 ☸ ☸ ☸Egil Armani Gitsune ☸ ☸ ☸ ☸ The Mad Machina Acting CEO of Gitsune Industries Cho-Ko tries to scan Xuza only for her scanners sending her error messages. Egil releases his wavelength and touches the wings. On contact they instantly return to thier fomer glory before rippling causing Egil to snap his hand back. While in slight pain the young man merely laughs . " K'ehehehehehe No no. EM is too easy ....far to easy. I've seen what you can do an it's more complex than radio microwaves. Actually, the most impressive thing about you is that after the time you've been using them, you still have no idea what they are. Heavy? How how can they be heavy. What's being stored? Space? Like that witch. Replacing the space and storing it ......wings get heavy. That exsplains why Miss. Yakō's bounded space was difficult for you to combat. Very well lets get on with the field test. If possible I'd like you to try warping my technique.

"Oh..." In truth, the meister hadn't the faintest what to think of the interaction between Egil's power and her own apparatus. A slight blush came to her visage.
"I uh wouldn't rule it out," she confided, "but I don't know if I'm meant to figure it out. it might just be how Paradox designed the curse."
Her head, which had been resting to the side,
came up as a wilted flower in the rain. "But I have been getting better at using them, and I'm sure you're on to something..."
Xuza resolved to follow the man with her eyes,
holding steady to the pressure she felt in her right hand. She nodded and prepared herself,
taking a stance emblematic of her fencing background.
"Not sure exactly what you mean but..." She shrugged, offering up her best chipper morning person for the scientist.

☸ ☸ ☸Egil Armani Gitsune ☸ ☸ ☸ ☸ The Mad Machina Acting CEO of Gitsune Industries Cho-Ko watches Egil closely; keeping a safe distance. The young scientist didn't seem very physically intimidating. Cho-Ko had seen Egil's physical training and while he had improved significantly she couldn't imagine him in battle without his gadgets. Cho-Ko also noticed that Egil had chosen on of the only rooms not equipped with surveillance. Taking a deep breath Egil focuses his power to his palm creating a small indigo sphere. " The power I posses is called Chaos. It is the antithesis of order, and exclusive to my family alone. Where gathers it warps/distorts space and time. Though my control of it is not very substantial. I usually require my generators to increase its potency. I am curious to see it's effects on your abilities. I tried testing it out on Miss. Yakō's bounded space but the results were inconclusive. Well let the experiment begin.
" Cho-Ko notes what Egil said about about his family. While it was common knowledge that Egil took over the company fairly recently no information was present on the orginal founder. No photo's or any such evidence. If this Chaos was a family trait then just what kind of family did her boss hail from. Egil fires off his orb at Xuza , eagerly awaiting the reaction. This was the kinda of thing the young scientist lived for.

Just his family (Xuza was thinking as she warped out of the line of Egil's first attack--as she would have the chance to do so in her current situation, given the straightforward way in which she transported herself away)?--didn't that just include a few magic users around Shibusen, albeit from the Grim Times (a credit that won't be ignored),
and by the same token exclude such historical Kishins like...
Right. That was that: the thoughts of a meister determined and apprehensive condensed to the monosyllabic nod of affirmation before the start of the exercise. The idea was to warp the other side of the room, striking through dimensions if she had the chance or, less favorably, continuing to run if the pressure was not alleviated by this initial jump. She doubted the sphere could travel as swiftly as her,
but for now she wasn't taking chances; Xuza turned quickly to face Egil again: this was the first act of a dance: getting to know one's partner.

☸ ☸ ☸Egil Armani Gitsune ☸ ☸ ☸ ☸ The Mad Machina Acting CEO of Gitsune Industries Cho-Ko watches Egil closely. If what he said was true that would make his family directly opposed to beings like the Shinigami. While Egil and by extension Gitsune Industries has "absolutely no interest" in the worlds power struggles and politics it was clear to her that Egil was a potential threat. However, she found it strange that her boss hadn't been approached by the DWMA. If it were Cho-Ko she wouldn't let her boss just do what he pleased in a city she ruled. Egil must have someone powerful backing him up. Someone capable of wielding such a strange power while keeping themselves under the radar. Maybe there was more to the mad scientist than she had originally thought. " K'eheheh I'd use that sparingly if I were you.
" Egil's sphere suddenly darts toward Xuza's warp point the space around it cracking like glass. The sphere begins convulsing violently and growing in mass. Meanwhile Egil turns to face Xuza head on;his drones sparking to life with his wavelength. Uncharacteristically Egil rushes forward enhanced by his wavelength, much to Cho-Ko's surprised.

Xuza Uriel: "Angel of Death"
Xuza wasn't fully sure what to think of the situation. She got the sense that something else was happening here, but there wasn't really time enough to register it properly. Egil, for what it's worth,
was showing himself to be something more than his earlier suit-and-tie demeanor had presented.
She held her blade up diagonally, stance measured, and waited. She waited just long enough for him to get into striking range,
and then took a deep lunge at her opponent.
"Fine by me!" she declared.

☸ ☸ ☸Egil Armani Gitsune ☸ ☸ ☸ ☸ The Mad Machina Acting CEO of Gitsune Industries Cho-Ko analyzes Egil's wavelength but again her scanners cannot register it. The artificial life form turns her head to look at the cracks forming in the air. After a few moments her scans give her results. Whatever Egil did was fracturing both space time and before her eyes. It seemed impossible but there it was plain as day. Whatever her masters power was it was extremely dangerous to someone like Xuza. Egil throws his fist forward meeting Xuza's blade without hesitation. " K'eheheh got you!
" The space between the fist and the tip of the blade immediately begins to crack. Egil smirks as the shock waves pass through the space between them assaulting Xuza with immense pressure and shattering the sword. .

