Al-Janah was late to the party; a mess of power signatures on the horizon drawing him into the mess of a battle just as the queen lifted her hand. All he had time to do was blink in surprise before the water rushed over him, knocking him mostly off his feet, sending him a dozen steps across the fray, spluttering in confusion as he did.
He'd surface near unfamiliar chaos signatures, and for a moment, he'd just blink at Tantalus in confusion. Something about his outfit was familiar; reminded him of long-missing Deneb Kaitos. But no, where that had been purple this was red, and then the unfamiliar face would solidify --
"What the ********, dude." It wasn't, perhaps, the most elegant first meeting, water still dripping from both their uniforms, but it suited Al-Janah just fine. He blinked, tossing the wet mess of his mohawk out of his face and looking back up toward the queen.
The blonde blinked and turned to look for the familiar voice, only to be smacked in the back by the wave. Surprisingly, he landed only a few feet from Tantalus. Making an irritated noise, he stood, taking note of the senshi that had joined them. "Took the words right out of my mouth..." He replied flatly. "You both okay?" He asked before spotting a bit of brown. "Not a word. I told him to leave. He didn't. Thanks for the warning by the way!" Damocles growled turning to glare at Desmond.
Damocles HP: 45
Desmond himself, had managed to tuck himself behind a fairly decent tree at the first sign of the wave. When the soaking wet blond growled at him he simply shrugged. "Maybe you should have been paying attention."
It was rather fortunate he was not working the evening shift. Otherwise he might have missed out on the oddities that were occurring in the park this evening.
Perhaps he had bad timing, but as he approached, it felt as if he was momentarily swept up by water, even though there was none around him.
The feeling lingered longer than he liked, briefly causing him to panic. However, once he seemed to gather himself, he pulled his gossamer cape around to try and wipe away the distinct wet feeling clinging to him.
To a bystander, it would have seemed as if he was merely flourishing his cape for display, but he actually was attempting to accomplish something.
After thoroughly fussing with his outfit and finally feeling dry, he gazed upward at the chaos. Those odd shade creatures seemed to be floating about and attacked, and a rather intimidating aura which had lured him to the park in the first place belonging to an odd dark haired figure.
He pulled his weapon out of its sheath, stepping forward, seeming to try and decide where to strike first.
However, once he saw a rather familiar face, he approached to get a sort of update on the situation.
"Mr. Athene!" he announced as he drew close. "It has been quite a while..."
One of the shades had approached quickly, and before he could settle in, he had to strike at it with his shell sabre.
With an odd sense of ease, he asked "...how have you been?"
"Yeah. Mine and the bike." Another bitter laugh. "Slashed the tires, beat the hell out of the body, pulled out wires and s**t... It's a function bike, so at least I don't have to worry about it bein' pretty. Just gotta get the parts."
Cause that was a bill he needed. Damn this city and it's messed up stuff.
It was surreal and hilarious to be talking shop with a Senshi about motorcycles under the circumstances, even if he was still shaking his hand out to try and get the sting out of his knuckles from a bad punch.

((Rolling for damage to Hara)) Hara HP: 50 ((Hara takes 10 points damage so new total is 40))
Once again, Hara really had to wonder what she was doing here, especially in a battle of this magnitude. The vast number of people actually made her feel far less than safe, reminding her considerably of the battle at the Surrounding, and the enormous threat she had faced there. She'd advanced only a little, still a Page as she had been then, and was sure her efforts would be marginal compared to what others could do, but she'd come anyway. Although this time at least she figured she knew to watch out for Watermelon rind. ...Watching out for spectral waves however was an entirely different matter however. While impossible to not see... it was also pretty impossible to avoid, and as she started to prepare to take on a nearby shade, she was instead knocked backward by a wall of phantasmal water, which left her surprised and sputtering and winded, her fragile confidence dented and twisted. She must have looked so foolish, she couldn't imagine anyone else being so winded. But then, she also couldn't have imagined seeing Chaos standing shoulder to shoulder with Order, and all of them targeting the same enemy... it put a particularly terrifying perspective on this new enemy, to see everyone fighting together.
With ********* and Sailor Iris in the area, it was no surprise that the girl with the silver balls for hair showed up. She was looking for ********* and her best friend Rainbowface but instead she ran into someone whose name she was not familiar with. Nysa, Squire of Neptune? No, no, no, look at that cape! He was Nysa, Knight of Neptune! Immediately Sailor Psyche ran over and picked the cape up by the tail, curiously inspecting it.
"Huh?" She didn't remember him having a cape before! She wanted a cape! She wanted a cape! She tugged on it gently, hoping it would slide off so she could wear it instead. However, it didn't come off and her distraction caused her to get hit by the attack quite well. It hit her at about half strength, causing to yelp and tumble onto Nysa.
Persephone yelped when she spotted a shade clone, spinning to punch it in the face. s**t, that thing had snuck up on her, never mind that she was sopping wet and already grumpy. These damn things were going down.

