 Eros fidgeted, wondering how long the balloon ride would take. He peeked out over the wickerwork, then yelped and ducked back down when a Pidgey darted by. But the bird kept flying, uninterested. Dido hopped up to rest her forepaws on the basket's edge, sending a hiss after the Pidgey for good measure.

Trust! Of course, that was so obvious! Valarie just has to gain Fois' trust. She made it her goal to try to achieve that during this trip, or at least make some progress.
When the captain ran by and announced that they are taking off, Valarie's eyes glowed with excitement and she hopped up and looked at the scenery as the balloon rises. She had a tight hold on the edge of the balloon so she wouldn't fall off.

DraconicFeline "Hey" Jan leaned in, "Whatcha drawing?" Gepardo turned to the other for a moment. "A pidgey, they are kind of burned into my memory...." He looked back out towards the sky and nearly screamed when he saw another pidgey...but then he notice it was white..with colorful specks and brown feathers. "...LILLIPUTTI GET BACK HERE!" The pidgey flew back and turned back to a ditto, sliding into her owner's shirt in a sulk.

StarrySeas Yeah. They corrected me in thread Jan happily showed the picture to Sienna. "You!" he said, pointing her face out. He nodded at Gepardo. "There sure were a lot of them! One tried to steal my sketchbook. But my sister beat them up!" he smiled cheerfully, "She's awesome!" He offered the sketchbook to Sienna, "You can take a look at the other ones if you want! Or I could keep sketching, if you wanna watch!" he loved it when people watched, oh arceus it was so much fun when he had an audience. But then he was distracted. "Is that... A DITTO? CAN I DRAW THEM? PLEASE PLEASE?" he'd never seen a ditto before. He tried not to get too excited and wake up Del- she needed her sleep, haha!

"Oh wow!" Sienna said, admiring the drawing, "Whatever you'd like to do!" She said and handed the sketchbook back to the other trainer. It seemed he had quite a lot of energy! And then the Captain flew by again. Sienna didn't want to ignore him but man, this guy talked so much about so little!

  Location: Balloon Basket 3 Interacting with: Basket 3 2. The Captain tells you about the geography of the land, the local flora and fauna... something something something... How boring (nothing happens). Fifi stifled a yawn. She was almost positive the Captain was repeating himself now. It hadn't been particularly interesting the first time...

Dido haughtily clambered back down to Eros's lap, purring to reassure him that she was more than equal to any threat. Eros perked up when the Captain flew by, spouting interesting facts about the land below. It seemed he was one of the few who were actually paying attention.

Having found out what the two artists were drawing Vana decided to find something else to do while they were flying, the air balloon ride was fun and it was neat to see the ground moving under them, but the desert scenery didn't change much.
She listened to the captains speech before sitting down near Eros "So were are you from?" She asked as she petted keahi.

DraconicFeline "Is that... A DITTO? CAN I DRAW THEM? PLEASE PLEASE?" he'd never seen a ditto before. He tried not to get too excited and wake up Del- she needed her sleep, haha! His eyes widen in surprise at the other's...excited voice. "Um...well, if Lilliputti let's you, then you are welcome to..." He lightly poked the ditto until she crawled out of his shirt to rest on her trainer's boot, looking up at the loud person with some cautious curiosity. Gep watched her but then tilted his head. What was that hissing noise?

Location: Balloon Basket 3 Interacting with: Basket 3 4. Sitting cramped in a balloon with all these people and little leg room sure was annoying... (nothing happens). Fifi sighed, shifting her weight a bit. How long were they going to be on this balloon anyways?

"Miss Vana." Eros smiled politely as the girl sat beside him. "The Leoni family is from Alto Mare, in Johto, originally. I was born there, in the old mansion. My cousin Juno and I share an apartment in Katarina now." Dido minced across her human's lap to give the Torchic a haughty sniff. "And our Pokémon, of course." Eros added, stroking the Skitty. "This is Dido." The boy watched nervously as a Murkrow flapped past the balloon, but once it was out of sight he soon turned back to his companion. "From where do you hail, Miss Vana?"

Keahi sniffed the skitty back and let out a polite "hello" chirp.
"Oh! I've heard that place is quite pretty! It must have been a great place to grow up." She said before continuing, "I'm from Slateport city, in Hoenn." The beach there was nice as was the contest hall but she much preferred Lavaridge town and was glad that they weren't too far from them. Now that she thought of it the hot air balloon was sort of like sitting in the cable cars, minus the windows and a track.
She didn't her the ripping noise as she spoke.

Gepardo moved his leg slightly, trying to give the artist a better look of lilliputti. The ditto was having none of that, attaching herself to his boot. "She is normally not this shy....maybe it's the height, she might not like being in her blob-ish form while this high up."

Location: Balloon Basket 3 Interacting with: Basket 3 5. A murkrow soared past. What was that thing people say about murkrows... weren't they bad luck? (you can only land on this once per person and counts as a side story point for you. After that, this space will turn into nothing happening. The murkrow is only spotted by the person who rolled.) Fifi twirled a curl, staring out into the distance. A flash of midnight blue caught her eye. What a pretty Murkrow! Oh! It was gone! "Did anyone else see that?" Fifi asked, trying to see where the bird had gone.
