"That would make you..." She tried really hard to think of something..."Groundskeeper. Look at you sweeping them all away with your amazing sword like abilities!" yeah you go Stormy.
Her head turned at the sudden arrival of Lance who was wielding a very large...lance. Wow. The jokes...the comments...the Oh god her leaders were so cool moment.
"The former Moon assistant?" Nevada's ear perked, and even more so when Lance explained small amounts of FEAR could be ingested....Oh lord.
"Wait...Wait....Like a GHOST?" Nevada's eye widened, "Like a legit ghost walking around Deus? Baking goods, Oh my god sTormy." The mist huntress was completely ecstatic.
"I wanna meet this ghost moon division assistant and her questionable foods." It sounded like a fun time.
Oh right, killing vegetables.
"Bye Lance!" Nevada waved him off with a returning lazy smile, pulling her gun up. "Well you heard the boss...better kill them all before other divisions find out."

G-Groundskeeper? Well, that sounded okay, yeah . . . Though she thought of Hagrid immediately, which probably wasn't the most heroic image she could conjure up.
And then Mr. Lance did a thing and Lance-san noticed them . . . emotion_kirakira O-Oh my. Yes let's go clean this garden and then they could all cook things and Lance can continue being cowboy rugged handsome antic-y and maybe Gale could take a few pointers and she could just sit in the corner and sigh dreamily . . . Stormy snapped to, however, upon the mention of Julie. Gale had brought her up before, and she knew that the Moon Hunter had been eccentric but generally friendly up until her untimely death . . . Lance's ghost story gave her an excuse to look into it more, as she was ever curious about what had happened before she woke up in the pod.
For now, though, she had a division assistant to impress and a friend to help. "We'll make a trip," Stormy agreed with a quick nod, focusing on the new wave of carrots. The idea of possibly meeting Julie's ghost (or, at the very least, trying her food), seemed to invigorate her: or maybe that was the Power of Friendship™. Either way, when she moved forward, she was in sync with her blade, leaping into the midst of the mutated carrots and spinning, barely feeling each downed target.
Remarkably, she didn't even feel dizzy after the maneuver. Success! "I wanna know more," Stormy added, her face flushed with pleasure because yay helping. "Maybe we could talk to her . . ."

A sentient garden that they weren't supposed to talk about. Yeah. That'd go over well. She'd just try to explain to her husband where all the fresh produce was coming from n their house. Yep. Totally. Still, she didn't waste any time since it seemed like there were veggies to take care of, summoning Nicodemus as she moved to start her own fruity assault.

Thank god Stormy and Nevada got along so well.
What two girls would be excited to meet a ghost that could possible poison you via FEAR food?
Only these two.
Nevada watched her friend clean house, clapping her hands and pointing. "You need a better name than groundskeeper." She threw up a hand, "Something more epic. Something that suits the way you just clean house on this things." She hesitated...."How about the Annihilating Mist...tress?"
Wow that sounded even lamer than groundskeeper. so she shot things instead.
"I feel like I'm failing you in best friend super hero name. In other news, I'd really like to taste the questionable food."

She broke into laughter at the nickname as she spun an 180 and sliced open a few more. "Mist-stress. Try saying that five times fast! Miststress, Missesstress, Mitsressis . . ." She failed miserably and giggled some more, flitting past Nevada to knock off another as it lept at them before patting her shoulder. "It's okay~ I'm not good enough to live up to a super hero name yet anyway."
Then Cass cracked an apple joke and Stormy fell into snickers again. "It'll either do that, or we'll all be someone's apple of their eye!"

Wiping at her brow, she turned and patted Nevada on the shoulder for a job well done. "Alright, let's see . . . Oh! What about 'How 'bout them apples'?" she called to Cass as she headed over, grinning at her own joke. "Doing okay with them so far? I know they can be a little hardcore."

Nevada blinked, moving to shoot an apple...which was actually a onion that let off a horrible smell.
"Maybe do the onions first? Take them down...layer...by...layer?" Look she made a funny, not really? Okay.
"I think you'd make a great Mulan, I don't even care you silly one." She teased her bestie. "But since we are nicknaming people...What about Cass over here? What would she be?"
These onions are making it hard to see!

Nevada got much snickering because hey, she was getting better! "Roger roger!" she said with her two fingered salute, diving in and spearing a group of onions, their bitter scent already messing with her eyes. "Oof, keep back, Nevada; these things are worse than normal . . ." And if her good eye got messed with, she'd be shooting blind!
As for Cass nicknames, hmm . . . They had to be worthy of Caesar and Salad, of course! "What about Applejack?" Stormy suggested. "Unless you mean, like, Disney stuff . . ."
