More hugging. She really didn't want to let go. "I'm not big on giving up. Especially not when something means the world to me. Like you."

Her smile widened. She liked it when he laughed. "Good. I mean. I know I've said it before now, but... I mean it. I really, really mean it." That was okay, right? Not too fast? "I love you, Jake." She laughed again. "Sorry. I just think you should know that." Way to make things super serious all of a sudden, Sherry.

She decided to make it better by kissing him again. She tried to put all of her feelings into it again. Happiness, warm safety, love, and the playful lust she'd been feeling all day. It was like before. Long, slow, and deep.

"Any questions?"

Jake's reaction led to Sherry second guessing herself. "Um." She flustered again. She was hinting at midnight cuddles and kissing, but she realized now that she'd gone a little far again. "Sorry."

Time for a subject change, clearly. "So...are we going to try and pick up an extra titan patrol tomorrow?"

"Alright." She grinned. It would be fun if nothing else. Fun and dangerous and tiring....did she really just think it might be fun? She'd clearly been wearing hunter whites for too long.

"But for now..." she bit her lip as she paused. She also determined she was really bad at stuff like this. What should she do? Offer a back-rub? Suggest a walk? Drag him toward the bed for cuddles? What was too much? Not enough? Was she over thinking this? "What would you like to do?"

"Well," she began, trying to come at this from a logical standpoint, "are you tired?" He had been napping when she arrived.

She looked at him and nodded in agreement. Besides. She was still against having to change.

"Do you think it's late enough to go looking at stars? If you wanted to go out, that is." She looked down at his attire. Not that she wanted him to change or anything. "We could just skip to shoulder rubs and cuddles."

Sherry blinked. "Both? I rather like that idea." The smile on her face grew and softened. She would have told Jake he was excellent at making decisions, because she thought it was a brilliant plan.

"Yes. Let's do that."

Sherry had to problems curling and nuzzling with Jake. None. Ever. In fact, now that it was completely confirmed she could do that again, it was probably going to happen a lot.

Like it would tonight.

"Yes," she replied, stepping back. It was a shame the beach was off limits, but there were still places they could wander. She was really looking forward to it, actually, now that it was happening. Moving back towards the bed, she picked up her scarf and then started slipping her boots back on. "I'll be ready in just a moment."
