Alastor stood at the boy's door for a moment or two, the urge to do more damage than he already inflicted was enticing but he knew he couldn't do this to the poor man. As cold hearted as Alastor was he knew this was no way to treat anything, human or not. But he needed Lucas to stay with him....if anything it would save the hunt of future victims and save energy. "Even humans have their breaking points....." he said softly before leaving the boy's door and entering his own room.

Alastor had a hard time sleeping, maybe he just wasn't tired yet. After a few hours, when he thought Lucas was asleep, Alastor used the connecting door to enter the boy's room but he wasn't anywhere to be seen. With the window closed and the door locked from the outside, there was only one more place to look. He opened the bathroom door and found the pitiful thing sitting on the floor with his wounds crusted over a bit. Alastor sighed and gently picked him up, bringing Lucas his bed. Alastor went into his personal bathroom to get a few first aid equipment such as ointment and large bandaids. He brought these things back to Lucas' room, gently rubbing the ointment against his wounds before gently placing bandaids over them. Once he decided the job would suffice, Alastor sighed heavily and covered him up with the blanket at the bottom of the bed. It irritated him how nice he had to be just to gain the person's trust and to not kill him for such petty mistakes. Alastor made his way back to his own bedroom but sleep still eluded him for a few hours.

Alastor came out of his room fully dressed. He unlocked Lucas' room and opened the door to find the boy awake. "Oh good you're up.....go into the dining room, breakfast is waiting for you. I won't be joining you. I have work to get done." he said softly, leaving the door open as he walked off toward his office.

Alastor wanted very much to have breakfast with the young boy, if anything to apologise for his temper. He knew it was a big problem to have such a short fuse but it wasn't like he could help it much. Alastor remained in his home office for the majority of the day, only finishing with his work just a couple hours after lunch time. He organized his desk before leaving the room and finding something to eat in the kitchens, wondering what Lucas was doing at that point in time.

Alastor came across the boy who was still exploring and smiled, he sure had a curious one. "This is the second day you've been exploring in my home.....Do you like it?" he asked curiously, making it a point to try and keep his temper under control this time but nothing was guaranteed.

"That doesn't answer my question." he said softly, continuing through the room and into the dining room. For now he would leave the boy alone, he needed to gain his trust but that would take some time. After he got what he needed from the dining room he went back to where Lucas was and munched on a couple of rolls. "I'll tell you what....if you behave for the next few weeks, I'll let you go." Alastor offered rather suddenly, but that would also mean he would have to restrain his temper even more so he didn't wear the boy out too quickly or worse, kill him by accident. That was going to be a challenge.

Alastor grinned rather wickedly. "Not pissing me off." he said a bit sadistically. "In return I won't place anymore scars on your body and I will let you go. I will even let you use my office so you can do your schooling." Alastor moved toward the boy slowly, placing his thumb against Lucas' chin to direct his gaze toward him. "I'll even give you a job if you desire." said as he moved Lucas' jaw downward slightly to see those cute pink lips. "I've been needing an assistant." Alastor whispered into Lucas' ear, teasing the skin at the other's neck and causing him to develop goosebumps.

"Of course I plan to continue with that.....just like a vampire needs blood to feed on, I need serotonin." he continued to tease, running his tongue along the smooth neck, nibbling at the boy's ear lobe. "I told you, what I take from your body doesn't affect you. Your brain can replenish those chemicals with what you eat...and certain 'actions'...if you only trust me just a bit." he said softly, placing his hand against Lucas' chest once more.
