"I dunno, Mr. Bix is a pretty nice Sun. Right, so--" She was readying to move, except the creature went down pretty quickly--like blink her eyes and almost miss it. "Oh . . . Well, good job, everyone!" Stormy cheered, because if she couldn't contribute to the battle then she was definitely going to be the designated cheerleader. That had some use, right . . . ?
And then Gale pretty much strolled his way over the tiles, darkness and all.
Yup.
So importance.
Much necessary.
Wow.
Wincing under Nick's shouts, Stormy golf clapped and gave a soft, "Woo!"

Shiloh stood there in awe for a moment; it was clear why Gale was a full Death hunter. He broke the code in what felt like seconds, and his shout back to them woke Shiloh from his reverie of admiration, and he carefully followed after him along the trail he had set. "Can't say I've met him," Shiloh managed to string together before he moved forward, casting a backward glance at Stormy. "But you're right, it's not fair to paint them all with the same red brush..."

However by doing this and shouting very loud, the ground beneath you crumbles and you fall to you doom....(You can only use this once obviously, and once you have, you are ejected from the thread, rather forcefully a you fall into infinity). Moon Hunters/ Demons/ Conquest Horsemen: You can at any point assist the GM forward one tile. Doing so means you take the fall for them.... Sun Hunters/ Monsters/ War horsemen: When the GM is at 8 or higher tiles, you can give them a final boost by rolling a 4-sided dice. If odd, you have boosted the GM to the end! If even, it does nothing...(You can only use this once obviously, and once you have, you are ejected from the thread, rather forcefully a you fall into infinity). Mist Hunters/ Ghosts: Choose any of the abilities above!

"Mark...does things," said Gale dryly, tossing a glance back at Marcus. Or at least, what he could sort of see of Marcus. "Just not things that anyone really needs doing, which is probably the extent of the problem."
Nick just received another roll of his eyes and a sigh. To Stormy, Gale smiled, though he wasn't quite sure she'd be able to see him in the darkness that encroached over them all, dripping off of the walls in long slants. Shiloh was given an encouraging nod before Gale stepped forward onto the (admittedly nervewracking) path that he couldn't see.
"Bix is a git," he shouted good naturedly over his shoulder.

One step down, just a few more to go...this whole not visible path thing was really not Gale's strong suit, and he grit his teeth together, trying very, very hard not to look down.

"Ah, you should! He's very upbeat and quirky," she told Shiloh happily, then turned her head. "And he is most certainly not a git--"
And then Stormy saw Gale about to fall, and without thinking she was over in a flash, tugging him away from the edge and giving him a small push forward. "Here--" And she would have added something reassuring like "I think", except the next thing she knew, her foot was sinking. Followed by the rest of her body.
The chance to use a Walt Disney quote ("Keep moving forward") was lost as Stormy was swallowed up.

He could feel himself slipping on the last step, his balance overshot - but as Gale reached desperately for the last edge, he heard a familiar voice and felt a gentle but firm push against his shoulders, making him stumble forward. He staggered onto the precipice and twisted around just in time to see Stormy disappear into the darkness.
"No!" he shouted, panic in his throat. "STORMY, WAIT NO - "
His hand closed around the artifact, which glowed a bright blue. Simultaneously there was a flash of white light and then -
- they would all find themselves back on Deus.
