"Well, you could always find a way to shape me in to lovely jewelry, am I right?" He teased lightly at her, hoping it was as amusing as it to others than just himself. But seeing her going to wander closer to her sister, he could only give her a little shrug, with his mouth starting to smirk up a little.
"I will consider it a date, mm? Mist fun, oui?" He offered, before going to pick a bucket up. "Thank you, also, for not calling me a ********' fish." He offered, winking to her, before wandering towards the other side of the mud pit as the girls slogged away from each other.
Taking it along, he whistled a little before walking up behind Fini, before turning it over on to her head, allowing the clean water wash away some of the mud that permeated her whole .. everything.
"Figured you would like that, oui?" He offered, crouching down and rubbing her head a little. "Good job, ma chou, to both of you."

Finn was not going into that mud.
When Dory went into the mud with a bucket of water, he could only watch with amusement though also a faint tickling of jealousy as he began washing his girl off.
It was hard to be mad, however. He would appreciate a clean Fini to congratulate. He just wasn't going to her this time. <******** mud.

She would have helped Alaska up, but somehow seeing her able to get to her feet and still in one piece - mostly - made Fini happier. "It's alright. I enjoyed our battle. Maybe we can have another one, minus the peanut gallery over there." She nodded towards all the spectators. Giving the other sunny a quick pat on the back, she watched as she left the area before groaning and heading towards... everyone else.
Except, one of said people came to her first. She didn't have a chance to turn around and see which one as suddenly water pouring over her head what?! An indignant (and most likely hilarious) sound slipped out before she turned around and-
"W-What?" She blinked at Dory, who gave her a little affectionate head pat. "Uh... m-maybe. And.. um, thanks?" Fini paused, cheshire like grin spreading along her face before she took the Frenchman's legs out from under him. "Sorry, Dory! But consider that my thank you for the water?" Well at least she'd gotten one of them. But... it was Dory. Fini winced and sighed. She offered him a hand up, though, hoping to avoid more mud. Which, she decided, would be easier to take her jacket off and use that to help Dory up. No mud on her hands~
"C'mon, Frenchie. The rest of the gang is probably chomping at the bit to say something." Giving him a smile, she headed - or limped a little goddamnit - towards the others. Gale was given a victorious smile because she won no shirt for you! He was also given a quick hug and head pat (like an older sibling trying to annoy their younger one).
Finn, on the other hand, got a proud smile. She'd totally won! Again. Before she walked over to him, however, Fini walked right up to Ian and gave him a big muddy hug, making sure to wipe the last little bit off on him. "Consider that my payback and your lucky day for my not kicking your a**."
And then she just went and hugged Finn, making sure to keep Ian in her sights. To Jack (who she knew was right there), "Jack, your a** better win. Or I'll have put you to shame." She was up by two, Jackie.

Nevada felt very much like a kicked puppy at this point.
So she gave her sister's back a lazy smile and shrugged.
"Okay."
Wow it hurt, that her sister didn't even want to be comforted by her own twin.
And she couldn't go back to the group now. Finn was there, she didn't want to ruin or deal with that.

He should seen that coming from a mile away, from the cheshire grin that she gave him before he felt his body almost flip over when he dragged in to the mud with her. It was silent for a moment, before a manical laughter erupted from the french man's throat, trying to wipe the mud off his face.
"Merde! Tabernac, Contrecarré encore!" He yelled out in french, without caring if they knew what it meant, but when the hand came down to offer a way back up, he couldn't help but take it. Trying to slack off some of the mud that was now on his face and in his hair. Going to push her, playfully, he looked over the group, before noticing Nevada, giving Fini a look.
Taking to them all, he looked to Ian as he joined the group again, thumbing a muddy point over to the girl who had been slacked by her twin.
"Maybe un mot with the lady, oui?" He asked, hoping she'd feel better.

