_____Shakuntala's umbra eyes flicked up to the new body to enter the training grounds. Her head tilted slightly at the prospect of using technology she was unfamiliar with and, as sly as a fox, slipped from the group and softly patted after Mikoto. Again, while she wasn't enthusiastic about the prospect of actually doing something, she was willing to satiate whatever caught her interest for the time being. It's not like she had anything else better to do.

The instructor for hand-to-hand didn't seem that tough so his first statement meant nothing to him. Sunku wasn't the type to get scared easily anymore, even in the face of a Titan. However, in that kind of situation, he'd be cautious. 'It beats standing here for a while' he thought. Seeing as his mind was made up, Sunku would follow the 'nicer' instructor to the area he was leading them. He knew he'd have to return here, but hopefully when he does he'll have to wait a lot less longer. Otherwise he'd just become overly bored. Alice Wiess Alice took the insult like a true soldier and nodded as a reply. If Alice got wrecked, well then she would have to take it upon herself to get back on her feet and continue. The farm girl would keep going until she was either knocked unconscious or her opponent ended the battle. Hannah had the liberty of delivering the first blow to the girl's side. Luckily, the blonde was able to follow her movements, and by moving her left arm down with elbow arched out to catch the attack to her side. The side of her elbow was racked with pain, but it was better than having her side wounded. If the Drill Sergeant had injured her side, she would had defiantly been forced into submission.
Hannah maneuvered around the girl to her back side and aimed a kick towards her right side. Alice didn't see her move behind her, but heard her feet dig into the dirt. The girl dropped to the ground with hesitation as the kick whistled right over her. The trainee twisted around, wrapped her legs around Hannah's (one right behind the calf and the other over the top of her foot), and pushed. The female would fall froward if the tactic went through, and then the farm girl would get up and distance herself. She would never beat an opponent while they were down because that's fighting dirty.

Hannah notices how Alice is able to dodge her attacks....well, one of them. The instructor falls onto the ground but as soon as Alice lets go of her, she jumps back to her feet. " Congratulations, you piece of sh*t, you got me to the ground. Good luck doing that again," she says bringing her fists up. In a blink of an eye, Hannah takes her foot and swings low thus knocking down Alice to the ground. " I'm a bit of a betting woman," says Hannah softly. " So I'll make a deal with you. This is a one time offer. If you can get me on the ground once more, you'll pass but if I get you on the ground before that, you fail. Deal? Or no deal?" she asks. " I'll stay at this level if you'd like or I could actually try, if you'd like," she says as she looks at her nails hoping she didn't chip them. Although Hannah can be a mean a** b*tch she takes pride in her looks and always needs to make sure she looks good while she beats the cr*p out of others. The Instructor notices a few more trainees show up and leave with the son of a b*tch Makoto. Oh how she hated that man. In her opinion he was too lax as well as trusting. A man like him shouldn't be a Military trainer let alone a soldier. Hannah considers him lucky that she's not his enemy on the battlefield or else he'd be dead. She remembers boot camp with him and even back then her thoughts were still the same. During hand-to-hand combat practice she remembers always fighting him once a day just so she could punch him. Looking back at Alice she waits for her to get up. If it were her decision she'd attack the girl right there and then but it's against the rules to hit a person once down unless an actual threat has been made.

Alice Wiess Alice stopped in her tracks because she was surprised that the woman would even give her congrats. However, the celebration of victor didn't last long because in the blink of an eye she was the one laying on her back. She looked into the blue skied a little bit winded. If only she would have continued to distance herself then she wouldn't be in this position. Hannah admitting what sounded like a gambling addition was a deal. If she could at least knock her on the ground then she passed. The female sounded sincere for the moment until she relieved that she hadn't been giving it her all. Why did the woman constant treat her like a worthless farm girl!
The blonde rolled onto her front, tucking her legs under her and using her arm strength to life herself up she froze. Right under her hand was a crumbled black and white photo that much have fallen out of her pocket or the Drill Sergeant's pocket. She assumed it might be hers because her sister had given her a notebook and a couple of waded up pieced of paper before she passed. This particular picture had tons of soldiers lined up in three rows, but none of them was Mari. Although, she knew for a fact that the one in the front left corner was indeed Hannah. Not only that, but most of the men and woman had their faces crossed out with an X. They must have been KIAs of MIAs for some unimaginable reasons she was sure. The farm girl's eye were widened in shock of the picture, but she couldn't let this image get to her.
Closing her eyes trying to focus the image out of her mind, she grabbed the crumbled picture and got to her feet. "It's a deal, but stop going easy on me and treat me as an equal." The girl turned and held out the photo to the Drill Sergeant. "Maybe like you treated them...as equals." Hopefully Hannnah would be able to maintain her composure after viewing old possibly forgotten memories. Alice waiting patiently for the female to take the photo so they could continue the battle.
The thing that placed a knot in her throat and sent her stomach spiraling was the fact that those could be her teammates in the photo. Most them killed never to see the light of day while you unfairly live out the rest of your life. Maybe the loss of so many turns to cold and unfeeling which she was getting that sort of vibe from Hannah. After this battle was over, Alice would probably condole the woman's losses and hardships. The girl respected her far more just from the image on the photo. Hannah seemed to remain strong and never falter.

