"I guess I don't," Gabriel admitted, sitting back and huffing quietly. "Is it?" He sounded a little excited.

Desmond grinned as he set the pencil down and held the pad close to him. "Wanna know a secret?" He asked as he leaned in closely. The violetnette wriggled his finger at Gabriel, till the boy leaned in. "...I've been one for about ten minutes now." The grin grew. "Sorry but I just liked watching you twitch..."

Gabriel narrowed his eyes. "Really?" He said, and then he started laughing softly. "Alright, I sympathize," he said, standing up slowly and stretching. "So...can I see it?"

Des just grinned wider. "Really really." And with that he flipped the note pad around. "There's a bit of shading I can do still.. But for the most part I am done." Minor shading and detailing could be done at home.

Gabriel stared, and then blinked slowly. "I...wow," he said quietly. "That...looks just like me. You're an amazing artist," he complemented. He was definitely willing to hand out credit where it was due, and here, it was very, very due.

"That's ah... kinda the point? Realism." He teased. Des liked sketching. It was relaxing, and while it had it's complex parts it still came easy too him. "Kinda helps I had a good model. Whether or not he knows he's one." Des snickered, sticking out his tongue again.

Gabriel huffed quietly and reached up to muss his own hair, finally. "Well, I'm glad you think I was a good model," he said, flushing a little. "It's, uh, it's really flattering to be drawn by someone as good as you."

"Tch. Believe it or not, I've seen better. Artists that is. Don't get many models that will sit with your patience though." Even in art class, they would have to take breaks.

Gabriel rolled his shoulders, and then slowly stood up. "Well, I wasn't exactly going anywhere," he said, laughing. "I'm off work today, so I was just gonna hang out with Cait."