Xuza Uriel: "Angel of Death"
Xuza, despite her distance, felt the shock of the impact in her wrist. It stung. She wasn't quite sure what to make of this. A few options came to her in the instant she stepped back--copying her technique, attacking her energy, etc.--but it seemed she hadn't the time to give it too much thought; and so, taking to experimental phase with a resolve worthy of her standing, she reached for the shelf again with the aim of procuring another weapon.
She would, luck permitting, use said weapon to toss attacks at Egil. Something was bound to give, and she would wager injury to herself against figuring out Egil's abilities, landing a lucky blow, charging up for a better attack. Plus, she figured to herself, it was better to keep the pressure on.
"Not bad,' she admitted, "you're definitely in the family.."
Her voice seemed to carry caution, searching for an opening with her eyes trained on the man and preparing her mind to sense attacks from unseen angles as best she could. She was fairly confident in her ability's honing her mind to do so.

☸ ☸ ☸Egil Armani Gitsune ☸ ☸ ☸ ☸ The Mad Machina Acting CEO of Gitsune Industries Cho-Ko moves toward Xuza to assist her in selecting a decent weapon. Egil made no moves to attack; not that he wasn't one to stab someone in the back but this was just a training exercise. The young scientist let out a breath and slowly each of his combat drones gained a white bubble of power. Egil seemed in control until one by one the drones popped from the pressure. While Egil tries to concentrate the power again Cho-Ko coaches Xuza. " I don't know what or how the boss did that but you need to be careful.
Even with that power the boss has limited physical endurance. You need to keep him on his toes if you want to win this. " Egil waits for Xuza patiently .

No idea, huh? That says a lot...
Maybe he just doesn't show these people that.
Does that mean he doesn't practice? ... Maybe.
"Thank you..." Xuza picked herself a small sabre. Its balance was good--very light--yes,
she could work with this. She gave a couple test swings in the air, satisfied with the characteristic swish it made. She nodded,
feeling a little bit better, and turned to face her practice partner.
"Round two?" And after confirmation, Xuza began, shifting through space and swinging he new sword more quickly. She aimed to take the advice she was given and use her abilities as best she could to keep the pressure on. Warping the blade might mean destruction,
so she kept it with her and used her fencing techniques to isolate Egil's core and drive him back on his heels--well, that was the idea,
anyway.

" Cho-Ko moves a safe distance away; keeping wary of the crack. It hung in the air like some kind of spacial spider web. Cho-Ko could only imagine the damage it would inflict if one were to touch it. As Xuza adavanced Egil was noticeably having trouble doadging his opponents adavances. Without his drones he was at a severe disadvantage. If the young scientist didn't improvise something soon he would lose. Egil slowly moves thier battle closer to the crack he had created .

This was good, thought the meister. She was able to bridge the gap between the two of them that seemed to be widening earlier with her forward pressure. Perhaps the assistant was right? In any case,
this focused advancement was the greatest asset and mark of the fencer;
but as this was quickly becoming something of a special case, Xuza was filling very quickly with the worry that this strength would be her undoing.
She had to do something--what, though? She decided it would be better to risk the failure of the weapon than to let this chance slip through her fingers.
Xuza warped her sword to the side of the scientist, hoping to push him away from the looming crack in space-time above. From earlier, she was careful enough to avoid getting too close to that thing.

" Egil was picking up on his opponents rhythm rather quickly. Even though the miester was pressing him hard his foot work was beginning to be more calculated and tactical as if he was able to see each thrust coming before they reached him. Still he could keep this up for much longer without making a move. As the blade pressed into his side Egil hand let out a pulse toward the crack above. Causing a rain of the spheres he had thrown early to fall down on top of an unsuspecting Xuza.

For whatever reason--surely they were all equal at this point--the scientist was quickening in step and reflexes. Just as well; in fact Xuza was happy to see it on some level, having held back some of her viciousness simply out of sportsmanship. However, that was just one grain of relief that came before she was reminded just how serious these things could become, a potential which she made a mental note to make a real note of later as she swiped her sword across, ushering forth a lightning arc to intercept a good number of the spheres...
--Don'tcha know she was hit anyway. Try as she might, the meister's limbs and part of her abdomen were pelted with the curious balls of energy as quickly as she could warp to points elsewhere--in the lab or otherwise--had she had the--Yes, she did grit her teeth. No matter how many times she might have been exposed to madness, the Chaos would hurt. It hurt for a solid minute, leaving her body all kinds of tingly--in the worst way possible, and it can be bad--for a time after it was absorbed by her wings; the meister cooled like a volcano and lowered her guard to see if the scientist was still there.

It been awhile since I've lost to someone other than my family. Your one to watch out for Miss Xuza. That's for sure. I ughhh m-mom! " Whatever Egil was going to say was cut off by the arrival of a silver haired woman. Cho-Ko's body instinctually bowed as the woman walked in much to her surprise. The woman held out her hand and drew in the Chaos from Xuza and sealed the cracks. Once Cho-Ko to stepped in to heal the miester the woman goes to Egil and tends to his wounds. After a few moments the woman gets Egil to his feet. " Tsk Tsk. I warned you that using that power was to much for your body to handle. Your arm is useless right now because you didn't channel it outward properly. " " K'eheheh it's nothing I can't handle. "