Oh dear god what the ******** did Nevada want? To mutter more threats at him, to tell him that he'd better treat Fini right or she'd have to give him a bullet to the back of the head like some rabid animal? Inwardly he was bristling that she would even stand so close to him, not wanting to hear whatever it was she had to say, but not willing to be the one to walk away, either, not when he was waiting for his girl to slog out of the mud so he could congratulate her properly for yet another job well done. But her words surprised him, and he turned a narrowed gaze on her, waiting for the other shoe to drop. Waiting for whatever god damned threat she was going to pull out of her a** this time, while lording over him the fact that she was stronger then him. And it just never came. "I am well aware of how great she is." His words were short, curt, and dismissive. He would pass along her little message, but right now, he wanted this woman gone. Her parting words earned her nothing but cold silence as he stepped away from her and waited for Fini's arrival from out of the mud pit, watching with wry amusement as Dory attempted to clean her off, and she sent him spilling into the mud in thanks. That was exactly why Finn didn't go slogging out there to see her. Finally she made her way to him, and if he was worried that she would be too busy socializing to pay him any amount of personal attention, he didn't let it show, just smiling away, patiently waiting for her to have her payback with Ian, before she through her arms around him, and his own arms encircled her as well. She wasn't exactly clean, despite the water, and despite getting mud all over Ian first, but he would withstand a little filth just for this. Then she had to go and ruin it by talking to Jack. Really Fini? Couldn't wait until afterwards? He frowned at her a little, bringing one hand back around to press an index finger against her lips, "Shhhhh don't spoil the moment by chatting it up with that a** clown."He then dragged his finger down and away, until he could hook it into the front collar of her shirt and tug her closer, his head leaning down so that his forehead rested against hers, smirking, though he looked almost as though he was trying to decide something. He pressed a single kiss to her mouth, something light and short, pulling away to mumble "Congratulations." And then a second kiss, much the same as the first. "You are." And then a third, this one longer, deeper then the others. Okay so he might have been trying to prove a point to the other guys standing around. Maybe. A little bit like he was proving she was his in a way. "Amazing." He breathed, still smirking. Anyone else around idek anymore

His laughter only made her grin grow and damned if she didn't have any idea what he shouted by it was in French and that damn accent was hot. Fini just laughed at him, returning the playful little shove and slinging an arm through his as they walked. Following his gaze, she spotted Nevada and for a moment, started at her with a strange expression. "Nevada?" She murmured too soft. What... why did she look so sad? Since they were still walking, she didn't get the chance to go find out. But did agree with Dory. "Ian, go check on Nevada, will you?" She pleaded, giving him an angelic little smile.
From the safety of Finn's arms of course. Though watching Ian meant she couldn't watch Jack too. She relied on Finn for that.
Who was shushing her with a finger against her lips, which quirked up into a smile. a** clown sounded about right! Her smile never left as he tugged her closer, forehead brushing against hers. For a moment, she let her eyes close and enjoyed contact. Until his light kiss. She opened her eyes to stare up at him, smile sweetening at his congratulations. And then he kissed her again. This one was much like that sweet first one he'd given her after her previous match. Fini leaned into him, greatly enjoying how affectionate he seemed. And then he gave her a third kiss that she was not expecting. She couldn't help responding by leaning into it, hands lightly and gently curling into the fabric of his shirt. When he breathed out that last word, she was quite dizzy from that kiss and rested her head against him, eyes closing.
"I... do my... best." She murmured, definitely in need of the little bit of time she'd have between matches. If he happened to catch sight of her cheeks, he'd happily be able to note they were flushed. Totally his doing.
With a soft groan, she pulled back only enough to look up at Finn. "Mmm... don't suppose there is a spot we can go sit before my next match?"

Finn let out a light laugh, releasing his hold on the front of her shirt by unhooking his finger, and reached up to rub his hands up and down her upper arms. He still had no idea what he was doing, or why he was doing it, but it just seemed like giving in was becoming more and more appealing all of the time. Gone were the thoughts that starting a relationship on such a small island was a bad idea. Gone...but not necessarily forgotten. He would probably regret all of this at some point, the pessimistic side of him would never believe that this was entirely the best idea he ever had. Wrapping his arms around her to hug her again, and resting his chin on top of her (ugh, dirty and wet...) head, he pulled away only when she did to ask him a question. "I'm sure we can find somewhere to go. Some place secluded maybe?" He smirked at her again, and cast his glance at the few bystanders left standing around. "Somewhere a little more private." That wasn't even a question. "Do you need me to carry you, Sunshine?" And that was...possibly a joke considering the amusement in his voice, though he had noticed her limping slightly when she had sloshed her way out of the mud pit.

At the moment, Fini couldn't really decide if she cared about any of her previous reasons for holding back. For being unsure. Finn had led them beyond their little hairline barrier and she was happy to be where they were. And her body ached, which probably wasn't helping her think right. Neither did his kisses. Or his arms around her...
Yeah. There was no fight there.
That smirk... Fini laughed softly. "Secluded sounds quite nice." She murmured. "As does private." If only so she could let her guard down for a few minutes - Ian, Jack, she was referring to both of you.
With much reluctance she pulled away only to slide her arm around him and curl into his side so they could walk. She gave a snort at his question. "Maybe later, sweetheart. When no one else is watching." She added with a wink. For now, she had a little downtime before her next match. And she intended to take advantage of it!

Finn would more then happily let her take advantage. That's what she meant, right? With her tucked in beside him and one arm around him, he gave Jack one final, cold look, and a very smug smile as they made their departure, in his head wondering about how much rest she really needed before her next match up.
