WELL FINALLY! The leaping and bucking had apparently brought Abandon all the way up onto flat ground, and the rat went flying. Giving out a warning trill, the Song bird took to the air; Abandon snapped to attention, and saw a charging boar. It seemed distracted, though, so he leaned forward and bit at it. With a squeal of pain, the boar slashed out, and then turned tail and fled... right into a copse of cypress trees that seemed... far too familiar... Suddenly, before his eyes flashes a terrifying figure! Rearing back, Abandons Fear called out, and then fell to the ground, landing on his knees... too sharply. The pain overtook him, and he collapsed to the ground.
