You can only have one personal attribute, and they can only raise a single stat by 1/2 a rank. Your custom weapon needs to be approved, and bought in RP. The price will be determined during the approval. You should go to Soragakure as well, they need more people.

Go ahead and do one more passive. You get your initial passive ability, and then [3] more from not having a BL or clan.