Tantalus was rather happy to see Damocles, and he reached down to help his boyfriend up. "I'm fine, so far. You?" He asked the unfamiliar Dark Mirror. And then he sensed one of those strange auras, and he just groaned, turning to smack the thing with his boot. It wasn't a particularly hard hit, but he was also, this time, more worried about the people around him than the shades.

There was only one reason Natron approached the group, and that was because Des was there and he intended to keep Des safe. He slid over by the tree, and then without actually speaking to anyone, wrapped an arm around Des's waist and physically dragged him away, because while he trusted Tantalus and Damocles...
He was not going to deal with that damn mohawked Dark Mirror again.
As soon as they got there, his eyes fell on another shade, and he let go of Des long enough to punch it.

Penthesilea was in heaven. When one of the shades ran at her, the Senshi of War whooped out loud, spinning and kicking the thing in the stomach. She laughed wildly. "Come an' get me, ya ********!" She shouted.

Amytis found herself face to face with a strange, greyed-out person, and she yelped, stumbling back and kicking it desperately in the face. Fighting wasn't really her thing, but she actually knocked the shade off its feet and to the ground. "Hey! Hey, I actually...hit it!" She said, to no one in particular.
Normally Leto would be one of the first people to run into a situation with fists blazin'- acting before thinking and getting herself into trouble. But tonight it was almost like she was frozen; she was watching as Senshi, Knight and Negaverse agent alike ran into the fray to attack this mysterious enormous power. The idea that something existed out there that wasn't one of them was not only bizarre to her, but also actually kind of scared her a little... The last time she went up against something big she had ended up in a hospital. The time before that in space. Would she have to power up in front of all of these people? Would any of the other Royals do it? Would it make any difference up against this crazy b***h from outerspace?
A million questions were running through her head and none seemed to come with easy answers.
When the Shade Queen began to scream at the crowd, Leto actually took a step back, staring at her wide-eyed. And apparently she got lucky because deciding to stay back for the time being meant that she was far enough away to avoid being hit by the attack that she called upon them all.
It was only when she caught sight of her boys that she finally snapped out of it. Not only was her boyfriend pummeled by the giant tidal wave, but her precious newbie babies were too and quite frankly that just pissed her off. Letting her temper get the best of her Leto moved into the frenzy, letting no shade clone get in her way. When she managed to approach the group of Dark Mirror Senshi, she plastered on her typical, ridiculous grin- only catching a quick glimpse of Natron flitting in and out without a word.
It was a queer sight and a lot to take in at the same time really. Order Senshis, Knights, Negaverse agents and Dark Mirror Senshis working together in various team permutations to push back the shade fairies. Quickly getting back onto his feet, Amethyst weaved his way through the chaos, honing in on the foreign energy signature that had drawn all of them here for this final showdown.
It was en route when he saw a lone Page (Falias) swinging his mistletoe branch at a shade fairy. A comical sight it was though he was hardly one to speak given the pinwheel that he had which was even more hopeless comparatively in battle. He bided his time in the safety of the foliage, waiting for an opportune moment before he charged towards the shade fairy and knocked it off its feet. "I know that our factions may have misgivings about each other but I have no intention of fighting you tonight." It was hardly a greeting on the Lieutenant's part really but who could really blame him given his first point of contact with the Knights in Luxor which had ended pretty badly with him in the hospital.
Damocles grabbed Tantalus' arm and hauled himself up muttering a thanks. He blinked when Natron stormed off and teleported away. Ooookay. Guess he was taking care of that problem. He made a small noise of appreciation when Leto arrived. "Leto." He greeted. Sensing a strange arua he spun around, mumbling a quick excuse me to the group, and a m'lady at Leto, before going over and punching the shade clean in the face and sending it to the ground before back over walking over.

