Salem Croft Not that tough, Hiro is the only real assessment I made. Cartwright says what everyone else would essentially say. Cartwright I did you already, so.. pass.

Personal drama and problems aside, I never had problems working with you in the ring and had no troubles booking you back in cwa.

Schev is the type of person that everyone marks out over, maybe I'm not seeing the hype or maybe I'm not looking in the right places While I enjoy his current gimmick, and the way he plays the old guy I want to see more of it, and by that some promos where he's not involved with people like Jarel or King. Something by himself

Ahh I haven't gotten to do an assessment on Chrono in a long time. I think I was cause we kind of had a beef a while back, and I just didn't wanna say anything so not to have something potentially blow up for all too see. However I feel Him and I have most definitely gotten pass our issues and now I feel I can critique Chrono and not have to worry about other people thinking I giving him a back handed compliment. So here it goes.
For the year 2013, I've seen a lot change in your Chrono, and you may say otherwise, but that's why these are opinions. Now don't get me wrong, the changes I've notice have all been positive, despite what I have said with my Talon character. Just playing the part.
Anyways like I said I've seen quiet a bit of change in you. For example... You care a lot more about the community rather then just caring about your Fed. What I mean by that is, outside of booking excellent cards, and promoting Feds. You've taken a more hands on approach of ending the petty arguing and bashing that came with what the community had dubbed the "Bullshit Era". Kudos to you on that.
Now... Onto a topic I think you might find touchy.. But I can't think of a better place to say something. After all this is an Assessment Thread, and it ask for us to critique our fellow Roleplayers. So here it goes.. Forgive me.
Quit taking Arson's post so personal. Despite your guy's past, interact with him. I noticed in F:G that post in the GM thread. Arson was simply looking for a match with Hogan. And from what I read, you acted as if you was attacking you personally. To quote you this is what I read at the end of your post after Arson came in looking for a match with Hogan. In no way did he mention Chrono, or you personally.
~Also, I have no intention of playing this game, this is the last time I acknowledge your character in any fashion in an RP form. I have no desire, intent and shall not work with you in any way period. Any backlash, 'Call outs', or crap directed after this will result in post deletion Thank you It's either this or I flat out put you on ignore~
I personally found that rather unnecessary. Not everyone that mentions you in a promo is trying to call you out of retirement. So just chill brah.
So basically what I'm trying to say is, in a nutshell. Interact with your superstars more Booker/GM. Just cause the Chrono character is retired from wrestling doesn't mean he don't have to interact with the fellow superstars.
Phew... That was a lot. sweatdrop

X-factor
In my retort, it's essentially this: PMing him would resort in unnecessary BS that I rather not get into Post it here would result in a ban, and even if it didn't it would be spreading more BS It was me basically saying in the guild where we frequent. 'Oh hey, I have no desire to work with you period, and any attempts for you to try will result in me putting you on ignore. " Request a match, if it gets approved, it gets posted, simple as that. Keeping the problem there, fixing the problem there.
Now that, that's out of the way... Kudos to you for actually giving a proper assessment and not some simple one liner
Over the past few years, I've realized that the Talon character's gotten a little...Stale I feel he's not living up to his 'Bird of Prey' moniker or giving any real sign or anything of the sort to go 'This guy should main event' he's in a rut, and unless he changes his character he's not going to get far. That's how I see it from a business perspective.
However recent talks you and I have, have high hopes of what's going to happen.

Lets see...assessing Chrono...this ought to be good.
The constant innovations are a nice touch that every booker should look to do. Its a way of saying "well, instead of telling you how to be unique, let me show you how to be unique," then tossing out a new innovation. Its great that you're more open to talking about creative ideas (as opposed to the past, so far as I've noticed), and not just going "yeah sure" or "******** no". I'm also really appreciative that you're taking more notice to the community now than in the past.
Now for the criticism.
Starting off small, I feel like there are an overabundance of tournaments in EWA, from Best in the World to King of the Deathmatch and now the Legendary Tournament. For me, its difficult to keep track of each of these as well as run a story, and while the tournaments are optional and voluntary, given the size of the community, when multiple tournaments are around, activity hops across the board. I imagine this will change with unifying the two top belts there, but just thought I would point that out.
The bigger one would be the creative side. I've seen some of your posts recently, and to me, they're lacking in something. This isn't so much a critique on your writing style, but rather deals with volume and substance in the posts. Just something to look at, as there's always room for improvement, and indeed I'm the pot calling the kettle black on this one.

This oughta be good
Firstly, I'm probably going to be only doing 2 tournaments a year Scrapping KotR, KotDM BitW is tempting to scrap Tag Invitational is staying Legendary isn't a tournament per-say
I know my posts are lacking, I've been drained RP wise of course I've been RPing constantly for the better part of two decades There is that....
Now for the criticing!
There's several inconsistencies in your RPing, in addition to your constant fading in and out of activity hurts your cause. I think if you've got an idea for a promo, you do it then and there. Not post the topic with 'will edit later' and not post in a topic for two months.
There's also another thing I've noticed When you're gunning for a championship, whether it's a low card one or a world title, you put your all into it Your match quality increases, your promos are meaningful
But when you obtain your goal.... That magic fizzles out, and you become lax in the matches and promos. Seemingly fine and content in where you're at.
I think you need to work on meeting at the middle, and work on not half assing it too much. You'll get further, and be a champion longer. Working on the activity helps too, but like you said. Always room for improvement.

Everything that Chrono does becomes gold, there's hardly any faults that he has when cutting promos or doing great matches. Very much a respected member of this community, I do like his dedication to running EWA.

hmm... I sorta did chrono but not really much of a critique.
as an rper: well I've only had one match and I admit I haven't really read your other matches. However your entrances are always damn detailed and super creative. You can tell how much time and effort you put into each and every one. In matches you make sure to keep things balanced, allowing others to have their shots in without always having counters. I'd love to see a Bison vs Chrono round 2 just to display how I've improved..who knows maybe in ring there's a little positive chemistry.. too bad I came in later in the game when you've retired pretty much.
as a gm/owner/crew man:
Are you perfect? Nah, no you're not. I've had a problem or two with some bookings and rulings from time to time but nothing major. You judge fairly on effort and match flow and always give opportunities and push to people who earn it, people who you see talent and effort. I was always flattered when you invited me into the big leagues from my tiny little crap guild and I hope I haven't disappointed.
Harli: we work pretty well off each other the few times we have worked together. I think you're pretty good and you have well made characters. I didn't feel bad dropping the internet title to you.
