Remove the rank benefit, don't strike it out. What is on your profile is what you can use. Striking it doesn't mean anything.
Your inventory formatting is wrong. The sword, for instance, should be bold, not underlined, and state how many you have before it's position. Sword: [1] - [Worn on Back]
The containers are bold and underlined, with only their location referenced. You have them properly already. However the items in them should be done the same as the sword, minus location, with a bullet point in front of them. The bullet point designates that these items are in the above container.

Additionally, "Belt" isn't really a location so much as a generalization. It's good to note, but the actual location would be left, right, front, or rear. Like you did with the shuriken holster, actually.
I should note, hip pouches hold six cubic inches of content. That's a space of six inches in all three directions of a cube, starting from the corner. A Makibishi is about one cubic inch, meaning you could have six rows of six makibishi, stacked six high. A total of 216 Makibishi. Having a full size pouch just for them seems rather... Pointless. You could easily fit them in your other pouch, with space to spare.

All I can really find left on this is in the description really. One, hair color. It's meant to be natural color. If he dyed his hair or something and it's naturally red, that's what it should say, though you can add a note that it's dyed another color. If there's some other reason it's changed, it'd probably be best to list that somewhere, where appropriate. Anyways, whatever color the hair naturally grows is the hair color.
And the eyes. Unless you can provide an excellent reason for his eyes being different, you can't just alter your pupil shape and such. For one because I know people use that sort of alteration to try and make their character more "Intimidating", and for two, because science. Slit pupils have better vision in various ways, though I can't recall how what or why. Also just because there's multiple bloodlines and clans that offer altered eyes like that. Basic characters can't do that sort of thing.
And I have to ask again. Are you sure you don't want any starting equipment? It is HIGHLY recommended that you take some.

You need to fill out the Insignia sections still. Those are required for all characters right now. You don't actually have it yet, but this defines what it will be when you do.
You need to link to the Sharingan in the bloodline thread. Don't worry about the approval link, simply because we know you've had it.
You need to apply for your slingshot as a custom or universal weapon. The rocks, likewise, should be an actual thing. I don't mind you picking up a rock off the ground to use, but if it's on the profile as a pile of ammo, it needs some pricing. I'd probably make it little steel balls instead though.
The pouch, also, should either be listed as a Hip Pouch, or if it's a custom pouch, list how large it is and what material it's made of.
You also, of course, need to pay for these things. 6G 30S is your starting figure from missions in the old world. You have to pay for your new stuff out of that.
Also, please remove all the explanation brackets. They're meant to guide through making the profile, and shouldn't be left after submission.

Your Bloodline/Clan/Demon jutsu segment should be edited to just say bloodline, and the next line should read the name of the bloodline.
As I've said too many times, you should spend some of your starter cash on some basic starting items. It'll help you a lot in the first while before some things become readily available.
And, 6G 30S was your starting amount if you took the Chuunin autorank. As an academy student you'd lose the autorank bonus, reducing your funds to 4G 50S.
Other than that, there's a few areas you could clean up in there. Some places that you missed a space, some that could use capitalization. Nothing major, but it'd make it look nicer if they were fixed.