 Zecane Raz-gar Zecane had followed the trainees to the training grounds to continue watching. After awhile he looked at Giovanni, a Survey Corp member, who walked up to him and commented about the trainees. "Yes we do this year. I am surprised a lot of them want to join the Survey Corp." he chuckled lightly. Giovanni then asked if could help with the training. "I don't see any harm in it, though you have to speak to Hannah first. These are her students and maggots." Zecane joked. ((The Captain of the Scouting Legion/Survey Corp is Zecane and he is not a she haha! XD Clearing that up if Giovanni was speaking to him.))

Hannah listens closely to Hannah's words and upon holding out the picture the drill instructor grabs it and looks at it to see her entire squad from boot camp. She sees herself in the picture as a small young girl looking annoyed as the arm of Makoto is around her. There a huge goofy grin on his face while Sasha stands beside him. Her eyes widen from seeing the picture but it isn't the picture that shocks her, it's the fact that the majority of the soldiers there have their faces crossed out. Only a few, including Sasha, Makoto, and her, are not crossed out. " I need to talk to you about that picture later, maggot and to be honest with you I never treated any of them as equals," she replies shoving the picture into her bra and bringing her fists up once more. " If I were to treat you as an equal, maggot, you'd end up in the hospital needing treatment for just about everything. I'll make it a challenge but I won't fight you like an equal," she says in a calm voice for once. The photo is bugging her conscious making things a bit hard for her to focus on but with the captain here she must show her best. The drill instructor lowers her guard as she hears a man ask if he could help train the trainees. She turns around looking furious. ' IF YOU WANT TO HELP, YOU STUPID MAGGOT, THEN YOU'LL HELP BY BEING AN EXAMPLE!!" she yells. Hannah is the type of Instructor that isn't too found of "student helpers." Hannah is more fond of "punching bags examples." (OOC:You can take the change if you'd like smile ))))

"A-Alright!" he said to Hannah in a surprised tone; Giovanni would then walk in front of her and stood still awaiting orders. The one-eyed man was wondering what Hannah was going to do to him; he was expecting something painful, she is the drill instructor after all. He suddenly had a flash-back to his and his brother's trainee days, they were very painful and traumatizing, and it was all because of the drill instructor, who was practically a monster. However, this drill instructor taught Giovanni many grappling moves, which is now Giovanni's specialty.

Cole sighed as he looked around, realizing being here was becoming a waste of time. There was no one to really communicate with who wasn't fighting a drill sergeant. Speaking of her, she didn't seem to care what anyone was actually doing, all she wanted to do was beat peoples faces in. So during one of her little yelling sprees he snuck out of line and left the training grounds for the forest, wanting a bit of quiet.

" WHAT THE H*LL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING MAGGOT!???!! I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF A TEST WITH THIS STUPID MAGGOT!!"" she barks as she points to the sidelines. " Wait on the sidelines and to help.....*sighes*.....I guess you could help me out here," The drill Instructor watches as Cole runs off and points in that direction. " Go retrieve that maggot and bring him here and you'll give him the test," she says with a you-got-to-be-kidding-me look on her face. (OOC:You can take the chance if you'd like Alice smile ))))

Alice Wiess The picture was ripped from the farms cracked fingers and hovered into the woman's bra. The photo would remain safe because no one in their right minds would dare grope the woman unless they had a grave waiting for them. The Drill Sergeant didn't seem to fond with view old, possibly forgotten memories. There was obviously more to the picture and Hannah did give her the liberty of discussing it afterwords. Alice wasn't going to refuse the offer because she was curious about the woman's past. "You say that you didn't treat any of them as equals, but they probably wanted you to. Even if you break me, I would know that you gave it your all. Your a very eccentric woman, Hannah Stow. I mean, Drill Sergeant."
Alice gave her instructor a reassure smile when a male walked up interrupting the sparing match. He was disciplined, but that discipline made him a great soldier. His badge was labeled Survey Corps, and the eye patch indicated that he had seen some battles. Furthermore, for an older gentlemen he was quiet attractive making the female blush. However, Alice needed to get her head back into battle mode as she took her fighting stance. She waited until Hannah was on guard before she went for a punch to her right under her chin. Of course, she would hold back on the force not that she expected to break the woman's jaw.

Upon turning around to return to the fight she sees Alice coming at her with a punch to the jaw. Unable to dodge in time the commander is hit and she staggers back a little. " If I were you, girlie, I would have taken a hit when my guard was down," she comments as she rubs her chin where she was hit. I hope this isn't how you'll act in a real fight or you would be dead meat!" she exclaims as she attempts to runs up to Alice sending a punch directly to the stomach before looping behind her and swinging her arm to hit her across the back. She would then duck down after moving a bit to Alice's side and in a blink of an eye send a hit to the girl's back knee like she had done to Zuki earlier. After attempting to land the hit the Drill Sergeant would immediately go back up attempting to hit Alice's neck just hard enough that it wouldn't allow her to speak for a few moments.