------ Des had taken to peering around the tree, watching the clones. So when Natron snuck up on him and wrapped an arm around his waist the purple haired boy actually yelped in surprise. He spun around ready to punch the thing in his head thinking it was a shade.
Only it wasn't.
Managing to catch himself just short of punching Natron, and the tree, he yelped again when the guy randomly dragged him off.
What.
He blinked stupidly when the guy let go and punched an approaching shade. Des was so caught up in what just happened he almost, almost, missed the one sneaking up on the leather clad man. Wipping out a blade, one of several he had stashed on his person he sent it flying at the shade. "You should watch that a** of yours better." He replied flatly.
Ever since running into his scary shadow counterpart Bimini had been hiding out. After having his butt handed to him, in front of a tiny little girl at that, his ego had been severely bruised. But beyond mere ego, the whole thing left him shaken. Despite it being his clone it seemed so much.. better then he was. It was vicious, it knew what it was doing despite it's doppy weapon, in fact, had he been less stressed out it almost would have been a good learning experience of what he should do better.
So he hadn't powered up since then. He hadn't even really gone outside except for the quick trip between his home and the arcade (and even that was done at a jog). He was completely oblivious to the swarm of aura's lighting up the night nearby.. that was.. until a magical letter appeared before him with the symbol of a familiar knight.
Fuuuuuck.
Corey stared blankly at the note for a long moment, quite seriously debating pretending he hadn't seen it at all. The weight in his throat and stomach tried to convince him that he had more important things to do. But in the back of his head a voice attempted to convince him otherwise.
He was a Knight of Destiny wasn't he? Wasn't that what he promised? I mean.. maybe he could just like.. hang back and stuff.. just help people out with his magic and not put his life on the line? Or something.. hopefully?
Squeezing his eyes tight and releasing a deep breath he made his final decision, feeling the weight of a water fulled bowl settle into his hands.
The park wasn't far, and he arrived just in time to watch a bunch of people get smacked by a gigantic tidal wave. Whelp.. maybe he was silently a little happy he'd dragged his feet.
Hanging near the edge he waited, trying to scope out what was going on. Should he be attacking? Was there someone in need of his powers yet?
HP = 40 ((Bimini has technically fought his shade but since I haven't gotten that far in the rp yet I'm not taking the extra points))
The fact this opponent could summon spectral waters, never mind had a nice collection of Shades around her certainly made it clear this was no Princess Shade, but it didn't keep Metis from making a face at how quickly Iris turned on the negative. Her expression did not remotely clear when Iris actually tossed ********* to the ground. Into the magical water. "Oh for god's... your timing is atrocious!" was her scathing shout after a very irresponsible Senshi of Rainbows, leaning down to scoop up *********> carefully as she could. "Really, there are times I think we'd all excuse you if you happened to claw her up a little," she mumbled towards the guardian, though the wary smile on her face was a half-hearted attempt at making light of the situation.
For a moment, Metis was... more than a little unsure where to go. Follow Iris and the Negas? For now they all had a common enemy, and there wasn't a terrible amount of doubt on her part who'd win a match if the two turned on the Eternal Senshi. It was the sight of a rather young looking Shade that pulled her attention, following its path towards... oh? "Here, *********. I'll probably need my hands in this." Carefully, she moved the feline up to her shoulder, pausing a moment longer only to ensure the other didn't lose her balance, and darted off along the same path the little Shade had gone. Not that it took her long to catch up. Before she could actually... hit the Shade though--its figure was just a little kid!--Metis felt herself choke on her own actions, instead twisting one of her legs between the Shade's to trip it up. It at least seemed to have something of an effect as she continued on past... Right on towards a somewhat familiar looking taller figure, and a much shorter one. And sure enough... yep. She was right on whom one was.
"You really have the worst taste in sayings," Metis chirped towards Sessrumnir, catching his commentary about curiosity and cats. Of course, with a feline on her shoulder, her intent with that shouldn't have been of much question. Her smile flickered down briefly towards the chibi (Oberon), before turning her head back towards the small Shade she'd tripped. One guess where that one was going... "Do you have one of those running around as well?" Her head turned somewhat towards Sessrumnir on that, before turning back to briefly scan the area. Her own clone was out there... though where exactly, she hadn't the foggiest.

"That's a Nega agent?" Oh so that's what that aura was...! Well question answered. She could recall how he'd mentioned not all of them were necessarily enemies, though actually seeing him speak to one of them was... interesting. Hey, 'Enemy of my enemy' and all that for now, right?
The Page shrugged and plugged any moral questions on the subject into the back of her mind. Later. Much later. Valhalla's question made her brow wrinkle before beginning to scan the gray and colored combatants around them. "Um... you...... suck..... at.... descriptions....." she drawled out, taking a few more jogging steps beyond him and rising to her tip-toes to try and get a better look around.
And yet. There was someone. Way closer to the lake. Blonde, top hat, and... yep, black, red, and white! "Found her! I think? Girlie fighting her clone?" She didn't wait long for Valhalla to confirm or deny, darting on in. Slipping past other fighters, more Shades--though she kept peeking around to see if her own was amongst the fray near her. Heeled sandals skid a little in the ground, and with all the attitude of a girl used to playing way too rough, she skid in behind the blonde's Shade, giving a rather sharp elbow to the Shade's back in her passing. "You the one Valhalla's looking for?" she shouted to Ganymede, sending her a quick smile in greeting before turning her attention back to the Shade. "If so, sup? If not, sorry for the confusion!" Not that she was against giving a quick hand to a stranger in either circumstances. Just would have been more helpful if Valhalla had been a tad more specific in his description. Her bright eyes remained stationed on the Shade, curious about the girl's identity either way. And... what was with the weird mini wings on their butts? How much weirder could any of this get?

Wet? He wasn't just wet. Dripping. Al-Janah made a face at Leto as he approached, taking hold of his transparent wings to ring out the worst of it. He might have said something -- was about to retort something entirely inappropriate about who was wet and when -- except that one of those damned creatures came out of nowhere and he turned, thoughtless, to meet it.
No magic here. Just a swing of his fist, and a sloppy one at that, but he could at least get a glancing blow in..
