adi had stopped his bleeding and mended the wound, however, the affects of blood loss were still present. Claudia gentle brush his black hair out of his tight muscled face and tried to get him to relax.

Nyru Statem From shadows We'll descend upon the world Take back what you stole From shadows
Nyru opened his eyes again and when he could see, he saw none other than his partner, his only partner in this land, Claudia. And to tell the truth, it was a pleasant view. "Uh" he began, quinting as his hand left his stomach and went to the side of his head where the blood used to be, "I saw him" he slurred "and Issy... but they vanished!" he was still dazed and unsure of what exactly was going on, but he was quickly recovering mentally, it just took time for him to realise he was no longer dreaming.
((P.s. Am i right in thinking that Adi briefly explained the fortune soul angel thing to Claudia and Nyru a little while back? Or was that not in front of them? i can't remember xD))
Meanwhile, Adi had further words with the angels that loomed over them. The beings of purity and light were none-too convinced with her answer, it was definitely obviously by the way that they responded, the one who spoke then persisted, and stated "Mortals do not have the wings of our brothers." as he lowered his spear. "And angels are not tainted" he then added, gesturing with his spare gauntleted hand and explaining "If not either, then explain how you're complicated". The angel was not convinced at all with her answer, and it dared to know the truth, for the darkness it saw at the tips of her fake wings alarmed them all. The darkness was like a bad omen, an impurity, as if to be touched by a demon, a threat. Is this some sick child of traitorous angel and cunning demon? Is it all an illusion? Or... is it a betrayer?
Above the darkness and the shame Above the torture and the pain Above the ridicule and hate Above the binding of our fate When it started All we wanted was a chance to live our lives Now in darkness Taking everything we want and we will rise

Hearing Nyru ramble on about Laxion and Issy he was clearly still disoriented but it would pass. Claudia was quick to make sure she took care of it, and take care of her partner. As he took was clearly happy and relieved to know the archer was near. And before them, Adi stood as the silent guardian between them and the unpredictable angels.
And those angels one in particular did not like the answer she gave. Apparently Adi's short answer wasn't the one they were looking for. They wanted details and they wanted them now. Though nervous and anxious due to the uncertain situation, the gypsy knew she would have to answer. Even as her grip on the dagger tightened, she raised her chin and spoke up.
"I'm complicated like I said," she answered, but took a deep breath to continue. "A strange series of circumstances brought me in contact with an angel's power. We became one in the same and I became instrumental in fighting the demons; I am not from here, but couldn't leave this land undefended. During my time here, another player came into play, he marked me and though it was painful and challenging at first, I found a balance between the darkness and light you see before you. I am not magically gifted, but I've recently learned that I'm of a particular breed called..." Adi glanced to Dorian hidden in the shadows of a nearby building, his ruby eyes seeming to nod to her.
"A Fortune Soul...is apparently what I'm called."
